Markku (3/5): Majoittaja on epäluotettava - Näkymä parvekkeelta etelään oli hieno, joskin naapurista tuli tupakansavua sisään ajoittain. Huoneisto oli siisti ja vastasi valokuvia, vaikka ei ansaitsekaan tiedoissa ollutta neljää tähteä. Huoneiston tiedot Booking.com -sivustolla olivat harhaanjohtavat. Majoittaja oli mainostanut huoneistossa olevaksi mm. astianpesukoneen ja kuivausrummun, joita ei ollut. Usea muukin tieto oli epätosi. Esimerkiksi Wifiä ei ollut, vaikka sellainen oli luvattu (järjestettiin valituksemme jälkeen myöhemmin). Kysyessäni astianpesukoneesta majoittaja valehteli, että astianpesukone on mahdollisesti korjattavana. Tämä oli valhetta. Huoneistossa ei ollut edes liittymiä astianpesukoneelle. Omistaja lupasi virheiden vuoksi hyvitystä, jota sitäkään ei kuitenkaan maksanut. Huoneiston osoite oli väärin ja nimi Calypso Sun and Beach ilmeisesti tekaistu. Kyseessä oli normaali kerrostalohuoneisto ilman mitään vastaanottopalvelua. Holidu ei ole majoittaja, vaan palkattu operaattori. Holidu ei ota mitään vastuuta eikä suostu paljastamaan todellisen omistajan tietoja. Ei myöskään Booking.com. Todella hämärää. Huonoin kokemus lukemattomista Booking.com -majoituksistani. En suosittele.
Ståle (5/5): - For det første så store problem å finne fram for hotellet heter ikke calipso sun og heldig vis så var der ei snille dame på gaten der som kjente til verten og fikk ringt han ellers leiligheten var fin stilt og rolig tingen støy var ikke internett men så kom verten omm kvelden med èin ruter Men den sluttet og virke dei 2 siste dagene ellers greit Feil navn på hotellet vanskelig og finne
