• Kristian (9/5): Gratificante - El desayuno fue excelente, la atención fue efectiva ya que nos colaboraron con todo y las vistas maravillosas desde el glamping en que nos hospedamos. La ubicación un poquito difícil, pues lo normal de todos los glamping que quedan en la montaña y pues como todas esas vías no están pavimentadas toca tener precaución.
• Lina (6/5): Bonita experiencia, pero podría mejorar - Lo positivo es que el lugar es muy tranquilo, tiene una buena vista y es ideal para desconectarse y alejarse de la ciudad. Se siente un ambiente relajante que permite descansar. El servicio por WhatsApp es muy demorado; escribí con un mes de anticipación y solo respondieron el día de la reserva. Además, no informan claramente que no se puede llegar en transporte público al glamping, solo en carro o con transporte contratado, lo cual resulta costoso. La comida también podría mejorar en sabor.
• Liliana (7/5): Estoy preocupada - Que en principio el servicio al cliente fue muy bien y ahora no puedo comunicarme La señora desde que reserve fue muy amable y Contesto siempre muy rápido todas las preguntas pero se nos quedo un domino muy importante y ella si nos aviso , le pedí el favor que me lo enviará el lunes y ahora no se que pasa, y esta muy ocupada Seguramente pero me preocupa por que necesito el Domino y no tengo comunicacion con ella , ojala no me toque ir a Guatavita por el Domino 😒
• Fernando (9/5): Un lugar de descanso y buenas vistas - Un sitio muy acogedor, rodeado de naturaleza y tranquilidad, donde se puede realmente descansar y apreciar el embalse, con vistas muy bonitas. Cuenta con servicios adicionales que complementan muy bien la experiencia

• Julian David (9/5): Muy buen servicio, instalaciones cómodas y ambiente acogedor - Excelente alojamiento, Erika fue muy amable y comunicativa todo el tiempo, dando indicaciones, recomendaciones y con comunicación eficiente, nos solucionó todo lo que requerimos en la instancia de forma rápida y efectiva. La vista es hermosa, si bien hace frio dan opciones para mitigar esto: fogata y calentador dentro de los glamping. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, gran sabor y frescura en los alimentos. Las camas son cómodas y arropan en la noche para el frio que hace. El WiFi en momentos se va la señal pero en general es estable. Hay opción de mini bar con precios razonables, hay juegos para distraerse. Todo muy aseado y ordenado. La ducha puede mejorar, no sale mucha agua y sale tibia, para el frio en la mañana es un reto bañarse. Había una silla de madera rota e inestable, por lo que puede ser peligroso al sentarse.

• Stefanny (9/5): Un lugar para desconectarse - La privacidad fue lo mejor tener tanto silencio y calma, estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada y salida y si necesitábamos algo muy amables todo y nos sentimos muy seguros, había te y café en la habitación para el frío. Todo estuvo excelente lo único que mejoraría son las almohadas estaban súper duras

• Stephanie (10/5): Maravillosa Experiencia - El domo es hermoso con una vista maravillosa, el servicio de las personas es muy bueno, la comida deliciosa, el baño tiene agua caliente y es muy bonito. Tienen ventilador para cuando hace mucha calor en el día y calentador para la noche. Todo fue espectacular 100% recomendado. La carretera al llegar no esta pavimentada, pero si esta encintada, es un poquito complicado pero nada del otro mundo.

• Saade (2/5): Horrible experience, would not recommend - The view, the staff was somewhat nice The first day we let the person in charge know that there has been a leak (it rained) and that my husband was woken up by water droplets in his face. They told me they would get it fixed during the day and then never did. The second and last night was horrible, there was heavy rain and there was leaks all over the tent. I let the person in charge know and asked her why didn’t she let me know they were not able to fix it and probably we would’ve decided to go somewhere else. They did not change us to a different glamping, or gave us any reassurance that they will try to give us comfort for the night we paid. The person said that she would go to the glamping and clean the water, give us towels and a bucket but she sent someone else with the three smallest towels i’ve ever seen. Next day they proceeded to tell me they would assume the cost of a 2,000 pesos upcharge for some beers we had and gave us for breakfast something different. They gave us fruit but it was clearly half a strawberry split into to plates, half a banana and a quarter peach for each one of us. It was honestly insulting. They could’ve try and gave us another room, or trying to solve the problem with us some way, at least they couldve let me know in the morning that they couldnt get the leaks fixed. On top of that, the shower curtain was missing some hoops, there was no soap for your body, and the “soap” that was in the shower was the same as the hand soap. The place has a wonderful view but it was an absolute nightmare.
