Natürlich wird sowas erst angesprochen wenn bereits der Bus zum abholen vor der Tür steht und man wird massiv und Druck gesetzt ! Eine Rechnung konnte dafür vom Hotel nicht ausgestellt werden … unfassbar !

The front dest, attendants and the lady who served us breakfast every morning was so lovely to deal with, made us feel like being in family. Very convenient location, lots of shops nearby and dont forget to try the Ali baba Pakistani restaurant which is 3 mins walk from there, if you are craving spicy deshi foods. Kids loved the place just perfect. Would stay back here again if i be there at Taksim. Everything was good.

- Zoltan (10/5): Exceptional - The lication of the hotel is 10/10. Taksim Square, from where the metro and buses depart, is about 3 minutes walk away. The main pedestrian street, Istiklal street, is the same distance away. There are also café/teashop and restaurants inthe hotel street, we were satisfied in any of them. There are also mini markets nearby. The staff listened to our every wish, theye were so so helpful and kind! Breakfast was also generous. Not a buffet, but we could discuss ehat we wanted for next day. A little more attention could be paid to cleaning. We couldn't sot out on the terrace because the furniture outside was very dirty. But overall we were very satisfied and value for money it was a very good place.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Be Careful Here - At first this was a nice stay but quickly turned sour. I was given the option to change rooms and was at first told it was no extra charge (also note that the other room on Hotels.com was the exact same price for the room next door). Later decided we wanted to move to that one but they would charge me 20€ each extra day there instead of the same price. I accepted begrudgingly. I want to note the large number of bugs that were constantly present in the rooms going into our things. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Luckily no one was in the room next to us till the end, couldn’t sleep properly after that. They even offered to bribe us in a number of ways to ensure they didn’t get a bad review. Makes me question how many times something like this has happened and people accepted the bribe to give an artificial higher rating. I don’t recommend the basement suites. It might be better higher up (ie. not as many bugs maybe). Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful but others not so much. I hope you get the friendly ones.

- Shahzad (9/5): Ideal stay for families and big groups. Can cook yourself! - Everything. We booked a regular suite with a bedroom, lounge and kitchenette. The Ac stopped working on our 2nd day and we were given free upgrade to Family suite which had 2 bedrooms and an even bigger lounge. Loved the manager she is really generous and the staff is amazingly helpful. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Taksim square and in a quiet side neighborhood. Do try the Pakistani restaurant which is 3 lanes away. We bought some groceries and were able to cook breakfast for ourselves in the fully equipped kitchenette since this property doesnt offer food. For late check out they even gave us another room in the next door Row Hotel for half the price. Really sweet and generous management.

The Row Suites was even beyond my expectations. There was a Smart TV in my room and the wifi was even faster than the one I have at home. During my stay, I really didn't want to leave my room :) The most comfortable bed, nice shower, fully equipped kitchen, excellent staff and best location of course! Everything was brand new and super clean. Thank you The Row Suites for making me feel like home. I am definitely recommending this place to everyone!

Very helpful staff, especially Zayed and Ural. 4.,We asked to be moved to the second or ground floor and Zayed did move us immediately 1. The lift does not reach the third (uppermost) floor. If your room is on that floor, luggage has to be carried. This is what happened to us 2. Rooms on the 3rd floor have no wardrobes

- Invisible999 (9/5): New property, modern design, pleasant stay, excellent staff. - This is relatively new property 4 minutes walk from Taksim, so very convinient. The staff is very attentive and trying to help. The suite we got could be classified as 1.5 bedroom - there was one full bedroom and another had separation from common area in kitchen without a door. The room had fridge, kitchen utensils so you can eat your takeout at your pleasure. Rooms, common area, bathrooms are spotless. Shower facilities in bathroom have very modern and pleasant design. We have been group of three adult travellers and female members of our group found beds and pillows comfortable to the point that they did not want to leave room. ;) I would like to specially mention the customer service and the management of the hotel - they _really_ tried to help, even in the cases it was beyond their control or ability. There are some kitchen design shortcomings, it is just a personal matter and they should NOT affect your stay if you are aware of them and/or if they have been already addressed by managment.

- Abdallah (10/5): Best place in Taksim with good value - The receptionist Mr. Zayed was really helpful and friendly. He helped me with an issue with the taxi guy. He is respectful and polite. The hotel is new and the rooms furniture new and clean. Location is perfect. 5 mins walk to Taksim square. Nothing

- Farhana (10/5): The Suite Life - This place is THE place to stay in Istanbul! It’s well priced, perfectly located next to Taksim Metro, the service is excellent, and the decor is delightful! We were a group of 10 and landed early. Zaid kindly arranged for us to check in early, and gave us extra bedding so that we could all sleep comfortably. Once we’d freshened up, Emre (the manager) then came and introduced himself to us, which was a nice personal touch. The AC in one of the rooms was making a noise and Emre immediately called out a technician to resolve it. Ural was working at reception at nights and always greeted us with a warm welcome after our day out. He also ensured that we were stocked up with water and supplies, and on our last night he arranged our taxi to the airport. All in all, this was a 5 star experience that every member of our group was highly impressed with. Thank you Row Suites for making our stay so comfortable! Nothing
