• Mandín Caruncho (1/5): Mi peor experiencia - Nada No pudimos descansar porque, nada más llegar, nos asustó un bicho que, a la una de la madrugada, conseguimos descubrir que era un ratón. La propietaria no contestó hasta las diez del día siguiente y, un mes después, sigo esperando la devolución de las dos noches contratadas. Está en un barrio alejado, poco recomendable, muy sucio y poco seguro.

• Abderrahmane (3/5): Très déçu - Oreillers confortables, terrasse Climatiseur en panne avec un ventilateur très faible, si j'annule je ne serai pas remboursée , si je laisse les vaisselles j'aurai une caution a payer, mais si l'hôte ne fixe pas le climatiseur il me rembourse rien !! Et quand je réclame l'hôte ne me répond pas, Mon enfant a passé une nuit terrible avec ma chaleur de juillet, en plus l'appartement a une seule façade donc pas de courant d'air, ce qui décevant aussi c'est l'emplacement hyper délinquant, vous allez trouver sur la rue des alcooliques tout le temps, balader la nuit est trop risqué, donc point a savoir pour les prochains visiteurs
• Saghar (7/5): Good - It was clean , cozy , the terrace was nice The kitchen had everything we needed Although we would appreciate having a grater for cutting into small pieces The sinks needs checking it gets clogged and water does not go down easily The walls are thin so you hear other apartments making noise The neighborhood looks a little scary specially at night

• Rebecca (6/5): Pleasant - We had some issues with some plugs, the hot water and the wifi. The staff were very nice and helpful and sent the maintace guy straight away to fix the hot water but we did still have to have cold showers in the morning. However the wifi was an external problem and it didn't work for the entire stay. Staff super though and very responsive! The rug was quite stained.

• Kristina (5/5): Passable - I originally booked the place because of the balcony, however, the balcony was not clean and therefore we did not use it. I would like to mention the location: given that the nearest metro station was 15mins away, it did not feel safe to walk to the apartment...
• Magdalena (9/5): Superb - The apartment has everything what you need for shorter and longer stay. We especially liked a big terrace. 30 minutes walk to the central station through nice local neighbourhoods. The metro is also located close by. There is a market and cafes around. Smooth online check in experience. The area is a bit sketchy. Even though it still seem safe, as female travelers we were cat called by some drunk people and young boys who were sitting on our street. That was very uncomfortable. We had problem to get to the building, but fortunately a neighbour let us in.

• Shiini (8/5): Affordable and beautiful rooftop view - The balcony is definitely the best part about the place! The apartment is also big and the bedsheets/towels smell nice. Wifi was fast too No toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, cottonbuds, conditioner, body soap. Not sure if this is standard in Italy, so just prepare in advance. Location felt a little sketchy but it was fine.
• Tomas (7/5): suitable for couples or students - it is a 1+1 apartment with a large terrace, within walking distance of a bus stop (5 minutes) or subway (10 minutes); there are a large numbers of shops, bars, restaurants in the vicinity; there was a technical problem with the gas appliances in the kitchen, it was not resolved during the stay

• Anastasiia (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very convenient and has a nice location. It is only 10 from metro station M2, from where you can get wherever you need to. The TV is amazing and huge, in the kitchen you can find everything that you need for a breakfast, if you don’t want to eat in the centre. It was a little bit cold, when we were sleeping there, but then it was okay, otherwise very pleasant staying.
