Mahnaaz (1/5): Not recommended - Location Horrible view despite being upgraded The pool was under maintenance the whole time so couldn’t use it at all- they must give a heads up or don’t charge for that part of the facility - you are paying for something you’re not using!!! Unreasonable- The toilet also wasn’t clean The sheets were stained too… Not what I usually experience at platinium They truly sucked this time… Not to mention the weak old equipment that barely worked such as the blow dryer and the washing machine… Pure Disappointment…

Really helpful staff, we extended our stay for longer in this hotel it was so nice. We really loved inside room have bathtub and window city view. No complaint.

Roma (1/5): Worst - Firstly the host is very very rude. He asked us cash payment on arrival, I had clearly selected card while booking the property. Later he told us that if u want to pay by card I will charge you extra 5 %. Then when I denied giving him extra 5 % and told him to give us the room, he made us made in the lobby for very long, later came and told me you guys do drama all the time and bring no cash. Very impolite and rude. They even ask for extra money as a deposit. So PLEASE DONT BOOK. The host and his rude behaviour and misinformation.

Andreas (7/5): The room is not that bad, but some things could be improved. - Nice location in KLCC with spacious apartments. Breathtaking view. Near to the monorail station and some of the most famous sites in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived at the accommodation after a 14-hour flight + transfer. Entered the hall and I went to the desk opposite the entrance. I showed my reservation to the person at the desk but he said, "This is a private apartment", they don't know. I called the phone number provided in the confirmation email and it turned out that the person was sitting in the hall 5 steps away from me. I showed him the reservation, and he started looking at his phone and told me that he didn't know about this reservation. I asked him how I could receive a confirmation email from them. He said, "It's no problem as I didn't pay, so feel free to look for another accommodation". Yes, after 8 pm, dead tired, in the pouring rain, with suitcases, in an unknown city. After a quarter of an hour on the phone, After a while, I finally got a key from him. The apartment is spacious, but a renovation would not hurt. One day I wanted to use the washing machine. It's been an hour or so when I hear water running from the kitchen. I ran out, to see that the water was flowing out of the washing machine. I turned it off and soaked up the water with a towel. It was not the first time, because the parquet skirting showed that the water had stood there before. They could have said that the washing machine was broken if they were not able to fix it. You can get an electric shock from a washing machine standing in water.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The cityscape of Kuala Lumpur is truly mesmerizing, and I couldn't have asked for a better vantage point to take it all in. The city lights at night were nothing short of magical. The infinity swimming pool was a true gem. It felt like I was swimming on the edge of the world, with the stunning city skyline as my backdrop. It's an experience that I'll never forget and one that I'll cherish for a long time. The staff at Platinum Suite Cozy were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. From recommending the best local restaurants to arranging transportation, their service was top-notch. Roberta (1/5): Didn’t stay there and would advise people not to book this place due to the owner. - We never stayed there. We never stayed there. We arrived an hour after the 14:00 check-in time, and the owner said our suite hadn’t been cleaned so to wait in the lobby. I called him back after 45 minutes and he said it would be at least one more hour as the lift wasn’t working. When I said we’re wasting our day sitting in the lobby, he said so cancel your booking then. So I called booking.com and cancelled.

Maria (9/5): Modern apartment and building in nice location! - The apartment is in a very beautiful and modern building, with great lobby and AMAZING infinity pool. They also have a nice rooftop bar. The location is pretty good. They have 2 metro/train stations in less than 10min walking distance, and also good options for coffee/breakfast around. There is one Starbucks less than 5mins away and a small supermarket 3mins away. I could reach the Petronas Towers within a 15-18mins walk, so I barely needed to ask for taxis. The facilities are nice, and you can see that everything is new. The master suite is beautiful and the bathroom that comes with it is huge! The wifi works well. The living room and kitchen are very cute, I specially appreciated the view towards the Menara Tower (although it was better in the evening because during the day part of the landscape is occupied by ugly construction work from the building in front of it). The kitchen comes with the basic tools for you to cook. Although it doesn’t work as a hotel, where you have immediately someone available to do your check in, the people from the management team got in touch with me the day before my arrival through Whatsapp. They asked me the time I would arrive and advised me to call them once I reached the property. On the day of my arrival I called them and waited for around 10 minutes for them to come and handle me the key. The communication with them was good. I would say the biggest downside for me was the second sleeping room, which had no windows and came with a small double bed (looked a bit like a cave, although it might be good if you like to sleep in a lot). Another thing that could be improved is that the windowsill in the living room was super dirty and covered with cigarette butts. This compromised the nice view that you have from there! Finally, it would have been nice to have at least another key since we were 4 people and you can only take the elevator using your room key. This meant that we had to always be together in order to have access to our room floor, but when you’re traveling with friends sometimes you have different plans and that might be a bit problematic.
Dusan (9/5): Exclusive appartment with great view and walking distance to Petronas and KL Tower - Magnificent view from 23rd floor, access to infinity pool on 51st floor with view on KL Menara Tower was exclusive, great location with walking distance to Petronas Towers and KL Tower, Exclusive interior with tailor made furniture, high quality materials in bathrooms, washing machinw combined with dryer was a great benefit, friendly staff. Second bedroom without window, apartment had 1,5 bathrooms. E.g. no shower in one of the bathrooms, whereby in masterbedroom bathroom there was both bathtub and shower. Kitchen equipment could be better: no toaster, no dishwasher, only cold water in the kitchen sink, limitted kitchenware, only one towel per person provided.

The lift service was absolutely below standard. Everytime we had to wait for the lift for about 20 minutes from our level to ground floor.

Shafiq (9/5): overall is a good staycation. the owner was kind recommended - spacious in my experience with a good price. had a nice view all the facilities are good. the windows glass a dirty. had a nice view but maybe need to clean up the glass for a better view

Damien (2/5): Very poor - Central location. Not a proper hotel with reception. These are managed apartments. One bathroon in the apartment was unfinished and full of construction items. We were told that workers would come for couple of hours while we were at the apartment, just not professional, this apartment should not have been given for rent in the first place.

Chwong (5/5): Passable - Room is big , location is good Person in-charge is hard to contact . First day ask to wait for room ready , more than half an hour , not even reply , called back more than 3times , but didn't pickup .. is quite disappointed
