• Anca (6/5): - the location was exactly what i wanted and the bed was decent and clean. The apartment was very basic, no charm, no personality. the fridge was not clean and the freezer was fully frozen and blocked by ice. the bathroom needs some care as pieces were falling out and some repair and remodelling of previous furniture which left holes etc. It was quite strange that i had to meet Massimiliano for the keys and he came accompanied by another guy. it felt extremely uncomfortable as a single woman to step into the apartment with two guys, and it was 10pm. you should have the keys available in a box with a code.

• Richard (8/5): Un loc fain de unde sa planifici vizita Romei - Apartamentul a fost curat, spațios, langa statiile de autobuz si tramvai. Gazda foarte amabila, ne-a așteptat mai devreme si ne-a oferit early check-in. Patul si sofa sint confortabile, climele au mers f bine, cafeaua espresso a fost delicioasa. Zona e liniștită si sigura, găsești un supermarket PAM la vreo 15 min pe jos. Ar fi fost utile niste plase de țânțari la geamuri.
• Maria (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Rom, gute und ruhige Lage, wunderschöne Terrasse, gute Ausstattung, sehr freundliche Gasgeber - Sehr schöne Wohnung, das Highlight sind die Terrasse und der Balkon, sagenhaft! Die Lage ist im Südwesten vom Zentrum, ruhig und wunderschön gelegen, sehr schönes Viertel; mit der Tram vor der Tür in 40 Minuten zur Piazza Venezia (total zentral), mit dem Bus in 30 Minuten. Tolle und günstige Restaurants überall. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Jederzeit wieder! Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert; der Duschkopf war defekt; einige Gartenstühle kaputt. Das Bad und der Außenbereich hätten etwas sauberer sein können; Elektrizitätsprobleme bei vielen parallel laufenden Geräten. Die Haupttür vom Gebäude hört man sehr laut wenn sie zuknallt. Ansonsten alles top.

• Mercedes (10/5): Fantástica estancia en Roma - Fantástico. El apartamento es ideal, cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle. Te reciben los anfitriones, los cuales son fantásticos. Nosotros éramos cuatro y nos sentimos muy cómodos en la casa. Todo súper limpio. Tiene una terraza con una mesa en la que desayunamos maravillosamente. Fuimos en coche y la casa incluye aparcamiento en la parte inferior de la casa de forma gratuita. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene supermercados y bares cerca. Nosotros fuimos desde allí al centro en tranvía en 15 20 minutos y también cogimos Uber de 10 a 15:€. Los anfitriones te explican cómo llegar al centro y te resuelven todas las dudas que tengas. Lo recomiendo 100%

• Kim Zoe (7/5): Gute Ferienwohnung für einen tollen Städtetrip - Die Ankunft & Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Ich empfehle nachts die Klima im Schlafzimmer auszuschalten und im Wohnzimmer laufen zu lassen (natürlich mit offener Schlafzimmertür), so konnten wir für uns den perfekten Kompromiss aus kühlem und ruhigen Schlaf finden. Eine Tiefgarage inklusive Fahrstuhl gab es natürlich auch, wobei das Parken eher fragwürdig ist. Sehr eng für zwei Autos nebeneinander, aber für den Bau kann ja der Vermieter nichts. Die Lage war gut. Man kommt mit Auto super hin ohne ZTL Zone, dafür ist man mit Bus und Bahn aber etwas länger unterwegs (ca. 25-45 min. je nachdem, wo man hin will). Die Matratze war verhältnismäßig weich, aber angenehm. Auf dem Balkon war es sehr heiß, wenn drinnen die Klimaanlage lief, da Richtung Balkonstühle die Wärmepumpe ihre Luft entließ. Mücken sind dort auch unaushaltbar. Die Dusche ist für größere Menschen leider nicht gebaut und eine Ablage für Duschgel fehlt auch. Leider sind die Fugen erneuerungsbedürftig und leicht verkalkt war der Duschkopf auch. Eine kleine Kante war vom Duschkopf abgebrochen, hier ist Vorsicht geboten. Die Klorolle wurde auch an einer ungünstigen Stelle angebracht, dort kratzt man sich erstmal den Oberarm auf. Bei der Schublade im Bad fehlte schon der untere Griff. Die Rollos im Bad decken nicht 100% den Sichtschutz ab, weshalb wir ein extra Handtuch vorgehangen hatten. Das Bettlaken hatte leider Flecken und war für die Matratze zu klein, es rutschte jede Nacht herunter inklusive dem Matratzenschutz, sodass man quasi auf der blanken Matratze lag. Bezogene Bettdecken kann man in Italien nicht erwarten, wer also nicht mit Bettlaken schlafen kann, sollte sich Decke/Bezug mitbringen. Die Fahrt ins Stadtzentrum zieht sich leider etwas, dafür ist die Anbindung von Wohnung zur Bahn/Busstation maximal 5-10 min. zu Fuß entfernt.

