• Linda (8/5): Best location in Benidorm - Staff very helpful, Pamela arranged for a taxi to deliver keys on arrival as 2 of our party have mobility issues, and our flight was late evening, extremely grateful for this, location is excellent and apartment was very nice has everything you need for your stay, a good size shower room with lovely powerful shower, the only negative was no none slip mat and having mobility issues was quite slippy, the only other downside was, we where a party of 4 female friends originally booked for 3 and changed a few days before arriving, there was a second sofa bed which we asked for bedding for the day after arrival and a proper mattress which they where unable to provide, we made do with the cushions from the sofa, but didn't make for the most comfortable sleep, all other beds very comfortable, having extra towels and bed linen available would also be a good idea as one towel per person for a 10 night stay is not ideal, there is a very good washing machine which is a great thing to have but trying to dry the towels between morning and evening was almost impossible. We would like to say a big thank you to the cleaner who got in touch just after we vacated to let us know one of our party had left her jewellery. Overall we had a great time in Benidorm Thank you all very much. Only having air conditioning in the one area.

• Nicoleta Alexandra (10/5): Muy buena estancia - La ubicación del apartamento, muy cerca de la playa y justo debajo tiene un supermercado. Por poner una pega, las almohadas eran duras pero esto depende del gusto de cada uno

• Margaret (7/5): - Loved the location . Enterace hall was meticulous, so clean . Lift was punctual. The kitchen had everything. The bathroom was good. Beautiful pool. Smell of smoke when we entered the main door seemingly the previous tenants were smoking in a non-smoking apartment. The smell of smoke was on the curtains and all the soft furnishings in the living room. There was no change of bed linen or towels throughout the week. The patio windows inside and out were filthy.

• jose (10/5): Excelente - Apartamento ideal. Perfecta comunicación y disponibilidad total por parte de Pamela para la recogida de llaves. Ubicado a una calle de la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario. Con piscina, aire acondicionado y plaza de garaje cerrada. Supermercado junto la puerta del apartamento. Sin duda, es para repetir. Las camas son un poco pequeñas.
• Clery (10/5): Exceptional - Our host Pamela was so lovely to explain everything we needed to know and sorted a taxi back to the airport for our early flight The location was very central to both the beach and the nightlife in the new town and a very short stroll to the old town, a very spacious apartment with a lovely shower and a lovely terrace to sit and enjoy a vino before heading out loads of restaurants and entertainment right on the doorstep we were on the 5th floor We had everything we needed

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect Very clean apartment Excellent communication, allowed us into the apartment at least 3 hours before we should Great shower, plenty of storage If your wanting a balcony to sit out in the evening, you'll be disapointed as there arent balconies, didnt bother us, we were out & about old & new town. Loved every minute ❤️ Lovely pool, so clean & fresh.No loungers, although this didnt bother us at all. You may need to think about bringing a beach towel, we didnt but we would know for next time. We like everything! Beach towels might be helpful, as lots of people dont always pack a beach towel
• Stephen (7/5): Poor start but I'd go back. - Location. Shower. Pamela, owner's rep. Quiet sleeping area. All the utensils and equipment you might need are provided. Sheets on one bed hadn't been washed and reeked of perfume. Bottom sheet on other bed old and bobbled. Bathroom smelled in the morning. Toilet seat disgusting. To be fair, once I complained about the above Pamela dealt with the problems. She was great But I don't understand how so many previous visitors could rate this 10/10 when the condition of the toilet seat alone made me want to find other accommodation after a single night. There is some nice stuff in the apartment but attention needs paying to the small things that people notice and would cost little to update.
• Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - The whole experience was good, good location, good interaction, always on hand if I needed them. Very pleased. Just having to fetch the keys from the old town as arrived after 8pm & was alone. But now I know where I'm going would be fine next time.

I would stay there again. - The apartment is in a great location for the night life and is close to Levante beach. I didn't use the parking or the pool, so can't comment on those. For me, it was just a place to sleep and shower.
• Stephen (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable! - The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and also possesses a rather large sliding window which is great for watching passers-by. The location was absolutely perfect for me and I can’t wait to return. There was a bit of frustration in regards to key collection due to the late arrival of my flight but overall there was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

• Alison (10/5): Fiesta with the girls. - Location was amazing for the fiesta. Beautiful sun terrace that could be enclosed in, or windows and blinds open. Kitchen with all essential facilities, good sized shower stall with a hot and powerful shower. And 2 single beds, great for myself and friend. Everything was perfect.

• Anelia (8/5): Overall good stay - The location of the apartment is perfect! Around 100 m from the beach, in the same building there is a supermarket and all around lots of restaurants, shops and a pharmacy. I had very good support for entering the property and for any other questions during my stay and the people are very kind. The apartment is very well equipped even for a long stay. The WiFi is perfect for working. Please note that as the apartment in on a main bulevard there is no open terrace. I would recommend change of pillows as current ones are hard. You can feel some sewage smell from the bathroom from time to time. If you expect cleaning or new towels I guess you need to specifically request those.

Hosts were amazing all the way through and they set up a little WhatsApp chat for easy enquiries throughout. Very cosy apartment also, balcony is awesome. Easy to find and right near beach. The pool was not clean but to be fair we stopped in Feb and it would have been too cold to be in it anyway

Extra blanket if needed ... Parking was excellent Fantastic communication... Could be very hot ....aircon not brilliant .. Cheap thin sheets.. A bit of washing up liquid and teatowel would have been good and Non slip mat in the shower .. little worried about slipping...
• Charmaine (10/5): Very handy quiet apartment with all that you need for stay in buzzing Benidorm! - The location is perfect for the New Town 2 min walk to Western Saloon 3 Min Walk to Beach and Large Supermarket which is a lot more reasonable than smaller ones. Definitely recommend to friends & family. Easy communication with apartment Friendly Owners nothing
