Son muy amables, el desayuno es muy rico, está cerca de la playa y los sitios turísticos en el centro histórico, es facil llegar en transporte público desde el aeropuerto. Reserve dos fechas seguidas con ellos y en las dos fueron igual de amables, limpios y ordenados. En esta estadía tuvimos un inconveniente con el ventilador y lo resolvieron en 5 minutos. Los cuartos son cómodos, el hotel es lindo y tranquilo. Realmente lo recomiendo. A veces, por las palomas la piscina estaba sucia. Pero tú le hacías saber en la recepción y ellos lo mandaban a limpiar para usarla. Realmente un buen servicio.

Las instalaciones están muy deterioradas, el baño no está separado de la habitación y olía muy fuerte a cañería toda la habitación, el lavamanos estuvo dañado 3 días de nuestra estancia, botaba mucha agua, el aire acondicionado también botaba agua. Trataron de cambiarnos de habitación y las dos habitaciones que nos mostraron como opciones tenían el aire acondicionado dañado y hacía mucho calor. En fin pasamos nuestra estancia un poco incómodos por el olor y los regueros de agua pero al menos el aire de esa habitación funcionaba.

Jeff was the main figure who made our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was extremely monotonous, more choices should be available. Liz tried to do to the best of her ability but the owners might be limiting what she can offer. Coffee is great, food is OK.

When we paid the room using visa card the receptionist told me that the first payment didnt go through, so we had to repeat. A couple of days later I could se that both payments had gone through - in other words that we had paid for the room two times. I therefore contacted the hotel and asked them to return the money from the double payment to my acount. It takes them endlessly to anser - and that they will look into that. And then again endlessly not to return. I dont know if it an intended scam or if it is just really bad service - but they should have returned the money to my account long since. It is kind of sad because we actually really like the hotel and it is the second time we came back. But this - is really not ok!

El lava manos tiene muchas fugas de agua, la ducha es incómoda por qué no tiene cortina o puerta, a la hr del check Out ni había nadie en recepción así q me tocó perder mi bus para Cartagena y buscar en recepción las llaves del candado de la puerta para poder salir.
- Diego A.S Meneses (9/5): Great location and staff. - The location is really nice, very close to the main restaurants and places in the center. The staff was really kind and helpful; the breakfast was great too and despite being in a hot city they had hot water in the shower which is always nice. They have a rooftop which is kind of abandoned, there they have the pool which was ok, not great, just ok. The views up there on the rooftop are great and the place is nice but is dirty and should be paid more attention. In Antero room, which was the room I stayed, you can see from outside the window straight to the bathroom as the curtain doesn't get to the wall. The ac was ok too; it's pretty small so the fan is necessary to use at least while the ac is cooling.
- Marthanifhla (7/5): - We enjoyed staying here. Rooms are basic but very good value and the location is great, right next to loads of restaurants and bars. Facilities are quite dated and our air conditioning unit didn't work properly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite basic but nice to have it included. A decent place to stay for a night or two before heading to Tayrona/Minca.

Fueron muy amables, nos dejaron guardar las maletas antes de la hora, nos dieron buenas indicaciones y fue fácil el check in y check out. La habitación fue muy fresca y bien ordenada. Recomendada Pueden haber habitantes de calle en la zona pero en general se siente seguro

- Micaela (8/5): Buen hospedaje - Está en una muy buena ubicación, a metros del centro histórico y la playa. La atención del personal ha sido muy atenta y amable. El desayuno muy rico. Agua caliente en la ducha y el internet perfecto. La terraza estaba sucia y el hidromasaje no funcionaba, de todos modos no me hubiera metido porque estaba con palomas. El cuarto tenia mucha iluminación, al tener tanto ventanal, hace que el descanso no sea del mejor.

Gran relación costo/beneficio Recomiendo mantenimiento de las áreas comunes, la zona de piscina se notaba descuidada. El aire de la habitación podría estar mejor
- LUISA (7/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación y el desayuno son geniales Estuve 2 noches y no asearon la habitación, la Puerta del baño no da al techo y la persiana de la ventana era pequeña y se alcanzaba a ver desde afuera. No tiene mucha privacidad. Las pilas del televisor estaban dañadas, como a punto de explotar, por lo que no hubo forma de prenderlo.
- Jörg (9/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel - Zentrale Lage in direkter Nähe zum Malecón. Viele Restaurants, Bars etc. in der Nähe. Sehr gut klimatisiertes Zimmer. Jeden Morgen das gleiche Frühstück, etwas mehr Phantasie wäre da angebracht.
