Hartmut (5/5): Günstigste Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in "Zentrumsnähe". Für Städtetouren ungeeignet, eher für länger - Altbau frisch renoviert und mit Laminatböden versehen. Alles sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Heißwasserzubereitung in der Wohnung (kein Hotel-Dusch-Syndrom). Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Irreführende Mails für die Übermittlung der Öffnungscodes. Unangenehmer Geruch beim Betreten der Räume. Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man versteht jedes Wort aus der Nachbarwohnung (besonders wenn der Pflegedienst sich dort bemerkbar macht in aller Frühe). Stark befahrene Hochstraße direkt hinter dem Haus. Busverbindung von und zur Innenstadt alle 30 Minuten, außer nach 19:00 Uhr und am Wochenende, da fährt kein Bus mehr. Taxi knapp 10 EUR bis ZOB. Getränke und Snackautomat leidlich befüllt.

Heinz-Jürgen (7/5): Aufenthalt in einem eingerichteten und gut gelegenen Appartment. Gerne wieder! - Gute Lage, Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Gute, zweckmäßig Ausstattung. Am Tag der Anreise war es im Appartment recht kühl, speziell im Bad. Es dauerte einige Stunden bis die Temperaturen auf ein angenehmes Level kamen. Ausnahme hier war das Bad. Hier kam keine „Wohlfühltemperatur“ zustande. An Werktagen kann es, schon früh morgen, durch den Werksverkehr, der gegenüberliegenden Fabrik, laut werden - Einschließlich Zugpfeifen…

RunningR (8/5): Prima overnachtingsadres voor een kort verblijf. - Dat we bij aankomst meteen een ander appartement aangeboden kregen, toen bleek dat ons appartement nog niet schoongemaakt was. Alles is aanwezig: 2-pits kookstel, maken, borden, bestek, waterkoker, handdoeken, etc. Prima voor een kort verblijf. Het appartement was erg koud en daardoor ook vochtig.

Judith (10/5): - Der Aufenthalt war super, es ist ein sehr schönes Apartment. Mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung, wenn ich noch mal nach Minden kommen würde ich es nochmal buchen. Der Check in/ out war super einfach.
Heidrun (7/5): Für eine Nacht in Minden ein schönes Quartier in leider lauter Lage. - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt und entspricht optisch den Bildern. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Danke für kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Haken für Handtücher im Bad wären schön, da war nur einer neben dem Waschbecken. Die Haustür und der Eingangsbereich sind eher schmuddelig. Es ist durch die Bundesstraße einfach immer Lärm, selbst am Wochenende, was nachts doch störender war als erwartet.

Fußläufig ist die Altstadt gut erreichbar (ca. 15 Min). Wer gerne Scooter fährt hat vor dem Haus 3-4 Scooter gefunden. Mir hat das Zimmer gefallen. Perfekt für 2 Personen. Alles vorhanden gewesen. Sehr sauber. Preis für eine Nacht: 105 Euro für 2 mögliche Personen: Super Preis/Leistung! Also ja, kann und würde ich empfehlen. Habe ich nichts nennenswertes. Für meinen Zweck war die Unterkunft sehr ausreichend.

Janet (7/5): - Klein, aber für die Stadt sehr gut. Liegt in elnem Industriegebiet, dafür aber mit dem Fahrrad wenige Minuten zur Innenstadt. Alles ist neu und gemütlich. Es gab sogar Kaffee, Milch und ein paar Süßigkeiten. Der Blick auf die Bundestraße und die Wand des hohen Industriegebäudes direkt daneben.

Karl - Heinz (9/5): Lage etwas außerhalb im Industriegebiet. Gute, ruhige Unterkunft - Geräumige saubere Wohnung. Das Bett hat eine feste Matratze, so dass man nicht in eine Kuhle rollt. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Fahrräder waren in einer Garage untergebracht. Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Bei der Anreise an die Firma Wago orientieren. Die ist nicht zu übersehen. Direkt daneben liegt die Unterkunft. Es ist trotz der Firma nicht laut. Zusammen mit der freundlichen, geduldigen Frau am Telefon, habe ich die elektronische Schlüsselbox im 3 Anlauf aufgekommen. Vielleicht war es ein Zufall, aber erst nachdem ich den Pin Kode auf sichtbar gestellt habe, ließ sich die Schlüsselbox öffnen. Aber wie gesagt, die Frau am Telefon war geduldig.
