- Mitja (6/5): Good place to stay in Ganvie - Good location. Great guide. Good food. Offensive owner. Didn't want to return money. No water. Including tours, transfer and food you end up paying at least tripple the price.
- Simon (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect. You can sit on the deck and watch life in Ganvie go by. Roksan was very helpful and made sure everything was just right for our stay. But remember, you are not staying in a luxury hotel but you are made to feel very welcome, they will do their best to make you comfortable and the food was very good.
- Fernanda (1/5): Arriving at the property we were told we had no room. I'm obviously not happy so i rate 1 - . Unfortunately arriving there we were told there was no room available for us, they made an overbooking and didn't find alternative for us. We had to go back to Cotonou, our travel plans were ruined. I complaint to booking.com but so far i've got no answer..i'm receiving now emails insisting to rate the property. Not professional, neither Chez M, neither booking.com. I'm obviously not happy so i rate 1.

- Omri (10/5): Exceptional - Incredible experience. Dont expect for any fancy stay with facilities and conditions because you are in the middle of a floating village. Really recommended, great staff and great location. Food also was very good. Will really recommend staying one night in Ganvie.

- Connie (8/5): It’s important to live the life of a local so that we u understand the challenges our fellow human faces in their life. - I liked the location right in the middle of Ganvie! The staff was friendly kind and did the best they could do to help me. They offered to pick me up from my hotel and take me to the port (at no cost). I felt safe and cared for the entire way. A necessary discomfort due to the situation of ganvie. Electricity was made by a generator and not run during the night.
