• Alessandro (9/5): - Ottima posizione in palazzo signorile e silenzioso con ascensore all' ultimo piano con terrazzo grande dotato di ampio gazebo. Monolocale pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto a partire dalle cose indispensabili come un efficace climatizzatore (nel nostro caso pompa di calore avendo soggiornato nel periodo invernale)per arrivare ai particolari come il ferro da stiro e le riduzioni per le varie prese in abbondanza. Letto con materasso comodo. Nulla.

• Carsten (9/5): Lage, Lage, Lage….einfach super - Die Lage ist traumhaft, nur 10-15 Minuten fussläufig vom Vatikan entfernt in einem gehobenen römischen Wohnviertel. Große Dachterrasse, von der aus man tatsächlich die Kuppel des Petersdoms sehen kann. Bei der Anreise warteten ein paar Snacks und kühle Getränke auf uns. Die Pizzeria unten im Haus und der Brötchenladen an der Ecke rundeten die traumhafte Lage ab. Der Abluftkanal der sich unten im Haus befindlichen Pizzeria ist direkt an der Dachterrasse, man hat also schon mit Holz- und Kösegerpchen zu tun, wenn unten der Ofen angeheizt wird. Die Duschkabine war für mich (192cm, 100kg) etwas klein.

• Luca (10/5): Struttura top , vale assolutamente la pena soggiornare qui - Situata in un quartiere tranquillo di Roma, struttura accogliente con una terrazza per rilassarsi e prendere un po’ di aria alla sera dopo una giornata intensa di visita per Roma, attrezzata con tutto il necessario. Vicino alla fermata di bus per collegamenti per il centro storico e stazione Termini. Raccomandatissimo!

En realidad no destacaría nada negativo. Quizá me lo esperaba un poquito más cerca de la estación de metro Ottaviano pero al alojamiento no le pondría nada negativo

• Vladimir (5/5): Nice location, poor facilities - Location if fine, 10-15 mins walking from Vatican, within 1 hour from major points to visit. When the weather is nice it's quite convenient. Terrace is cool, you can see top is St. Peter's Basilica. Living space is 20 sq.m. although advertised as 28 so it's almost 30% smaller then we expected. Sofa/bed is veeery squeaky, don't turn in your sleep or you wake up. No soundproof walls/doors so barking dog one floor below feels like next to your pillow. Washing machine and microwave are missing although stated as facilities. Dishes were not clean and there was no new sponge to do them properly. Shower is passable however you can run out of hot water, looks like a boiler is installed. Generally it's very dark after sunset and all installed lights inside don't help much. 2 coffee capsules out of 4 have been used when we arrived. We wouldn't pay much attention to it unless everything else meets out expectations.

• Filip (7/5): Good value for money - The balcony is great and offers really nice views of Rome. The location is also good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was just a sofa bed so it wasn’t very comfortable. Also there wasn’t really any proper light source, just small lights on the walls, so it got very dark at night.
• Dana (9/5): Superb - everything was perfect, appartman is just 5-7 min by walk from Ottaviano metro station and the zone is great. I was there during the winter time, but I can immagine, that the beuautiful outside terrace must be amazing for evenings drinks and diners:)
• Nicola (6/5): It's a studio, not a one bedroom apartment. - It has a big terrace which would be very nice to have at warmer times of year. It was very clean and quiet and there's an excellent Italian restaurant just next door. It's a 10 minute walk to the metro. It's not a one bedroom apartment, it's a studio apartment with a sofa bed. I didn't realise from the description and photos. It has a sofabed which is really uncomfortable and squeaks every time you move. It doesn't have anywhere to store food in the kitchen, with no cupboard or drawer for the cutlery and crockery, so it just sits on a little shelf on the drainer above the sink. The terrace is a nice space, except for the broken furniture which just makes it look tatty. I feel that with some thought and a few changes it could be much more comfortable and practical.

