• Sherif (1/5): Terribile. - Seriamente, l’unica cosa passabile è la posizione di questa casa. La struttura rappresentata su Booking non riguarda in nessun modo quella in cui poi si va realmente a soggiornare, tra oggetti non funzionanti tra cui cose importanti come la doccia o le persiane essendo al primo piano, la casa in sé è proprio malconcia e ridotta male, ogni cosa puzza e anche il divano, siamo arrivati ci hanno consegnato la casa non ancora pulita dagli ospiti prima e ho fatto le foto e non vi dico che orrore, dopo che l’hanno pulita sembrava che avessero tolto il superficiale, inoltre nel contattare gli uffici e chiedere un punto di incontro per questa prenotazione andata completamente male il signore mi ha risposto “ non ho tempo devo lavorare” attaccando la chiamata, perciò seriamente Barcellona è davvero piena di host calorosi e gentili anche in case davvero poco grandi e lussuose ma questo modo di vendere e strafottere il cliente è veramente triste.
• Pietro (2/5): Très mauvais - Uniquement l’emplacement. L’annonce parlait de 2 salles de bain avec une photo montrant une cuvette de toilette dans la salle d’eau avec douche. C’est faux, il n’y avait pas de cuvette. Il n’y avait qu’un seul toilette séparé et une salle de bain avec douche. La douche ne fonctionnait pas bien : la douchette était endommagée et le siphon bouché, le bac à douche se remplissait vite il fallait arrêter l’eau pour éviter d’inonder la salle de bain. Le support de la douchette était cassé. La cabine de douche est sans porte, remplacé par un rideau assez laid. Impossible de prendre une douche dans des bonnes conditions. Le mobilier est très pauvre et de mauvaise qualité et dégradé, ça donne l’impression de négligence, avec aussi des accroches d’anciens mobiliers qui n’y sont plus mais dont restent les supports fixés aux murs. Les murs sont tachés de plein de traces, ça renforce l’idée de laisser aller. Impossible de faire fonctionner le chauffage: les unités de clim réversibles des chambres n’étaient pas en état de fonctionnement.

• Roberto (1/5): Schifoso..mai trovato una struttura così dovrebbero cancellarla da Booking - Assolutamente NULLA!! struttura vergognosa a parte la posizione Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno pessimo a dir poco. Abbiamo soggiornato per capodanno 4 giorni al freddo. Aria condizionata non funzionante, tre camere da letto di cui una un buco. Dicono due bagni invece c’è un solo bagno un metro per un metro forse meno con vaso e lavandino, l’altro solo doccia e lavandino. La doccia aveva il tubo dell’acqua rotto e non era fissato il sifone al muro e si allagava. Abbiamo avvisato il proprietario la sera del 30 dicembre che l’aria condizionata non funzionava, ci hanno risposto che mandavano tecnico ma non si e’ presentato nessuno. Pulizia schifosa, c’erano le cimici che camminavano sulla cucina e a terra. Arredamento e complementi d’arredo schifosi con porte rotte. Complimenti per la gestione!
• Vanessa (1/5): - Total heruntergekommen. Die Lichter funktionieren nicht, der Duschkopf ist abgerissen und das Wasser in der Dusche läuft nicht ab. Es gut auch nur eine Toilette und nicht wie auf dem Bildern zwei.
• adelina (4/5): Location was perfect,facilities very poor. - No breakfast as only 1 mug for 6 people and 1 spoon. We booked the apartment for 6 people with 2 bathrooms. Bathroom 1 was a shower room with a broken shower and no toilet. Bathroom 2 was only a toilet and a basin with only cold water fitted.

• Tetiana (5/5): Passable - very dirty. The toilet brush was covered in feces. Doors, walls, kitchen - very dirty.
• Fabio (1/5): Bad - The strategic position We stayed in this flat for only 3 days fortunately. There were 5 of us, we were only given 2 large and 3 very small shower towels. We asked if we could have some more and although the u received the message she never read it. She also never read our request to leave our luggage there on the day of departure and then pick it up a few hours later. The location is very convenient, but the tenant was not available any of the three days we stayed. We tried to get a response through Booking, no response through the platform either. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, but only one has a toilet. The walls are poorly soundproofed, you could hear all the talk of the people above, including children shouting.
