• Shahin (5/5): Nichts zu empfehlen, für kleine Budget aber schon - 24 Stunden Rezeption, gute Lage , das Frühstück war Akzeptabel Fensterlose Zimmer ( wurde nicht erwähnt bei der Buchung, man hat das Gefühl eingesperrt zu sein ), außerdem war im Zimmer Wasser Geräusche, ständig am laufen von der Toilette und Heizungsgerät ( Entlüftung und abdichten notwendig ) trotzt Reklamation, es wurde nichts unternommen, man musste mit Ohrstöpsel versuchen zu schlafen damit man die Geräusche nicht hören muss.

• Guest (9/5): - Очень хороший персонал, всегда отвечали на вопросы и оказывали помощь, все говорят по-русски, проблем с коммуникацией ни у кого не будет. Вкусный и сытный завтрак. Отличное расположение, рукой подать до центра. Уборки не было всю неделю, только меняли полотенца. К сожалению, не во всех номерах есть окна и было душно.

The room did not have a mirror, waste basket and ironing facilities. Breakfast was simple. They did not charge the tissue and did not take out the garbage from my room, I think the cleaning person did not notice it in the room! I guess better hotels with this price could also be found.

• Gayane (7/5): Good hotel for short stay in the center of Yerevan - Pros: - location (close to the Republic Square, Vernissage, etc) - facilities in the room (all what was needed was there - kettle, hair dryer, toothbrush, etc) - good value for money (I paid 52 EUR for 1 night with breakfast!) - comfortable bed, clean shower - breakfast was included in the price and it was pretty decent Cons: - only CASH during check-in, they do not accept cards! not convenient - old and worn towels - no window in the room (it didn't bother me, but could be in an issue for some people) - coffee machine would be nice in the breakfast room - breakfast starting at 09.00, and not earlier.

The room was very clean, it had everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bed is very comfortable too. The paintings on the walls were amazing. Location is great, everywhere in the center is walkable, a nice supermarket nearby and a few great restaurants. Breakfast is decent, home-made. *Internet was a bit unstable *No proper coffee for breakfast *A bit worn out sheets and towels, cheap shampoo The hotel definitely has a great potential but I’d love to see more attention to detail in there. I had a bargain price for the suite as I booked very late but I wouldn’t want to pay full price.

Even though our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, they allowed us to drop off our bags and even offered us some fruit while we waited, which was a nice touch.

Ambient lighting in the room is poor, I felt like I was in a basement. The owner of the hotel decided it was a great idea to smoke indoors. On my last night it was impossible to breathe, it smelt like tobacco factory even inside the rooms let alone the main hall. It’s insane a hotel owner would do that to his own guests. Customer service much?! No matter the location I’m obviously never coming back.

For me, the most important part was the warmth of the room and the water, which was acceptable - The hotel is near the city ring and you have to walk 15 minutes to republic square. Breakfast was good and enough. Resectionists were friendly. Our room was quiet . Water was hot and pleasant . The room was quite warm during the 5 days of our travel in winter. The frustrating point was that our room had not cleaned when we put the notice on the door and we have to notice the staff every time room need to be cleaned. Plus they didn’t change the sheets and put new cleaning pack automatically during the cleaning and if you need new clean sheets you have to notice that separately. The lady who serves breakfast is grumpy and usually was starting to clean tables before we leave our table. She was more friendly to Russian clients than us. TV was broken and they didn’t notice before our arrival .

On the day of arrival I had to sit on a chair at the entrance for 10 hours and they didn’t check me in even though all the room were empty. The price is similar to a 4 star hotel but this place is literally 0 star.

• Nadezhda (8/5): Comfortable - The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the city center and only a few mins from the Vernissage. Easily accessible on foot. My room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean with toiletries and hair dryer provided. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, ready to assist with everything. The check in and out went very smoothly. The pictures here correspond to the reality (at least regarding the room I was in). There wasn't a window in the room I stayed in (I expected this, cause I had seen the pictures and the reviews here). It is ok for short stays but it might get inconvenient and irritating for longer stays.

