• Giles (9/5): Excellent Value for money. - Great value for money, we were very comfortable for the one week with 5 people. The host was very responsive, The apartment is close to beaches, easy to get into Athens, and the are many restaurants in easy 15 min walk, or supermarkets nearby. The apartment is old style - so if you want IG beauty this is not for you; but it had everything we needed and was great value.

• Peter (9/5): Great location, spacious bedrooms, friendly host who was always available on WhatsApp - The location is first class. The balconies overlook the green garden. The bedrooms are spacious. We could sleep well, there was no noise in the morning. The bathroom needs some upgrade.
• Massimo (1/5): Too cold to be true - the location is excellent, the apartment itself may be good for summer, but in winter it was so cold that is not livable, despite having an electric blanked on the matress, the rest is icy cold. I had to find another place to avoid getting sick. ther is a big fan hole in the kitchen that cools down the whole place when is windy. The building heating was not functioning, so the administrator provided a small electric radiator, but it was not enough to warm up the apartment. And of course, it's non refundable so it's a trap.
• Oksana (10/5): - Wonderful quiet area, which has everything for relaxation: sea, cafes, shops. The apartments are very spacious, the owner is friendly. I would like to separately note the large terrace overlooking the garden and the hospitality of the owner (there was even drinking water for the entire period of stay)
• Huan (10/5): Quite and comfortably - This apartment is most quite although nearby beach, walking to the beach just 3 minutes. Outside of the balcony is the garden of the building, there are full green trees and so beautiful view. The apartment at 1st floor but in fact there are more two floors under it so it’s very convenient. The apartment is clean and have everything what I need. Afternoon sunshine full of the room now at winter it’s most comfortable. The owner prepped Christmas light and gift, that’s so nice. If it more renovated then will be perfect.

• GEORGIA (10/5): - Το δωματιο μας παρειχε τα παντα και η τοποθεσια ηταν εξαιρετικη. Ησυχη γειτονια με ευκολο παρκινγκ. Υπηρχε παραλια κοντα,σουπερ μαρκετ,σταση ΜΜΜ
• Natalia (10/5): - Отдыхали с 3 по 8 августа 2025 года. Местоположение отличное . До моря идти минут 7. Красивый вид с террасы и балкона. Порадовало наличие дополнительного раскладного диванчика. Есть всё для комфортного проживания. Недалеко универсальный магазин, в котором доступные цены. Аптеки, кафе, быстрое питание, остановка общественного транспорта - всё в шаговой доступности. Комнаты небольшие, но их достаточно для семьи из пяти человек. Всем нашлось место для уединения. Улица спокойная, очень зелёная. шума машин нет. Соседи приветливые. В спальнях есть кондиционеры, но мы чаще делали сквозное проветривание. Рекомендуем данные апартаменты.

We truly recommend this place to anyone! - The location was perfect, the host was incredibly kind and helpful, and the apartment was spotless and very comfortable. It had absolutely everything we could need! The apartment is perfectly situated — close to restaurants, shops, and most importantly, the beach. We could easily walk everywhere without needing a car or public transport.
• Ketevani (7/5): Good - Good location if you're looking for a quiet environment, though it's a bit far from the center. The property is clean and acceptable, though the renovations are somewhat dated. Good value for money if you're seeking budget accommodation in a peaceful setting.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very spacious for our family of four and had all the amenities we needed. The location is excellent, around 500m away from the beach, bakeries, supermarkets and cafés. The host was kind and attentive. Overall 10/10 recommended !
