• Lufheredia (10/5): Cerca de todo - La ubicación y limpieza del lugar. Nada, estuvo todo muy bien Incluso que por un error nuestro nos equivocamos en la fecha del check out y nos tuvimos que ir antes. Pero nos tuvieron paciencia y aguardaron que saquemos nuestras pertenencias.

• Rebeca (7/5): Perfecto calidad-precio - El apartamento pequeño pero súper bien aprovechado. Cocina con lo necesario, habitaciones separada del salón con puerta. En el salón un sofá cama de 90cm… para mí suficiente… y cómodo. el baño muy completo con secador incluso. La amabilidad de Manuela y que nos permitiera dejar las maletas en la zona común. O entrar antes para cambiarnos… Sin duda una elección perfecta en Roma. Ubicación muy buena. Que no hubiera persianas…. O cortinas más tupidas… entraba luz a las 06:00 de la mañana.

• Sonia (10/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, barrio tranquilo que encuentras para comer o cenar sin problemas, cerca de paradas de metro y de autobuses. El apartamento tiene de todo lo que necesitas, es muy amplio. La cama es súper cómoda al igual que los almohadones. Estaba todo muy limpio. Absolutamente nada.
• Audevard (10/5): Séjour avril 2025 - La propreté de l'appartement. la présence du chauffage, climatiseur et de l'ascenseur et de la wifi partagée en font un logement adapté aux besoins actuels.son emplacement idéal à côté du centre historique Romain, la gentillesse de l'hôtesse. Un peu de documentation sur le quartier ( adresses conseillées, restaurant, boutiques,plan du quartier) aurait été un petit plus.

• marina (9/5): Sui tetti di Roma - Siamo davvero soddisfatti della struttura, molto centrale e comoda alla stazione Termini (500 mt) e proprio di fronte al Teatro dell'Opera in una zona ben servita da negozi, ristoranti, bar e un utilissimo piccolo supermercato Carrefour. Raggiungere l'appartamento Matisse al 6 piano (con ascensore) di un bel palazzo storico, è stato facile, graxie alle informazioni delle proprietarie, molto attibre e gentili. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e silenzioso, con la vista sui tetti. Pulitissimo, ben organizzato e attrezzato per poter far colazione e mangiare lì. Ci sono fornello, frigorifero con freezer, forno elettrico e forno a microonde. Bollitore e macchina per il caffè. Ci sono stoviglie e pentole. L'appartamento è ben arredato e il letto è comodo. C'è anche un divano letto. Il bagno è piccolo ma essenziale con la doccia. Di certo tornando a Roma soggiornerò certamente di nuovo qui. Purtroppo il wifi nei tre giorni e mezzo che siamo stati lì non ha funzionato. E di conseguenza non funzionava il tv la cui programmazione necessita del WiFi. Per fortuna avendo Giga illimitati, il telefono ha sopperito alla mancanza del collegamento a Internet e il problema non ha pesato troppo.

Напроти будинку оперний театр і досить непоганий продуктовий магазин, де є все необхідне, хоча ціни досить високі. За нижчими цінами можна купити продукти у великому супермаркеті, що в 10 хвилинах ходьби в бік вулиці Кавур. Треба перейти через вулицю Кавур на бік базиліки Санта-Мария-Маджоре, і праворуч від неї, на вуличці, перпердикулярній Кавур, цей магазин. Господар доброзичливий, відгукується відразу. Приємно потішило, що у квартирі була залишена кава для нас. Ще була сіль. У холі стояла кавомашина. Ліфт на шостий поверх працював справно. Досить тихо (якщо сусіди не шумлять). Не знаю чому, але опалення не працювало, хоча господар казав, ніби воно має вмикатися автоматично після шостої вечора. В один із днів ми промокли під дощем і не мали, де обсушитися. Взагалі, неприємно у грудні лишатися без опалення

• JorgeOre (5/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación, el departamento está bien equipado Estuvimos en Roma 10 días en finales de noviembre y la temperatura era muy baja, no nos encendían la calefacción y el departamento tenía radiadores y una caldera, la encargada nos dijo que usemos un aire acondicionado, que no era suficiente, mi esposa se pegó un resfriado fuerte

Silenzioso e dotato di ascensore. Materassi buoni. Ottima la dotazione dei 2 bagni. Non funziona il televisore, non c'erano padelle (l' abbiamo acquistata e il proprietario le ha rimborsate), la tavoletta del bagno era malferma , una sedia era inutilizzabile. Nel complesso appartamento gradevole, da prestare maggior attenzione ai piccoli servizi per rendere il soggiorno ancora più comodo e accogliente.

