• Caramelo (3/5): Não recomendamos - Trata-se de um anexo com pessimas condições. A localização era próxima de estação de metro, único ponto positivo. Trata-se de um anexo desagradável, sem janelas, com móveis velhos e gastos, roupa de cama velhas, equipamento sujo e velho... Quando chegámos não havia lençóis para o sofá cama... foram depois disponibilizados após nosso pedido. A água quente acabava , e no último dia foi desligada, apenas tínhamos água fria. Apesar de possuir máquinas de lavar e secar roupa, o anfitrião mencionou que o uso tinha um valor acrescentado de 30 euros... um absurdo ... não usámos. Localizado num bairro periférico de Roma, com ruas sujas de lixo, com pouca iluminação e mau ambiente. A saída do metro até ao alojamento é assustadora, principalmente se for feita de noite. Põe em causa a segurança dos hóspedes. Não recomendamos.

• Giovanni (5/5): Accettabile - Adeguato al prezzo economico. Aggiungo: tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti Il Parcheggio Gratuito non é privato ma in strada. La via però é stata sempre tutta occupata dalle auto dei residenti e ho dovuto girare un po' nei dintorni per trovare parcheggio. Non volevo Parcheggio PRIVATO ma se leggo "Parcheggio GRATUITO" lo posso pensare (magari un cortiletto con passo carrabile, ecc). E' in strada, certo che é Gratuito. Meglio scrivere "POSSIBILITA' di cercare e trovare in zona PARCHEGGIO IN STRADA senza ticket"

• Russell (9/5): Nice apartment and a great value - Close proximity to metro. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Having a washing machine and clothes dryer was very convenient. It was cold in the apartment upon arrival and took quite a while to warm up.

• j (8/5): Good stay - Easy check-in instructions, but might get tricky to get to if arriving late at night. Best to check-in in the afternoon or early evening. Amenities mentioned were provided. Plenty of space for suitcases and table space. There’s a step down to the toilet so elderly people need to be careful. Location is just a short walk to Torre Angela metro station that connects to tourist attractions. Hosts are easy to talk to. Nothing much, just tiny details. More hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom would be nice. The detergent box of the washing machine needs a bit of cleaning. Bed linens smell a bit musty/dusty/smells like storage box (might need to change laundry detergent used or air our the cabinet where it’s placed?)

• BKANLIOGLU (7/5): Biraz fazladan ozenle çok daha tatmin edici olur. - Ihtiyac olabilecek hersey düşunulmüs ve mevcut. Ama, esyalar biraz vasat. Yapi sandartlari düşük.cekmeceler dolaplar simdiden kendini birakmaya baslamis.
• Fernando (7/5): - Cerca parada metro, aunque el trayecto al centro son 13 paradas hasta San Giovanni y en tiempo unos 40 minutos. Espacio suficiente para 4 personas y cocina bien equipada Baño podía estar un poco más limpio.
• Martina (8/5): - Apartmán je čistý, pohodlný a dobře vybavený. Snadno se tam dostanete pomocí klíče v trezoru, takže ani pozdní check-in není problém. Blízko stanice metra s dobrou dostupností do centra. Velmi mě potěšil hostitel, který byl po celou dobu pobytu ochotný rychle poradit. Lokalita, ve které bych se za tmy bála (minimálně o peněženku ve své kapse). I když obchod IN's v blízkosti byl dobře zasobený, raději bych se dál než na nákup v okolí neprocházela. Pro pobyt v Římě bych ho ale klidně zvolila znovu, metro na mě působilo bezpečně.

A szállásadó gyorsan és segítőkészen válaszol ha kérdeztünk valamit! A melegvízzel nekünk is voltak gondjaink, de megoldható volt!

La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici. La casa si trova in una zona abitata prevalentemente da stranieri, a circa 24 km dal centro di Roma. L'unica difficoltà è trovare il parcheggio. L'unica difficoltà è trovare il parcheggio. Perché tanti volte occupato da altri macchine. La mio auto graffiata da qualche altra macchina forse quando entrava da suo cancello. Meglio installare dissuasore come un palletto o una barriera.
• Molina (7/5): Está bien pero puede ser mejor! - Tenía todas las comodidades de una casa, estaba bien. Me gustó que hubiera botellas de agua envasada en la heladera, fue lindo gesto. Nunca supimos por qué se cortaba el agua caliente de la ducha, y como llegábamos tarde ya no podía reclamar. A la mañana siguiente el agua salía bien y por la noche salía fría. La pava eléctrica estaba muy deteriorada, se salian los pedacitos de plástico, no se utilizó. Sería bueno que hubieran instrucciones acerca del uso del lavarropas y secadora de ropa, y una medida de jabón para un uso aunque sea. También me gustaría un comentario sobre el agua de grifo, si se podía ingerir o no. El barrio estaba bastante alejado pero era tranquilo.

• Bernard (8/5): It was fine. I will surely go back to stay if I will visit Rome again - Its quite, comfortable to stay. Easy to communicate with the owner or the reception. Its far from the center of Rome. Some says that the place itself is dangerous.

Terrible smell of fungus in the apartment, bathroom with visible fungus marks on the wall. Heating switching off, water was cold, not possible to take shower in cold water in December. The owner was trying to convince me that I am the problem. NOT RECOMMENDED!
• Zhanar (3/5): Stuffy, dirty and gloomy - Nothing The place was dirty, gloomy, with a broken air-conditioner and no mosquito nets on the windows. No window in the bedroom. The air-conditioner was dripping, and the first thing that we saw, was a pool of water on the floor in the bedroom. The walls were dirty. The sofa in the kitchen for the 4th person had no enough linen. The extra bed in the bedroom was in fact just a cot. The handler of the front door was broken, the door itself had no lock, only the lattice, so there was no way to shut the door properly - mosquitoes, welcome! We had to either suffocate ourselves, or be eaten by the mosquitoes, and there were plenty of them, I was painfully bit by them in the first minutes when I entered the apartment. We couldn’t stay there and had to find another apartment in the middle of the night. We were mislead by the 8+ score it had on Booking, but when we were checking-in, it has fallen to 7+ But I still don’t get how people can give this apartment 7+, it’s way too high for it.
• Prince (10/5): Super nice apartment - The apartment was really good. It has everything that is necessary for a very comfortable stay. The location is also very well connected via metro.

• Bayramova (8/5): Very good - Everything was okay, everywhere was clean. The host was so kind. It is a bit far from the central location and the airports. But there is a metro line next to it. The biggest problem for us was the lack of hot water.
