• Eliana (8/5): - Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere la stazione dei treni. Molti ristoranti nei dintorni. Comunicazione rapida con la gestione dell’appartamento. Necessità di qualche asciugamani in più. Divano letto scomodo, consiglio di sostituire il materasso, le molle entrano nella schiena! Rumori esterni dovuti ad un aspiratore. Scale ripide, ma fattibili.

• May (8/5): The staff is very helpful and kind. Well-equipped with everything u need - Responsive staff, well equipped, high standards of kitchenware Location is a bit far from the main station. Narrow stair steps. Sofa bed only fit for teenagers. It seems like the heater didnt work well during my time, they said they send someone to fixed it but i couldn’t feel any difference.

We felt very much at home, had a coziness feel to the apartment, great way to feel when on holiday. Stairs, though we knew prior to booking that there were stairs. Could do with some block out blinds in lounge/kitchen.

• Slembek (9/5): Very nice apartment and very attentive host. - The kitchen was fully equipped and the rest of the apartment was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment even had a washing machine. Clothes storage was plentiful. The apartment had a strange smell and there was the smell of cooking oil from a neighbouring premises. Also, the shower hose was stiff - replacing it with a more flexible one would make taking a shower easier.

• Estela (10/5): Muy bueno - Nos gustó mucho. Está súper céntrico. Muy limpio y bonito decorado. Tenía de todo. Y el personal muy atento y rápido respondiendo cada vez que le escribimos. Por poner una pega, que no tiene ascensor, pero es lógico teniendo en cuenta la arquitectura de la ciudad. Pero habría que tenerlo en cuenta por si hay gente con dificultades al andar puesto que son escaleras con bastante pendiente.

• Edwards (1/5): Distressed and not refunded even after the complaint was proven legitimate! - The facility was as is in the pictures shared here and we'll organized. It was also accessible amd made it easy to reach the conference venue. The entire place was shockingly dirsty and from the very first night, I could hardly sleep. The dust was overwhelming because I suffer from asthma, I struggled to breathe throughout the night. It was not only uncomfortable but frightening for my health. Out of desperation, I reached out to the team and even sent them video evidence, pleading for either a cleaner or a different room. They assured me that a cleaner would be sent, but the person only arrived at 3:00 pm — hours after I had left the room at 9:00 am. This meant I could not return to my room until 7:00 pm, leaving me drained, dozing off in discomfort, and extremely fatigued the entire day. To make matters worse, when I finally got back to the room, I was shocked to find that there had been no real improvement. The curtains were missing in all the rooms, leaving me with no privacy and still battling breathing difficulties from the dust. I reached out again, this time to the facility manager, begging for a proper solution — either a different room, the windows to be covered, or a refund so that I could find a safe place to stay. They refused to refund me, did not provide curtains, and offered no alternative accommodation. At that point, I was left with no choice. Exhausted, unwell, and deeply distressed, I had to check out and move into a nearby hotel just to be able to breathe, rest, and feel human again during my stay in Brussels. Call to Action 1. Refund Request: I am therefore requesting a full refund for the inconvenience, health risks, and additional costs I incurred by having to secure alternative accommodation. 2. Accountability & Assurance: I also urge your team to take immediate steps to improve the cleanliness and living conditions at your facility to ensure no other guest goes through what I experienced.
• Carme (8/5): Céntrico, limpio y moderno. - El apartamento es igual que en las fotos: muy nuevo, muy limpio, con muchos accesorios, toallas zapatillas desechables ( lavadora , lavavajillas, plancha y tabla de planchar, tendedero plegable) los utensilios de cocina impolutos, muy ordenado, fantástico. Además encontramos detalles de cortesía muy de agradecer: botellines de agua, capsulas de café, servilletas de papel, rollo de papel de cocina, líquido para lavar platos a mano, estropajo, pastillas para el lavavajillas, bolsas de basura extra, incluso una dosi de detergente para la lavadora; una botella de aceite de oliva ,sal y pimienta. Hay horno convencional pero no hay microondas. Hay un armario en el dormitorio con mucho espacio para guardar la ropa. 1_No hay servicio de limpieza diario: pero no hay escoba ni fregona , serían muy necesarias. 2_Nos tocó el apartamento 7 , que es la buhardilla. Ya leímos en comentarios que no había ascensor pero las escaleras de todo el bloque son muy empinadas, estrechas, y peligrosas tanto para subir como para bajar. Fuimos 3 personas de 65 años, no tenemos problemas de mobilidad, pero acabamos "odiando" las escaleras. Cuando traspasas la puerta del apartamento...hay otro tramo de escaleras. (Foto del tramo interior) 3_En la zona , que es supercéntrica, había mucho ruido, algún día hasta las 4 de la madrugada ( nos dejaron tapones de los oídos). *No vimos a nadie en ningún momento, pero siempre hay alguien en el teléfono de contacto dispuesto a ayudarte. No habla nadie francés, nos costó un poco el inglés😅 *El balance es muy positivo a pesar de los problemillas!!!

