• Györgyi (5/5): - The hotel’s location is very good, close to the beach, and the breakfast is plentiful. The lady who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is about all the positive things we can say about the hotel. The room had a strong musty/moldy smell, and even after airing it out for a long time, the smell remained. In the bathroom, there was a hairdryer that looked like it was from the 1970s, and its performance matched its age. The terrace was huge, but you could hear everything from the neighboring room (phone calls, TV, etc.) because the rooms (502 and 503) were extremely close to each other. The neighbor’s chair was literally right under our window, and the ventilation unit was also located directly next to our window, which was very disturbing. The bed was not a proper double bed, but much smaller. It is really a shame because the hotel is in a fantastic location and its potential could be utilized much better.

• Laetitia (1/5): Belle vue, mais hôtel vieillissant et très décevant pour un 3 étoiles. - La terrasse et la vue sur la mer étaient agréables. La piscine est également correcte et l’hôtel est bien situé. La chambre était décevante et ne correspond pas du tout à un hôtel 3 étoiles. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux par terre dans la chambre et la salle de bain, la baignoire était rouillée et les meubles sont très vieux et difficiles à ouvrir, surtout l’armoire. Le soir, l’éclairage est insuffisant car une lampe sur deux fonctionne. Il n’y a quasiment aucune prise électrique : une dans la chambre et une dans la salle de bain seulement. Nous avions demandé un lit double mais avons eu deux lits simples inconfortables et usés. La chambre est petite et encombrée par une table et deux chaises inutiles. La télévision est minuscule et très ancienne, avec uniquement des chaînes satellite. L’hôtel est aussi très mal insonorisé : on entend les voisins et les bruits extérieurs comme si les fenêtres étaient ouvertes. Le petit déjeuner était très décevant, avec très peu de choix et une qualité médiocre. En plus, il faut traverser la rue pour aller au restaurant le matin.
• Melany (3/5): Incomparable a lo esperado en fotos - La ubicación es muy buena, la playa de alrededor increíble y buena zona para aparcar, diferentes opciones. No tiene nada que ver con las fotos, está bastante deteriorado y poco cuidado. Deja mucho que desear, bastantes humedades en la habitación y no puedes dejar nada de comida, ya que acuden hormigas. Creo que deberían de dejar de cobrar por querer tener una nevera, ya que nosotros fuimos en temporada media, en verano la necesitas si o sí y que no la tengas si no es pagando, es bastante bochornoso… El desayuno lo tienes en un restaurante cerca, podría mejorar pero en comparación al hotel casi de lo mejor. Debo destacar positivamente la insonorización de la habitación.

• Sara (4/5): Muy baja calidad, no volvería - Ubicación buena Cutre, muy cutre.. Huele a humedad, muebles muy viejos, deteriorado y incómodo. No volvería. Las pocas cosas que solicité (comprar agua la maquinaria estropeada, me venden otra pero no tienen fría por 3€, pido una segunda tarjeta y me solicitan depósito de 5€, pido salir una hora más tarde ya que hice el check in a las 21h y me dicen que imposible) Poca amabilidad, sin más. Desayuno muy muy básico y poca calidad. Aparcamiento lejos, a 10 min caminando.
• Antonella (7/5): Fantastic location closed to Santa Ponca beach, bus stops to central Palma and the airport. - I loved the location of this hotel, a 2 minute walk from the beach. Breakfast was served in a restaurant opposite the hotel which had a view of the beach. It was relatively quiet considering it is so central. Check out was at 12:00 which made it easier to travel. They also had a safebox in the room. Eascy access to the bus to get to Palma, Palmanove and also a direct bus to the airport! The hotel overall would do wonders with an upgrade, as the interior is outdated, given the location. My lighter was stolen from my room which I did not appreciate.
• Marika (8/5): Molto rilassante. - Bellissima la posizione della struttura, proprio in centro nella zona tranquilla di Santa Ponca. Camera grande e spaziosa e ben posizionata. La vista ottima e dava sul mare. Bello e molto rilassante. Ottima la colazione (Viene effettuata in un ristorante a pochi metri dall'albergo) ben fornita e per tutti i gusti. Hanno convenzioni mezza pensione per chi alloggia all'hotel. E Promozioni con ristoranti convenzionati. Il bagno, molto carino MA è presente la vasca con la tenda e quindi quando dsi fa la doccia esce tutto fuori e allaga il pavimento quindi si è costretti ad asciugare. Poche prese di corrente in camera e l'arrendamento Potrebbe essere modernizzato un po'.

Llegamos y nos dieron una habitación que está sucia, las sábanas sucias, había humedades, los muebles estaban sucios y en mal estado. No había aire acondicionado estaba la calefacción cuando en la calle había 25 grados. Las paredes eran súper finas porque escuchábamos todo. Luego la puerta no cerraba.
• Monika (7/5): - Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny Od razu po przyjezdzie w pokoju pojawil sie karaluch, ale bez problemu dostalam inny pokój. Niestety codziennie bardzo wcześnie rano ogromny hałas od strony ulicy, wiec nie dało sie spac przy otwartym oknie. Sniadania smaczne, ale trzeba bylo przyjsc wczesniej, gdyz pozniej nie bylo juz wyboru. Brakowalo tez sniadan typowych hiszpanskich, np tortilla de patatas lub pan con tomate. No i brak parkingu przy hotelu tez nie jest zaletą, ale na szczęście niedaleko były darmowe parkingi. Natomiast jak ktos ma duzo bagazu, to bardzo slaba opcja. Za taką cenę pojechałabym jeszcze raz.

• Alexandra (5/5): Zentrale Lage, aber stark veraltete Unterkunft mit schlechtem Service und erheblichen Mängeln. - Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Lage. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass vieles schnell erreichbar ist. Besonders praktisch war die Nähe zur Busstation, wodurch man flexibel unterwegs sein konnte. Der Strand befindet sich direkt gegenüber, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Zudem gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung sowie gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sodass es an nichts gefehlt hat. Leider hat die Unterkunft meine Erwartungen in vielen Punkten nicht erfüllt. Die Ausstattung ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht den Bildern im Internet, die einen deutlich besseren Eindruck vermitteln als die Realität vor Ort.Das Frühstück wurde in einem anderen Gebäude angeboten, das etwa 600–700 m entfernt ist, was sehr unpraktisch war. Zudem war das Frühstück nur bis 9:30 Uhr verfügbar – auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Die Auswahl war sehr eintönig, da es an allen fünf Tagen immer dasselbe gab. Häufig war bereits ab 9:00 Uhr vieles vergriffen, und auf Nachfrage wurde lediglich mitgeteilt, dass nichts mehr nachgefüllt wird. Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig, da das Personal mehrfach als unhöflich wahrgenommen wurde. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett entsprach nicht der Realität – stattdessen handelte es sich um ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und ebenfalls veraltet. Insgesamt war das Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Dort gab es mehrere Probleme: beschädigte Fliesen führten dazu, dass nach dem Duschen der gesamte Boden unter Wasser stand, zudem fehlte ein funktionierender Abfluss. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Klimaanlage kaum bzw. gar nicht und war ebenfalls sehr alt. Am letzten Tag gab es zudem bis Mitternacht kein Wasser, was den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigt hat.
