Helena (1/5): Enttäuschung - Der Garten ist schön. Die Kommunikation war katastrophal. Im Vorfeld hat uns die englische Firma solmar villas, die das Haus vermietet, verpflichten wollen, eine Zusatzversicherung abzuschließen. Ich habe die angebliche Notwendigkeit in einer Email in Frage gestellt und nie wieder etwas gehört. Die Anmeldung aller Gästedaten auf deren Webseite ist sehr umständlich. Das schlimmste ist, dass die Anreise mit dem Auto nicht als gültig betrachtet wurde. Ich habe es zusätzlich in verschiedenen Mails erklärt. Keine Antwort bzw wieder die Aufforderung, flugdaten durchzugeben. Dadurch haben wir keine check in Daten bekommen. Den Code für den Schlüssel haben wir am Vorabend der Anreise bekommen, als ich schon dachte, es sei alles ein Betrug. Dann zum Haus, Ende März war es kalt und die Betten hatten nur windige, synthetische Tagesdecken. Erst zwei Tage später wurden uns (billige) Winterdecken gebracht. Die spülmashine war nicht nur rostig, sondern sehr undicht. Eine Toilette ebenso. Es wurde gleich gemeldet und nicht repariert. Die Decken waren zudem zum Teil schmutzig, auch das Geschirr. Zudem ist zu erwähnen, dass die Fotos zum teil verzerrt sind, um die Räume viel größer aussehen zu lassen. Sonst ist der Garten schön, dort haben wir uns vor allem aufgehalten.
