- Cheryl (6/5): Nice stay but needs new carpet and get rid of the rugs. New ironing board would be great. - Carpet was very stained and rugs covering carpet a trip hazard in my opinion. Booking said you would take a $200 security deposit however, you took $300. The cleaner let herself into our unit after we had checked in and settled in! Lack of communication somewhere. Unit was well equipped with everything you could need, however a portable, table top ironing is not a great option. A nuisance when trying to iron formal wear before a wedding!

- Susan (7/5): - Nice property, great views and location Collecting the keys from a different location was quite inconvenient. Also the coffee machine was not working, I called twice during our stay to request a repair or replacement and nothing was done. Would expect a working coffee machine for the price of the apartment.
- Bec (9/5): We had a beautiful stay and time in your apartments, perfect location - Great area and beautiful rooms/facilities The staff onsite were quite rude to us as we were not booking through the apartment directly and would not help us with certain things. The woman working on Saturday the 6th of December was very dismissive of us.

- Lucy (7/5): - the location was great, a 10-15 minute walk to the main area with supermarkets also within walking distance. The apartment was clean and tidy and we had a comfortable stay. Key collection had some issues, as our provided taxi took us to the apartment before check in time and we were told we could leave our bags, however the concierge refused so we had to travel to their office to drop them off. It was hard to keep the apartment clean as they only provided 2 washing up liquid sachets. Would’ve been good to have some surface spray and a full bottle of washing up liquid in order for us to properly clean between cooking.

- Susan (8/5): Very good - The location was great. The views were amazing. Very comfortable 2 bed unit. It's great to have a pool and gym available. Outdoor area around pool and BBQ quite large with lots of tables and chairs. Would stay there again and definitely recommend to friends. Grocery store downstairs very handy also. There were a couple of issues. The lounge room lamp did not work. I reported it when we arrived but heard nothing at all for the whole 5 days. We had to move a lamp from the bedroom to use. There were also light globes missing from other lamps. I would not have expected little things like that from a property of that calibre.
- Diana (8/5): It was ok - The balcony and view While the accommodation itself was pleasant, the numerous messages and excessive details regarding key collection, return, and communication were overwhelming. Additionally, instructions such as locating the rubbish chute and ensuring every aspect of the room was spotless before departure — including emptying the dishwasher — felt overly demanding for a holiday stay. The level of detail required created confusion and resulted in unnecessary back-and-forth communication, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Would stay again Lots of road works and construction out the front so it was loud at night time. Also a little annoying having to drive to a different location to collect keys (albeit 5 min drive) so then go back to the property. Reception wouldn’t let me leave my suitcase with them while I went and did it.

Stunning views all the way around the apartment There was no tea towels to dry and keep the apartment clean. Maybe supplying more essential cleaning items would help. And there was no coffee machine… that to me is an essential

- Savita (3/5): I will not be booking this property any time in future. - The apartment was at a good location n clean. The key pick was a nightmare, very bad organisation.There was no hot water on arrival, on a cold night. There was no internet for 2 nights out of 4 nights of our stay. Staff was unhelpful. There was a lot of passing the blame by the apartment admin to the letting company and vice versa. It didn’t help that my son, who is a person with disability, was inconvenienced enough to ruin his little break. We paid top dollar so he could have a beautiful experience but we are extremely disappointed.
