• Wilke (10/5): Mooi, groot appartement in het centrum van Londen - Fantastische locatie om Londen te ontdekken. In een drukke buurt maar binnen heb je er helemaal geen last van. Zeer groot appartement voor centrum Londen! Zoals al vermeld zijn de badkamers aan renovatie toe - maar het is zeker nog ok!
• sofia (6/5): Più cura - L'appartamento è in un bel palazzo e in un'ottima posizione. Ottima la disposizione e la luce. Grandi potenzialità. C'è in generale una mancanza di cura. La lavastoviglie non funzionava. Appena arrivati abbiamo segnalato con messaggio su booking, wapp e telefonata che il riscaldamento non andava. Ci sono volute 15 ore per ottenere una risposta. Noi siamo stati 1 settimana e il riscaldamento non è mai stato riparato. Dal secondo giorno ha fornito l'appartamento di scaldini elettrici, ma non era lo stesso. Asciugamani non asciugavano e abbiamo dovuto insistere per avere un cambio in più (su 1 settimana!). Non abbiamo mai sentito l'hosting, neanche x chiederci come andava. La pulizia è migliorabile soprattutto in cucina e ci vorrebbe uno stendino ad esempio. E tante piccole cosine... un peccato.

• Darci (9/5): Nice spot to call home in a great location - The property was nicely decorated, the space was comfortable, and the bedrooms nicely appointed. Made for a nice home away from home. The location was wonderful.

• Fouad (7/5): Good value - great location - just sort out the bathroom! - Great location for my conference. Lots of eateries and overall good value for the area. Really nice flat clean and comfy beds. Great communication with our host. Only major negative - the bathroom had bad mold around the ceiling and it was a strong smell. I had the en suite which was fine but my colleague ended up using my en suite mainly as she suffers from asthma and I was worried that the mold would make her poorly. Only 2 small glasses in the kitchen cupboard.

• Margaret (4/5): Okay for 2 nights would not necessarily stay again - Nice welcome from Giannis, good location for Baker Street tube, Oxford st and Marylebone station The property is in need of refurbishing. The bathrooms were not very clean,and one had a shower but no shower curtain. The blinds in one room wouldn’t open although this was highlighted at the beginning of the stay. The facilities in the kitchen are poor, the travel kettle could do with replacing.

• Bernadette (8/5): Brilliant Location, Tricky Showers! - I recently stayed at the Wonderful Baker Street Flat for a two-week work trip, and overall, it served its purpose well. The location is absolutely perfect—just a quick walk to the tube, surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, making it super convenient for both work and downtime. The apartment offered more space and flexibility than a hotel, which was a huge plus for a longer stay. It had everything I needed to work comfortably and felt more like a home than a temporary crash pad. That said, the flat could use a few upgrades. The biggest issue was with the water pressure—it was often just a trickle, and it took forever to heat up. Definitely not ideal for two people trying to get ready at the same time, so keep that in mind if you’re sharing the space. Despite the minor inconveniences, I’d still choose this over a standard hotel for a longer stay. With a few improvements, it could easily be a top-tier rental in a prime London spot.
• Clair (7/5): Great place in a great location - The location is amazing. Close to the tube station and there is every food place you can think of really close by. And it's on Baker Street, which for Sherlock Holmes fans was brilliant. I would choose to stay here again.
• Serena (8/5): Good sized flat and rooms. - Lovely spacious flat, comfortable beds. Very handy for Baker Street restaurants, Tube station and Regents Park. Host Giannis easy to contact. Fairly quiet for central London. Could do with more things in the kitchen such as mugs and wine glasses. Also a proper kettle, it's hard making hot drinks for 4 with a small travel kettle!

• Sean (10/5): Great big place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a nice living room, and a great location. - Great location near Baker Street underground and nearby shopping and restaurants. Big amazing living room to chill out in while getting ready to go out on the town. Functional kitchen and great beds. Two bathrooms was amazing as well. Two sets of keys for two bedrooms - big plus over one set of keys to share. Quiet space with sound dampening second windows so don't hear almost any street noise. Also has a bit of view which was nice. Minor issues: heating unit was a bit complicated to figure out, the floors squeak a bit, and the door to one of the bathrooms was a bit broken (but locked).

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! - The location of this flat is amazing, right around the corner from Sherlock Holmes museum, region Park, Baker Street underground Station, and loads of places to eat. Parking is street parking and not typically available, and the water pressure is very low.
