Malcolm (9/5): An excellent place to stay in Hanoi. - I have stayed here many times, it's always a pleasure. Friendly, efficient staff and great location.
Andrew (10/5): Great customer support, location and value for money. - Good location. About 40 minutes walk to the old quarter, or 15 min Grab bike. Quiet location and quiet room. Clean amenities with a separate shower cubicle from the rest of the bathroom. Has washing machine, comfy sofa and modern TV. The hotel manager was very approachable via WhatsApp and answered questions quickly. We asked for soup bowls, laundry detergent, big bottle of water (small surcharge), extra towels, dish cloth, washing up liquid - all of these items weren’t initially available, but he was quick to deliver these items. Very impressed. The one bedroom apartment did not have external windows, but it was easy to move to a studio. Slight grumble was the lift, which signally arriving at its location, but could be heard in the flat. To improve the stay further, I wonder if the alert in the lift could be turned off? I suspect not though.

Annie (8/5): Nice clean flat with lovely view but beware of checking in too late! - The flat is facing the small part of the lake so was very picturesque and quiet at night. Everything was clean and the staff responded quickly on WhatsApp. There was a slight smell of smoke in the flat, and it could have more kitchenware although didn’t bother us as we ate out. The only thing was that we arrived late on the first night due to crazy traffic and the security guard had already gone to bed with the doors locked. It took a while for us to get in as we couldn’t get in touch with the staff (fair it was past midnight) but luckily one resident of the building came out by chance and we explained the situation and she woke up the security guard to let us in… This could have been much worse as we were already looking into nearby hotels to spend the night!
Tracy (7/5): It’s a good stay in a good location. - The location was good with views of the lake, and flat was clean There is no reception person to check you in or out, or to pay, and one enters and exits through the basement garage where the caretaker cannot speak a word of English. Struggled to get a WiFi password which we needed on arrival. F