The room was clean and everything corresponded to the photos presented. The location is perfect. Nearby there is an exchange office, a great park, grocery stores and restaurants. The sound insulation is good.
• Vasilisa (1/5): Bad - The location is probably the only redeeming quality here— about a 10 min walk to the city center, which is convenient for exploring Yerevan. TLDR: Mold everywhere, rude and dismissive service, AWFUL experience. First, the hotel doesn’t accept credit cards, which immediately raised some red flags. It gave off serious money-laundering vibes, especially since we’ve never encountered this issue before at other hotels. Now, onto the room: mold everywhere. We were initially placed in a room with a moldy ceiling due to a leaking A.C. After a long argument, we were moved to another room—this one somehow worse. Mold on the ceiling, walls, and inside the cupboard! The air conditioning barely worked, and here's the kicker: there are no windows in the rooms. Let that sink in—no windows. No way to get fresh air, meaning the humidity and mold will only get worse over time. It's a health hazard waiting to happen. The staff was dismissive, pretending like they’d never seen the mold before, which is hard to believe given the state of the rooms. When we asked for another room or a partial refund, they claimed the hotel was fully booked—though we barely saw any other guests during our stay. To top it all off, the place wasn’t clean either; we found black hairs in the room, despite us both being blonde. Breakfast was a joke—everything looked like it had been sitting out for days, so we skipped it. Overall, between the mold, terrible service, and shady payment practices, this is not a place I’d ever recommend. The situation with the mold will only worsen since there’s no proper ventilation or functioning A.C. Stay away! P.S. Just a cherry on top: leaking toilets (plural), broken hair driers (plural), no restaurant or bar.
• Tobias (1/5): Location is Good, But Mold and Bad Service Ruined Everything - Well, if you really squint hard enough to find a positive, the location is decent. You can walk to the city center in about 10 minutes, so that's a plus. But honestly, that's where the good stuff ends. Oh, where do I even begin? Let's start with the moldy ceilings—yes, plural. Upon check-in, our room had a moldy ceiling, likely from a leaky A.C. unit. We requested a room change, which took far too long, only to be moved to an even worse room. This one had a charming combo of mold on the ceiling, walls, and even inside the cupboard! How luxurious, right? When we asked to change again, they claimed the hotel was fully booked (oddly, we saw very few other guests). A refund? An apology? Nope. They just pretended this was the first time they’d heard about the issue, even though it’s clearly an old, ongoing problem. Speaking of ongoing problems—the A.C. barely works. The rooms don’t even have proper windows, so you’re basically living in a moldy, humid cave with no air circulation. And don’t even get me started on the cleanliness. We found several black hairs scattered around the room, which was super gross considering we’re both blonde. The overall vibe? More like a prison cell than a hotel room. Oh, and the breakfast? Hard pass. It looked like it had been sitting out for days. Stale, sad, and totally unappetizing. We didn’t even bother trying it. The staff? Completely unhelpful and borderline dismissive. They acted like we were the problem for daring to mention the mold situation, making us feel like fools for even asking for a decent room. In conclusion, unless you enjoy living in a damp, mold-infested cell with unhelpful staff, steer clear. The location may be convenient, but everything else about this hotel is a nightmare.

• Leanna (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel was close to the main town area. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly - he gave us information on a number of things and made our stay comfortable. Required amenities like the AC, water heating, water force in the washroom, bed comfort and lighting was on point! The hotel does not have parking, so we had to park our rented car far away and walk there every morning and night. The hotel gives complementary bottles of water only on the check-in day after which they advise you to drink tap water or purchase from supermarkets. The bathroom had a leak because of which the ground remained wet in certain areas. Also, they do not accept credit/debit cards - payment has to be made only in cash which is quite inconvenient.

• Pamela (8/5): It was a good stay except for the lock. - Room was good. Spacious. They have a heater dryer where I can wash and dry my clothes at. The lock from the door doesn’t align with the strike plate on the frame so I am not able to lock from inside. The most important thing for a solo female traveller to feel safe is that I can lock from the inside to give myself a piece of mind when I’m sleeping. However after I feedback to the staff, after coming to check and acknowledging that it can’t lock they just assure me that no one except the counter and me has the access card to the room.