• Garth (8/5): Awesome accommodation in Rome - The host waited for me at the property to collect the keys, even though I was later than expected (let down by Uber). The apartment is in an excellent location with a good view from the second story balcony. All the rooms were equipped with an air-conditioner (it's very hot in summer). The Wi-Fi is excellent. There is an elevator to the second floor. Given that I have rated this place as very good, anything I didn't like is a quibble and made up for by other features. The shower was a bit small but if you are not yet in your 60's you will probably not even notice. I don't travel much so I don't have a lot to compare this to, but I was very happy with it and would gladly return.
• Noriko (9/5): Beautiful apartment and convenient location in Rome. - I loved the apartment, it was very modern and spacious, it was perfect size for traveling with family, three of us. The host was very helpful with recommendations, and waited for us to hand the keys, gave us information about the bus station, too. Location is not central, but accessible by the tram easily and there are multiple bus station. It was a very pleasant stay, beautiful apartment and quite area, I enjoyed it!

• Ott (10/5): A good place to rest your head while you explore Rome. - Good value and host is a sweetie Don’t get there late. Everything closes early snd you can’t find anything to eat or get supplies. Little shops there are shifty too. Know your money and make sure prices are on the product before buying, or go the supermarket.
• _t1000_ (8/5): Nice apartmentⁿ - Nice apartment with a parking place and great terrace. The noise coming from the main door in the building is very high, and it was used many times during quiet times, so couldn't sleep well.
• Iulian (10/5): A lovely and comfortable stay in a quiet area, close to everything we needed. - We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is located in a quiet area, very close to the lovely Monteverde neighborhood, with lots of shops nearby. It’s also very well connected — just a 3-minute walk to several bus stops and tram line 8. Right across the street, there’s a cute café with great coffee and croissants. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, well-ventilated, and had plenty of storage space. It also had a lovely balcony where we could relax. The air conditioning worked perfectly on heating mode, which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment comes equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine with espresso pods kindly provided by the host. There’s also a TV, although we didn’t use it. The bathroom is clean and spacious (there was a small leak under the sink, but we informed the host and hope it will be fixed soon). The bedroom is comfortable and, thankfully, has shutters — perfect if you prefer a dark room for sleeping. Alessandra was very kind and communicative throughout our stay. A big plus: using public transportation, we could reach any major attraction in about 40 to 60 minutes, which was very convenient and budget-friendly. Just a heads-up: there is a city tax that needs to be paid separately, and checkout time is at 10 AM. The apartment was really well equipped, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Not a big deal at all, but a small dish sponge and a pair of slippers would have been a lovely bonus to make it even more perfect!

Peaceful and safe neighborhood, private parking in the building. The apartment has a small yard and terrace, a separate kitchen with a living room from the bedroom. Nearby (5 min. walk) are bus and tram stations. Many thanks and regards to the hosts, if we visit Rome again, we will ask for the same apartment. We have no complaints, everything was as described.

They even send it back to me for free. Highly recommend this really nice apartment and the amazing hosts! Next time I come to Rome I will definitely choose this apartment. Nothing.

• Anna (7/5): Nice apartment in a quiet location - Small apartment with two rooms and a shower. There is a kitchen and some dishes. It takes 20 minutes to get to Piazza Venezia by bus. Not far from the apartment there is a cozy restaurant "Antica Schiacciata Romana", which we recommend visiting. There was no dryer in the room, we asked the owner and he brought one right away. There were no spices, sugar or sunflower oil in the kitchen of the apartment. We had to buy them ourselves, but the owners of the apartments should do this, the cost of products is low, and it is more comfortable for tourists. We left our jar of oil in the apartment for other guests ;) If the kitchen had all of this, my rating would be 8. And the shower is leaking a little, I guess it needs to be fixed, otherwise the bathroom floor gets wet.

• Sudarshan (9/5): Very nice stay. Very very near to Ramazzini Bus Stand - Location is very ideal. It is 200m walk from Ramazzini bus stop. Bathroom was very clean and spacious. The AC in the hall was not working. Anyways it was not that hot so it was fine. When contacted the property owner he said he would look into it. So hope it would be fixed. There was no lock for bathroom. It was fine for us but yeah it would be nice if there is a lock installed. Would be nice if there is a mirror apart from bathroom.

• Matt (8/5): Very good - Lovely clean place, very welcoming. Aissa was a great host who waited there for us until around 10pm after our delayed flight. Aissa also helped us with some information regarding buses, etc. The apartment was lovely and clean with every thing we needed. Highly recommended. The only real issue we had was the shower. The holder was broken, which we hadn't noticed until the morning after we got there. But I messaged Aissa to let her know. Not an issue. Also, the water pressure with strip ya skin its so strong, probably why the holder was broken.
