Guest Reviews
- Alejandro (10/5): Absolutely great! - Such an excellent place, everything was neat and clean. Lorenzo is the best host ever, kind and amiable. He helped us a lot with information about services in Rome and also offered us a bagagge storage solution!
The place is nicelly close to different bus stops and great and cheap places to have lunch. Pistaccio cornetto in Pasticceria Linari is strongly recommended for breakfast. Everything was so good overall! Just consider the floor where you will stay. No problem at all
- Marivi (9/5): Una bonica estada, en un entorn gens massificat de turisme. - La predisposició del Lorenzo per ajudar-nos en tots els dubtes i demandes que vam tenir, va ser excepcional. L'allotjament era acollidor i tot estava net i molt cuidat. La zona és molt residencial però també propera a restaurants tradicionals exquisits. Va ser molt difícil trobar taxi a la zona sobretot el diumenge i l'aplicació tampoc era gens fiable!

- Mandrutiu (10/5): - We had such a great stay. Lorenzo went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The place was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed.
- Drimba (10/5): - Nagyon kiváló hely bolt a sarkon gyönyörű templom a szoba szép a fürdő kiváló a reggeli is jó volt 8

- Luboš (9/5): Roma 2025 - Všechno bylo super, pouze snídaně byly chudé.
- Anissa (8/5): Amazing spot in the center of Rome with a balcony in a calm neighborhood - The balcony is amazing, very cozy, with a great view.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The air conditioning is a must and highly appreciated.
The host also let a beer and some chips in the room as a welcome present The fridge is very loud, we had to unplug it to sleep well.
The bathroom is outside of the room, which is not super comfortable in the middle of the night. It is also windowless and extremely warm and humid.

- Martyna (10/5): I would definitely come back again - Location, view from balcony, clean large room
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Dan (8/5): Very good - Lorenzo was helpful, the location was terrific and the room was clean. The fact that the bathroom is private but not directly accessible from the room was disappointing. Also there were no means to clean the cups in our room but they were not replaced or cleaned by the B&B.
- Leah (9/5): Perfection. - The accommodations were lovely. The bed was great. There are two huge wardrobes so putting my clothes away and suitcases out of the way was easy. The balcony was peaceful. But the very best part of this is the location!!!! Walking just a block or two you end up at the most wonderful, authentic restaurants! These are not tourist traps! You can have the perfect Italian dinner and then a quick stroll back home. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! Perhaps hooks for the towels would be a nice touch? That's literally the worst thing I can think of lol! Seriously, stay here!
- Hans-peter (7/5): We liked it a lot & recommend it although we would have wished for a bathroom ensuite! - The host was really nice, attentive and always ready to help and give tips (via Whatapp, we didn't meet him personally). The location in Testaccio was very convenient, close to the Tiber river, to the main square with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes. Public transport was close by, too. The room was spotless clean and all the instructions on how to get there and get the key etc. we got beforehand worked perfectly. The breakfast in this very typical Italian cafe downstairs is just perfect! It was a bit funny that you enter an apartment where somebody seems to live permanently (because you can hear the TV through the door) but you never see anyone. Inside, there are two rooms for rent, one of them has probably a bathroom ensuite and the other one (where we stayed in) has its bathroom along the corridor. Both are private bathrooms, but if you happen to be in the one down the hallway, you always have to leave your room and walk the 6m there. We thought it would have been nice to have known that in advance...
- Džeina (9/5): Nice apartment for family or friends. - We really liked the apartment - it was comfortable, we had everything that you need. The owner was very kind and helpful! Recommend! Toilet is outside of the room but it was private so that’s fine. Breakfast was not the best (we went only once). But there was good coffee at the apartment.
- Mayte (10/5): Exceptional - The child bed nothing
- Börge (9/5): Tolles Ambiente, sehr bemühte Vermieter, authentisch italienisch - The contact with Lorenzo was great - no questions were left unanswered. The beds were really very comfortable and the breakfast in the bar below the apartment was authentically Italian with endless sweet pastries and super delicious cappuccino. In summer, the lovely balcony is the perfect place to spend the evening with a glass of red wine while watching the beautifully illuminated church.
The room itself had a coffee machine with coffee pods and a kettle.
The location is ideal - everything is within walking distance. The bus and metro are also just around the corner.
So, if I come again - I will book the same appartment.
- Danit (5/5): Passable - The location was good The toilet where not cleen
The radiator in the room didnt work
- Sarah (10/5): Cosy friendly clean in centre of Rome’s food district - Lovely, clean, great location, thoughtful decor, very friendly owner!
- Claire (10/5): Superb - Excellent overall. Very comfortable, clean room with lots of little extras (coffee maker, kettle, tea and coffee) and a lovely little balcony. Fabulous location too. Very easy, smooth contact with the owner who did everything possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you! I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
- Rankin (10/5): Exceptional - We felt at ease while staying here and it was a great place to explore rome, I would stay here again next visit
- Davide (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mona (9/5): Great room with extremely nice host - The room is really nice and the balkony is outstanding. Everything was really clean and we had equipment to cook coffee and tea. Lorenzo was super helpful and incredibly nice!! The bathroom is across the hall next to the other room that was rented out. You should get dressed when you go to the bathroom ;)
- Cameron (9/5): Our stay was wonderful, very central and great value for money, would stay here again. - The location is very good to access the sites of Rome. The breakfast vouchers for the cafe next door were lovely, the pizzetta and croissants were wonderful. Lorenzo was fantastic with communicating all the information to access the room and made it very easy and straightforward, and was happy to help with anything we required, such as booking us a taxi when we were departing. The air conditioning and ceiling fan made the room very comfortable and the balcony was lovely. A tourist map of room would have been helpful as we needed to find one. Maybe some recommendations for places to eat locally would have been great. Information on opening times of the major attractions could be helpful to plan the day.
- Ninon (8/5): Very good -
