My perishable goods went to garbage. Bad experience for me. I didn't get the service I paid for. The way keys are managed also wasnt really efficient for departure.

- Angels (5/5): Para dormir y poco más. - La ubicación, está al lado de la entrada a la M30 El alojamiento está descuidado, hay cosas rotas, la terraza no tiene ni una mesa ni una silla. No hay cocina, no se puede cocinar. Si vas para dormir y nada más, entonces bien, pero no lo recomiendo para estancias más largas o con familias.
- Murillo (5/5): no volvería - la ubicación , el aire acondicionado, papel higiénico y toallas de sobra lo que más me molestó es que entraron en la habitación mientras no estabamos para quitarnos una cama , eramos 3 incluida mi hija pequeña había una cama doble y un sofa cama muy incómodo, apenas llegué avisé al anfitrión que el mando o control del tv no funcionaba y me dejó en visto ,aunque le cambiaba las pilas no pudimos usar el tv durante la estancia. los dispensadores de jabon y shampoo no funcionan.

- GABRIEL (4/5): decepción total y abandono de clientes - No habia desayuno y la cafetera no funcionó ok con la unica capsula que había, tiró el café por fuera de la taza. Wifi no funcinaba, hormigas, la cama pesima, fundas almohadas sucias, malos olores de baño y aircon, tele no funcionaba ok, nadie coge el telefono si pasa algo, nos dejaron tirados sin el codigo en la calle como 2 horas. no volveré a menos que me obligue mi empresa.

- Maider (4/5): Muy sucio - El apartamento estaba bien Aunque el apartamento estaba bien ,no volvería jamás,ya que estaba muy sucio.Habia pelos largos negros por el suelo,paredes, lavabo, e incluso en la cama. El suelo era moqueta así que no se veía la suciedad pero ni quiero imaginarme lo si el suelo del baño estaba así...El baño tenía un olor realmente asqueroso así que cerramos la puerta para que no olerlo en todo el apartamento. Es una pena porque si el lugar estaría limpio, estaría bastante bien. Pero de lo sucio que está se te quitan las ganas de volver

- Celine (6/5): Bien pour une nuit mais hote pas très réceptif, matériel défectueux et avenue bruyante - La literie très confortable. L'appartement en lui même est neuf et bien équipé. Nous avons pu accéder à l'entrée grâce à des hôtes qui entraient. J'ai contacté le propriétaire car le réseau internet de notre chambre était inaccessible. Cela n'avait pas l'air de le préoccuper. Heureusement qu'encore une fois nos voisins de chambre ont eu la gentillesse de nous donner leur réseau et leur code (chaque chambre à son réseau). Ensuite nous avons eu une panne d'électricité : la cause, le grille pain défectueux qui a fait sauté les plombs. Impossible de remettre tout en marche. J'ai contacté le propriétaire qui ne m'a jamais répondu...Heureusement que cela s'est passé le matin avant notre départ. La fenêtre velux était défectueuse, impossible de la laisser ouverte...Niveau ménage de nombreux cheveux noirs et poils un peu partout.... L'emplacement est bruyant, au bord d'une avenue très passante sans parking gratuit. Nous avons dû payer l'horodateur.

- Robert (7/5): Cosy and clean, we had a nice stay - Nice and cosy, also clean. Most of the things a group of people would need especially when it's mainly for sleeping while you explore Madrid during the day. Location is also fine with 2 metro stations within walking distance and especially convenient for the football fans with Santiago Bernabeu only 2 or so metro stops from the apartment. The sink in the shower is a bit smelly, it should be fixed. Also there could be some more stuff in the kitchen like tableware and utensils, also don't expect to be cooking there, the kitchen corner is really very basic. Also the neighbours were sometimes a bit loud in the night. It's not very spacious and although the bed and a matress are comfy, the foldable couch is not.