• Lee (10/5): Fabulous apartment near the Vatican - Located not far from a metro station, this top floor apartment is in an elegant building in a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from great bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is perfect - with the added bonus of a lovely large roof terrace, perfect for watching the sun set over St. Peters. Andrea and his colleague, Riccardino, were great hosts, helpful & friendly, and they obviously have put a lot of love & attention into creating a lovely, relaxing space to retreat to after a long day sightseeing in fabulous Rome. We'll be back for another visit! Nothing.
• Bogdan (9/5): Nicely located cosy 3-star level apartment - Nice location - 20 min walking to St. Peter’s Square and 10 min to Ottaviano subway station. Also bus routes in a walking distance. Nice restaurants in the vicinity. I liked the roof terrace where it was pleasant to drink morning coffee. Apartment was clean and quite pretty. Coffee machine and kitchen appliance were handy. Owner was supportive and polite. Can‘t recall anything that could prevent me from choosing that place again

• Fspfsp (2/5): Very poor - Not far from the Vatican, a nice restaurant in the building. This is where the advantages end. The bed is very very uncomfortable. It creaks, does not look like a king size. So uncomfortable that we didn't sleep all 3 nights. Plumbing operates poorly, shower’s broken. When hot, the room heats up strongly and the air conditioner does not help, it is stuffy even at night. We did not cook or eat indoors, as the dishes were poorly washed. The quality does not correspond to the price. We hope this review will be taken into account and will help to improve the stay in this apartment for other guests.
• Randy (10/5): Highly recommend stay at this location again. - Well stocked fridge for breakfast both sweet and savory. Big balcony with great views. Centrally located close to everything. Andrea was great. Very attentive to all our needs. Last 2 days the wi-fi went done due to provider problems. Andrea tried to work with the provider but couldn't get it up.
• Mike (8/5): Very good - Liked the location and restaurant below the accommodation. Didn't like that the bed was a sofa bed as not as comfortable as a regular bed ,in addition to having very little space on both sides of the bed especially on the window side.My wife bumped on the open window a few times maneuvering her way to her side of the bed.We had to ask for coffee capsules as there was only one for 2ppl for 3 nights,ended up not using any.No wine glasses,no tea and tea glasses. Breakfast was organised to take place in a neighbouring cafe,however it never happened due to a lack of communication between cafe and host prior to the festive days,we were in Rome.On our first morning we went 3 times to check out the cafe(was ffrusteating and wasted valuable time,too)The cafe opened on the last day of our stay,unfortunately.In the meantime the host organised for us to have breakfast in another cafe further away,very basic and insufficient,a cup of coffee and a croissant. As previously,described in other reviews the shower head needs replacement.Our check in was organised via the cleaners,thx however the host came back to me via WhatsApp asking me for the check in code etc. In essence, there was a need for a constant communication with the host which is not my idea of a relaxing holiday in addition to the host becoming rather offensive and aggressive on a couple of occasions.

• Dan (6/5): Expected more for price - Terrace, and hot water. Location was pretty good. Ice cube tray was ok when it arrived. Lift to 5th floor. Host attitude - found a reason every day to text, had to wait 2 days for extra pillows! Poor recommendation of restaurant, actually, that flue is right next the terrace. Photos inaccurate - city view is just a joke, description inaccurate. The sofa bed is the only bed, putting things in the fridge is not breakfast or 3 small beers is not a minibar. Shower pressure and heat good enough, but head really needs renewing, shower door is broken. Sink leaks when emptying. Freezer is noisy
• Margarita (8/5): cozy and comfortable - the apartment is like in the photos . the owner Andrea is very hospitable. he checked me in earlier then the schedule time . there were all fresh breakfast items (eggs,bacon,yogurt,bread ,butter,jam,chips,big water pack , coffe capsules and even wine ). the kitchen was equipped with everything needed for cooking . the apartment is located on the top floor , the entrance is well maintained and quiet . comfortable orthopedic mattress in the sofa . there is also a large private terrace . I lived there for 5 days and they offered me cleaning on the 3rd day of my stay . in general , I recommend the apartment, it’s cozy and the impressions were positive . thank you Andrea . nothing
