Benjamin (7/5): Great facilities and location - Very spacious and a good setup. Location was near Pakistani food area which was cheap and very tasty. (Not for female solo travel). Good location however for shops and mall so plenty of food options. Building facilities were great with gym and pool. I don’t explore KL as was an extended layover so can’t comment of location for that but right near a station WiFi was very hit and miss which was annoying as had lots of work to do. Not sure if host fault but was charge almost double on booking.com due to tax and other fees. My fault for not reading but very shocked. Bit out of their control but the room keys were annoying. Especially paying a large deposit of 200 wasn’t ideal. But the host was very understanding allowing me to get money out a day later.

Soraia (1/5): I will never come back! - First of all you get sc@mmed about the price, on booking it shows a lower price and on your bank it charges almost double price, due to hidden fees that aren’t specified right from the beginning. Plus I paid 100€ and no pot was available, the pan was consumed, the furniture wasn’t clean and the washing machine was without any softener, but full of mold ! 100€ are a lot of money in Malaysia , it’s outrageous to have paid so much, for such a low service.

There was a really bad smell, and in order to cover for it they sprayed tons of “air freshener”. I got a headache (which I never get) right as I entered the room. I opened the windows and the fan and the front door and let the air circulate.
