Jacques (10/5): Bien aimé était propre et on retrouve tout dans le quartier. - Près de tout La musique du club qui est en bas de l’appartement et le matelas de la première chambre qui devrait être changé car il y a vraiment un creux dans le matelas.
Joseph (7/5): Pour une nuit - J’étais logé dans l’appartement à l’étage juste au dessus du pub qui se trouvait au rez-de-chaussée. C’était bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit (sans oublier le bruit de pas des locataires du dessus et la literie n’était pas du tout confortable. Beaucoup d’itinérants dans la rue où se trouve cet établissement malheureusement qui nous abordaient.

Schuman (7/5): Great accommodations inside, loud night life outside - Loved the design and the space was comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed and living room. Was not aware of how loud the noise would be from the bars at night. It was really loud until 3am.

Nathalie (6/5): - Logement propre et équipé correctement Un chambre est vraiment trop petite ce qui ne permet pas de stocker les valises dans la chambre. Le bruit insupportable toute une partie de la nuit à cause du pub qui se trouve juste en dessous de l’appartement. Dommage que ce n’est pas indiqué sur l’annonce ça aurait éviter tout ce chamboulement, quitter l’appartement une nuit plus tôt et perte d’une grosse somme d’argent car le propriétaire à garder tout le montant des taxes et n’a pas rembourser la moitié. Déception ++++

gilles (7/5): bon séjour qui aurait pu être parfait si les quelques défauts rapportés ici avaient été corrigés - emplacement idéal, permet de visiter le vieux Québec à pied. appartement avec du potentiel, propre, et correspondant aux photos. environnement très bruyant le soir et la nuit, du fait des pubs en dessous et à proximité. nombreux sans abris qui stationnent jour et nuit à proximité. vaisselle et couverts en quantité très limitée (ex:3 bols pour 4 personnes) 3 chaises dispo pour 4 personnes

Morgan (9/5): Great apartment in a great area. - Great location, very clean. Host was helpful and replied to questions quickly before our arrival. A little loud from the bar below. We knew this before booking. Wish there were earplugs available :)

Javier (6/5): Los of potential, but some things to be adjusted - The place is very new, exactly as shown in the pictures. The living room space is comffortble and there is a lot of potential in the apartment. The noise at night is a problem. In new year's eve, we were unable to sleep at all until 4.am. The apartment needs a lot more appliances and products that you typically find in any other booking or airbnb. Basic things like salt, pepper or even enough toilette paper were missing. I appreciate is a very new apartment and you are probably working on that, but you need that solved to be more competitive. The cleanning not great. It was just OK. Maybe something you could improve in the future.
Benjamin (3/5): Don't stay here unless you want to sleep during the day and party at night. So loud. - If you like nightlife, it would probably be a good spot. The pub below--also owned by the property owner--is open until 3am. We slept so poorly the first night that we had to book a completely different place for the rest of our stay. Also, the keypad broke after the first day, and we had to enter through the restaurant, which was only possible when it was open.