• Osvina (9/5): A very good stay in Bruxells - The apartment is clean, modern, well equipped and with great light. It is easy and fast to reach the location from Zaventemn airport as the place is at 10 minutes walk from Brussels central train station. The area -Place du Grand Sablon- seems safe, it is well served with a supertmarket, bistrots, pubs and art galleries, A remark for improvement could be the following: there is a weird-unpleasant smell of bakery-croissant cooking early in the morning or at night. Sorted by opening the window or putting the A/C on to clean the air in the apartment. Please fix or check the Air-Conditioning system. It would be also appreciated more than 1 tea or 1 coffee item, as appropriate hospitality. Thank you.

Una estancia magnífica en Bruselas. Recomendable al 100% El sofá cama algo incómodo y nuestro apartamento, que era el que estaba en la última planta,solo accesible por una escalera algo difícil.

• Narine (10/5): Beautiful Stay in Sablon - I don’t think I can add much beyond what’s already been said - the staircase is indeed steep. But aside from that, I absolutely loved this stay. The apartment is very clean, full of natural light, and larger than it appeared in the photos. It’s cozy, home-like, and perfectly located in the center - close to all major attractions and much more. If I ever return to Brussels, I’ll definitely choose this place again if it’s available. And if you’re planning a trip to this beautiful city, I highly recommend it. The steep staircase.

Don’t be surprised if you wake up due to the fine tastes emerging from the factory. It took two weeks to get back the security deposit

Super comfortable bed. Location was absolutely fantastic. The only minor negative (it was fine for us, but others should bear in mind), there are quite a few sets of very steep stairs with not all that many balustrades to the studio apartment.

A 10 minute walk from central station and new palace. It is newly renovated, spacious with quality fittings. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well fitted out. Restaurant and supermarket close by. There is no lift.

Spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, large comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Communication with management was exceptional! Would highly recommend 🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 There was a little bit of noise from the air conditioning system in the bedroom and outside the window but Apartment management team were quick to help. The stairs to the apartment are quite narrow and steep, you definitely need to be mobile and careful. We were on the second floor and could "feel the burn" by the time we got to our door.

• Simone (10/5): One of the best apartments I've ever stayed in! - It was so clean, and the best appointed holiday apartment we've ever stayed in! You could stay here for the months, it has such a good kitchen. Lovely bathroom with a rainfall shower and big mirror, and the bed was comfortable. The host was super friendly and available to help, but we also had total privacy so it was perfect :) This is a small thing, but there was no storage for hanging clothes, and no full length mirror, which made getting ready to go out slightly less convenient.

Overall great experience. A request for an additional deposit of 250 Euro was awkward, but I validated it with booking.com. Just after I left, a full deposit was released. All good and nothing to worry about.

Exceptionally well presented, perfect location to attractions, restaurants and bars, grocery shop in same block and the most responsive and available staff we have encountered in two months of travel. Grand Sablon is faultless.
• Catherine (10/5): Wonderful. Would stay again without hesitation. - Simply wonderful. Would stay again in a minute, if I'm ever back in Brussels. So convenient to anything and everything you would want to see or do. There are non drill toiletry shelves which are available for showers. Having a spot for shampoo, soaps, or a razor in the shower would be very helpful. Also, the built in desk area is perfect for working, catching up on emails, etc., but having a few office supplies would be most helpful. Just a handful of paper clips, a couple of rubber bands, maybe a pen and note pad. Nothing fancy, just something to jot down a phone # or directions maybe. Oh, and a small bottle of laundry soap would be great to have in the bathroom near the washing machine.

It would be nice if laundry detergent would be included, Also, it would be very helpful if some shelving could be added to the shower for shampoo, body wash, etc.. As is, those items need to be set on the floor, which is fine, but easy, no drill shelves are readily available, and thus, would be a great addition to the shower. Also, depending on the length of stay, a few more towels would be nice. Overall though, a fabulous property.

Narrow staircase to reach apartments from the foyer of the building. Could be difficult to carry heavy suitcase.

Highly recomment this place. The only issue that I would recommend considering, when booking the place - make sure the apartment is not on top floor. There is no elevator in the building, the stair are pretty steap and carrying heavy luggages (like mine) resulted in sever back issues.

We also found an issue with the TV not working. They weren’t able to send someone until the next day so we had a really bad sleep the first night in the heat.

• Kieren (10/5): Perfect apartment in a superb location. - This is a great apartment with fantastic facilities, such as a washer/dryer, cooker/grill, toaster, fridge, coffee machine etc. It is a self check-in system but the staff are very helpful and always contactable by message. The apartment is modern and fresh, well decorated and in a superb area. Would highly recommend. This apartment is pretty much perfect and I would definitely stay here again. If I was being picky, I would have liked a hot water tap in the W/C.
