• Leszek (9/5): I'm sure I'll be back! - The apartment is spacious and in a great location. There are plenty of shops and bars nearby. Communication with the owner is excellent. He responds to every message and also discreetly checks in during your stay to let you know he’s available. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. For an additional fee, you can rent a parking spot in the underground garage, which is a great convenience. I was delighted by two things: the spacious shower stall in the bathroom and the extremely comfortable bed. It was the first time in my life I slept on such a comfortable mattress. Moreover, the bed itself is king-sized. After this trip, I absolutely have to buy one for my home. The apartment is located in the city and on the ground floor, so you can hear street noise inside. The windows do a really good job of soundproofing, but for very sensitive people, this could be a problem, especially at night. It’s true that I was traveling with a one-year-old, and he didn’t wake up even once. It goes without saying that if you want to be in the city center, you have to accept the consequences of that choice.

It was in a quiet area and located on a short walk from the busy areas of the historical old town. Family loved it and the host was cheerful and responsive.

• Bogdan (10/5): Amazing modern apartment near the center - This apartment was just great for us as a family with kids. Very modern, well equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including a washing machine with a tumble dryer. My 8 year old really appreciated the PS4. The underground parking space was really useful. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the old town through a nice neighborhood. Finally, the communication with the host was 10/10, always responded very quickly and making sure we had everything we needed.

• Alex (10/5): Very comfortable - A very modern, clean and stylish apartment just a 5 minute walk away from the old town. It was well equipped throughout and a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend The apartment was on the ground floor next to a main road so it could get a little noisy during peak times of the day but this was a minor issue.

• Palionytė (10/5): Very comfortable stay — highly recommended. - Everything was excellent. The apartment was extremely clean, tidy, and beautifully maintained. Even though the windows face the street, it did not disturb our sleep. The location is very convenient, with great connections to the city center and within walking distance. We especially appreciated the keyless entry with a code, which was very practical and meant we didn’t have to worry about losing keys. The host was very communicative, helpful, and always quick to respond.

Tuvimos un problema con el lavavajillas y al minuto el propietario me lo resolvió por WhatsApp. Eso es de agradecer. Hay lavadora/secadora, cafetera, las camas comodísimas... Ya estoy pensando cuándo volver. Málaga es una ciudad bandera y este apartamento es de 10 así que, volveremos. Lo único es que es una planta baja y yo soy más de alturas, pero no quita ni una décima a mi valoración pq todo lo demás lo compensa con creces.

Ubicación muy cerca del centro, parking excelente, instalaciones maravillosas ; con todas las comodidades , no faltaba ningún detalle, cama y almohadas comodisimas. Sumado a que Albert es un gran anfitrión quien nos coordinó muy bien la entrada y siempre estuvo atento a hacernos nuestra estancia perfecta. Le doy un 10 porque no le puedo dar un 12. Fabuloso. Nada que objetar. Todo más que perfecto.

Nuestra hija tiene movilidad reducida y es perfecto para ella. Cama amplia y cómoda, con buenas y numerosas almohadas. Toallas esponjosas, suaves y nuevas. El sofá es una maravilla, y comodísimo. El baño es amplio. Todo el piso decorado con gusto exquisito. Bien equipado. Bien situado, llegas al centro en minutos andando. Alberto, su anfitrión, siempre pendiente y muy atento. Lo único que mejoraría es que al estar a ras del suelo se escucha el ruido de los coches y que pasan, pero tampoco es una zona demasiado ruidosa. Si vives normalmente en una ciudad eso ni lo notarás.
• Samina (10/5): Amazing experience, wouldn’t change a thing. - This property was amazing, it’s the perfect place for a vacation, the house had everything you need from a coffee machine to a juicer. It was very modern and clean and so spacious. It was at a perfect location in the city centre, max 30min walks to tourist attractions, and 15 min walk to city centre, there are a lot of food shops which are also halal and coffee stores nearby. Communication by the owner was immaculate, we needed a early check in and later check out and he was so kind and tried his best to manage what he could, if we needed any help he was ready to help and he was so understanding about a accident that happened in the apartment 😊 Nothing to complain about.

• Riccardo (8/5): - Casa davvero moderna e con tutti i comfort..doccia spaziosa .. letti comodi.. cucina nuovissima ..TV top Posizione non distante dal centro ma in una zona con pochi trasporti e forse una riqualifica del quartiere renderebbe il tutto meno cupo. Purtroppo non è specificato che la stanza è situata al piano terra e questo non per tutti un plus.

• Sirlene (10/5): Tudo perfeito ! Valeu muito a pena! - Apartamento lindo, muito bem equipado! A localização excelente, gostamos de andar, então fazíamos tudo a pé. O carro ficou na garagem do prédio (paga a parte) mas muito conveniente. Apenas como informação a quem for se hospedar, o apartamento é térreo com as janelas para a rua, ficamos com as janelas e cortinas fechadas sempre, a nós, não incomodou porque ficávamos fora o tempo todo, mas acho importante deixar claro para quem quer privacidade e sossego.

• Esther (10/5): Fue un gran acierto! - Muy bien ubicado, muy fácil de llegar e ideal para visitar el centro de Málaga. Apartamento amplio para las personas indicadas y todo muy limpio. Camas muy cómodas y, pese a ser un bajo, nada de ruidos. Como posibles mejoras sólo cosas triviales: una cafetera italiana u otra que no sea Nesspreso (para los muy cafeteros que no usamos esa marca) y quizá algo duras un par de almohadas, otras dos perfectas (pero esto va en gustos).

Alberto el anfitrión encantador y amable. Vamos si llegamos a volver nuevamente por Málaga no dudaría en repetir en hospedarnos en el apartamento.

• Oscar (8/5): Great place to stay for a Málaga getaway! - Very conveniently situated in Málaga, right at the edge of the city center. It takes you just over 10 minutes to walk from the apartment to, let's say, the cathedral right in the middle of town. And if you'd like to explore the surroundings of Málaga by car you'll be on a big through road within a few minutes. The parking garage is available for €15 per day, honestly a steal in this town. Plus it's right next door, so nothing beats that. Pro tip: back up your car in the car elevator (yes, car elevator) and save yourself the hassle of having to maneuver around in the garage. There's a proper supermarket right around the corner. The apartment is very smartly furnished, everything was nice and clean and the complimentary bottle of Cava was really appreciated! The apartment is on the ground floor, right next to a street which can become somewhat busy during rush hour. It didn't bother us, we're used to living in busy cities. Don't get me wrong. It's not super noisy, but you'll probably notice. If you're OK with that it's really the perfect spot for a getaway to Málaga! Again, it did NOT make our stay less pleasant! We only missed an electric kettle to make some tea ;-)

• Neil (9/5): An excellent short stay in a lovely apartment, would use again if in Malaga. - It was far enough away from the centre but close enough for it not to be a long walk away. The whole apartment was to a very high standard including an excellent shower, well equipped kitchen and a very large comfortable bed. We couldn't of asked for more from the host, thank you again Alberto. The garage, although on site would have been a little tricky to navigate due to the space allocated. However, the host allowed us to use a larger space which solved the problem. This in no way would put we off the property.

Parking available in the buidings own garage (price for garage maybe a bit high (15€/day), but super convenient). Shades to completely darken the rooms. Host is very responsive and helps out if you need something. Located in the ground floor next to a busy one way street. So you can hear the cars of course, but we slept very well anyways, so it wasnt a problem for us.
