- Karīna (5/5): Unfortunately I would not book it again. - The apartment was pretty ok, the shower head was broken off the wall , but all together the apartment was good. I wish I could have known, that the apartment is on the 4.th floor! Upper floors are a no go for us. Everyone was so disappointed to find out that it’s on the 4.th floor. Also the neighbourhood was really dangerous. I did not feel safe there. Immediately after seeing the building , the neighbourhood our stay did not feel safe.

- Ana Maria (10/5): Confort KASSEL - Todo limpio muy nuevo, las camas cómodas las almohadas no tanto.hay de todo es muy amplio insonorizado y aislado del ruido y del frío. El wifi mb y la calefacción tb! Tiene horno y microondas pero no tiene tostadora. La zona muy tranquila al lado de un colegio. Aparcamiento gratis por detrás El segundo piso sin ascensor y las escaleras dan pena no pensé que llegar al apartamento y encontrármelo nuevo. Aparcamos por detrás y no está muy bien explicado que frente al parking hay un pasadizo en el lateral te lleva a una plaza y a la derecha está el portal y suerte que vimos pasar a gente que pasaba por allí sino no lo hubiésemos sabido. Podían dejar salir a las 11 como la mayoría de los establecimientos

Kawa herbata i wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy na miejscu, w budynku cisza wszystko dobrze opisane, uważam że obiekt nie posiada minusów i ma super gospodarza. Alles war super, die Verlängerung des Aufenthalts war problemlos möglich. Kaffee, Tee und alles Notwendige waren vorhanden, das Gebäude war ruhig und alles war gut beschrieben. Ich finde, die Unterkunft hat keinerlei Mängel und der Gastgeber ist großartig.

Kissen grausam Kein Toaster oder Besen Kein Stöpsel in wasch - und spülbecken Kein Hinweis, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. 6. Etage über ungemütliches baufälliges Treppenhaus. Unfallgefahr!!! - Walkis (3/5): Starker Lärm im Apartment – Aufenthalt dadurch erheblich beeinträchtigt - Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war insgesamt gut. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – Supermarkt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Apartment selbst war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war ein extrem lautes Geräusch innerhalb der Wohnung. Es klang zeitweise wie eine Waschmaschine oder eine industrielle Maschine, vermutlich aus dem Dachbereich. Der Lärm war so stark, dass wir sogar Kopfschmerzen bekommen haben. Ich habe das Problem dem Verantwortlichen gemeldet, aber dieser wusste angeblich nichts davon. Das Geräusch dauerte mehrere Stunden am Nachmittag und trat auch am Sonntag wieder auf. Es scheint, als gäbe es im Gebäude einen Waschraum oder eine technische Anlage, und leider hatten wir mit der Wohnung (4.2, Obergeschoss) genau Pech. Meine Frau und ich konnten uns weder richtig ausruhen noch entspannen und sind am Ende mit Kopfschmerzen gegangen.
- Reinhild (9/5): - Wir haben in einer neu renovierten,hellen komfortablen und toll aufgeteilten Ferienwohnung ein sehr schönes Mädelswochenende in Kassel verbracht. Der Austausch mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich,jede Frage, jedes Anliegen wurde direkt beantwortet. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort, Geschäfte für den Tagesbedarf.keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, da eine Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ist, auch für Reisende ohne Auto zu empfehlen. Trotz Lage an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse war es sehr ruhig. Vorteilhaft fanden wir dass, Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind, das reduziert das Gepäck😊 Die Wohnung ist von unserer Seite aus 100% zu empfehlen.

- Dawid (8/5): Ciepłe mieszkanko w centrum miasta z własnym parkingiem. - Na pochwałę zasługuje kontakt z obiektem - super kontakt przez Whatsup. Bardzo miła obsługa, mogliśmy zameldować się w pokoju jeszcze przed wyznaczonymi ustalonymi godzinami, co po kilku godzinach jazdy było naprawdę super. Prywatny parking w podwórzu na którym zawsze były wolne miejsca. Dobra lokalizacja - około 200 metrów do sklepów PENNY, ACTION, DM. Bardzo czyste, ciepłe i ciche mieszkanie, pomimo sąsiedztwa głównej ulicy. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone, łącznie z kawą, herbatą i jedzeniem w zamrażarce. Jak dla mnie niewygodne materace w łóżkach - za miękkie. Widok na główną ulicę, ale przynajmniej można było popatrzeć na tramwaje ;) Poza tym bez zarzutów.

- Carmen (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen hat es uns sehr gut gefallen - Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Wohnung. Es gab ein paar kleine Mängel aber wir denken, dass es sonst Monteurs Wohnung waren. Es war sauber es war angenehm. Also man konnte da gut die zwei Tage verbringen. Die Umgebung war leider nicht so toll. Die Wohnung hatte leider ein paar kleine Schönheitsfehler, die aber nicht gestört haben.

- Norbert (1/5): - Apartment was spacious, clean and tidy. With 2 bedrooms can easily accommodate a family or group of friends. I have only received instructions of how to find the apartment in German. We have arrived quite late at night as we were travelling acroos Europe and struggled for a while to find the entrance to the property. There were people in the flat above making quite a bit of noise, then at around 3am we were woken up at by someone banging on the door and trying to get in, after that I heard a couple arguing downstairs in the hallway. So we paid over 100 Euros for stressful, sleepless and uncomfortable night (pillows were so hard it was impossible to sleep on them). We would be better of sleeping in our car.

- Alicja (8/5): Przyjemnie jest skorzystać z czystego obiektu, z możliwością zrobienia ciepłej herbaty :) - Lokalizacja była OK, ponieważ dotarliśmy bezpiecznie i zaparkowane auto również miało się dobrze. Nie jestem jednak pewna czy to standard, że nic się nie dzieje, bo parking jest niestrzeżony, a miejsce to po prostu bloki zamieszkane przez różnych ludzi, których widziałam późnym wieczorem pod mieszkaniami. Na bardzo duży plus kontakt z właścicielem, odpisywał w późnych godzinach oraz to, że w mieszkaniu było ciepło. Odjęłam kila punktów za prysznic, bo trzeba tam zwalczyć pleśń - poza tym w mieszkaniu nie było żadnych minusów. Na pewno czulibyśmy się bezpieczniej, gdy by parking był monitorowany. Właściciel przekazał świetną instrukcję jak trafić do obiektu, ale zdjęcia mogłam odczytać tylko na komputerze, nie w aplikacji w telefonie. W godzinach wieczornych mieliśmy problem ze znalezieniem - było ciemno, a nawigacja pokazywała trochę inaczej, bo lokal jest w głębi kamienicy, a nie od ulicy. Bardzo niewygodne poduszki.

There are several supermarkets nearby, the host was always very attentive, and the apartment’s facilities are in very good condition. At times, cigarette smoke from nearby buildings came into the apartment. But it's not a big issue.