Die Lage ist super, alles fußläufig erreichbar, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch Roma Termini. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausreichend. Gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt.

• Valeriya (10/5): - Wonderful apartment near Termini Beautiful apartment and very helpful host Cintia. We have stayed in Rome for two nights. We arrived late, so we had a easy late-night self-check-in, but the host was there too. The apartment is about 10-12 minutes from the train station. Although close to the train station, it's a safe and clean area, opposite the opera. All the main attractions are within a leisurely 15-25-minute walk. Public transport is also nearby. This place has three separate apartments and a common area where you can leave your luggage after check-out (there's also a coffee machine). The apartment has everything you need: a refrigerator and a kettle. The photos on the website are completely accurate. We had a room-kitchen apartment called Matisse. Everything was done tastefully and very pleasantly. A beautiful panoramic view of Rome opens from the windows. In the apartment it was warm and quiet. The apartment is cozy, spacious, and bright, with a private bathroom (with a hairdryer). Entrance to the building where the apartment is located is via the "Hotel Sofia" sign. The apartment itself is on the 6th floor, with an elevator—very easy and convenient to find. We had the most pleasant experience staying in this apartment. Thank you, Cintia!

• Marna (8/5): Cozy flat close to every thing. - Great location, close to the train station, shops, supermarket and metro. We walked to all the major tourist attractions and it was safe at night. Big apartment with everything you need. It was a bit difficult to find as there is no street number above the entrance of the building. Some of the furniture reached there time to be replaced.

Sehr sauber und praktikabel eingerichtet. Einchecken unkompliziert. Nachbarschaft ist sehr gut: Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Reinigungskraft ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wasserdruck beim Duschen sehr schwach. Wassertemperatur lässt sich nicht gut regulieren - zu heiß oder zu kalt.

• Chrystelle (10/5): Exceptionnel - Grâce à cet appartement, nous avons passé 5jours merveilleux à Rome. Proche de toutes les richesses culturelles et patrimoniales environ 20mn à pied. Appartement au top, place de parking en bas de l'immeuble, inespéré 8€ pour 5jours. Les bus à quelques minutes à pied...Très calme. Un emplacement vraiment inespéré. Je ne reviendrai à Rome que si cette appartement est dispo 💕 L'ascenseur antique 😁
• susana (9/5): Bien conectado y muy cómodo - El apartamento es más amplio de lo que parece en las fotos, tiene un aire acondicionado silencioso, buena cocina y aislamiento del ruido exterior. Esta muy bien conectado con autobuses que casi te dejan en la entrada y puedes ir andando si lo prefieres. En la entrada tienes una máquina de café para desayunar. La propietaria te responde todas las dudas con rapidez. El apartamento tiene varias almohadas pero son incómodas y le falta un poco de menaje de cocina (espatula, pinzas...).Por otro lado el ascensor es lento y viejo que se une con mucho calor dentro de él.

• Lee (7/5): There is some improvement can be done - The apartment is not far from Termini station, surrounding area is quite happening, you feel safe to walk around. The interior of apartment is quite new althought the lift looks historical. The unit is with one unit of air-cond which is important even in end of May as there are many mosquito outside and I can't open the window to let the cool air come inside. The owner can be contacted via booking.com app and she response quickly. There is free espresso capsule and coffee machine at the common area which is good. I have difficulty to locate the apartment, I would suggest owner to state in the instruction that the entrance lift is located in front of the hotel Sonya lobby. The apartment actually not small but there is not enough shelves to put your staff and no kitchen top to prepare food and kitchen utensil is very limited. I don't like the carpets, it makes my skin feel itchy. Floor is not very clean, as when bare foot still feel soil and sticky near the entrance area ( there is carpet beside it) The shower cabinet with no handle inside, when you try to open it after shower by pulling the glass, the seal will partially come out. Water pressure not very good but still can shower.

• Jenna (9/5): Superb - Really spacious. They set up 3 beds in the main room. Perfect for a family of four. Beds super comfortable. Easy to reach republicca and termini stations. Very clean. Would stay again. Would be nice to have a cutting board, a toaster. Some basic toiletries would be nice. There’s no counter space really. We did ask for wine glasses and they were brought the next day.
