• Silvia Alessandra (5/5): - La posizione e l' estrema gentilezza dello staff La stanza con un bagno sottodimensionato e soprattutto, mancante di bidet (invece dichiarato presente nella prenotazione). Piccolo frigo-bar rumoroso. Arredamento vetusto. La persona che rispondeva al telefono non comprendeva perfettamente la lingua italiana.

• Yan (7/5): - 地理位置不错 预定的时候，显示的是独立卫生间“private bathroom”，预定完成、支付完成后，显示的却是‘External bathroom’，这个设置有误导消费者的嫌疑，因为下单之前会仔细看条件是否符合要求，没有人会想到下单前的是一个情况、而下单后却是另外一个情况，而且此时已经无法撤回、无法退款了。这种做法非常不好！
• Elisabeth (1/5): À éviter - Rien Les photos n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Appartement très sale, pas très hygiénique surtout avec un bébé. Beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit. J’ai voulu annuler la réservation juste après l’avoir faite car je n’étais pas sur d’arriver à l’heure à cause de mon vol mais ils n’ont pas accepté ma demande et m’ont proposé de payer 50€ de supplément après 23h et aussi qu’à partir de 2h du matin ma réservation serait complètement annulée.

En el alojamiento me dijeron que no habría problema al cancelarlo pero después se quedaron todo mi dinero, no me devolvieron nada , era un sitio terrorífico y sucio

The mattresses were pretty comfortable and we slept well. The elevator was a lifesaver for heavy baggage. We were moved to a second location after our late check-in. This new room was... Strange. The bed covers were stained, the common room was not usable and the amount of buildup in the kettle made me gag. We got a little surprise too; a hole in the wall behind a painting revealed a stash of infinite toilet paper. The bathroom door was not quite a door, more like a folding screen... Finally, the shape of the shower was quite inspiring. A pillar right in the middle made it easy to touch the dirty walls every time you tried to move.

Yo reservé una habitación con baño privado y cuando llegué me querían dar una con baño compartido argumentando que era “baño privado externo “ lo que yo había reservado al final lo solucioné con el personal pero es importante que sepáis que os puede pasar a eso. Es una casa que al entrar es un poco oscura y no muy actual.

• Alberto (6/5): Comoda per Termini, ma zona da migliorare - La posizione, è proprio davanti la stazione Termini. Il proprietario è disponibile alle esigenze degli ospiti. Essendo alla stazione Termini, non è un luogo adatto a famiglie, la zona circostante non mi ha trasmesso molta sicurezza, soprattutto nelle ore serali, per la presenza frequente di persone che bivaccano e situazioni di degrado.

• Τσαγκαρακης (4/5): Somewhat clean and good location - Good location and relatively clean Bathroom was dirty. Shower had mould , there was only one toilet paper and one shampoo. The toilet cistern was leaking due to the fact that it was open on top , making dirty water drops fall on us whilst seating on the toilet. Also the waiting room outside our room smelled worse each day. Last but not least, on the day that we were checking out ,one of people that worked there came to retrieve the keys and tried to leave a good review by pressing it on my phone, thankfully I got away before he could do it.

El baño no estaba sucio pero tampoco en condiciones higiénicas. Tocas timbre en un edificio pero la habitación es en otro que está a la vuelta. Lo único bueno es que está en frente a la estación de termini así que si tenes que tomar un tren es el único punto positivo, de lo contrario no lo recomiendo
• Katherine Estrella (6/5): Meh 😕 - È vicino alla stazione di treno, metro e al centro di Roma. La zona puzzava di spazzatura e pipi. Già abbiamo cominciato male. Poi il palazzetto da dentro si vedeva abbandonato, sporco e anche un odore sgradevole. Il posto non è come un departamento che a le stanze separate. La zona di comune uso (cucina) era sporca, le posate, tazze, tutto sporco e "abbandonato" alla polvera. L'armadio era rotto ed sporco. Dentro c'era una coperta chi sa da quando. Oltre a che la piccola tavola e la lampada erano pieni di polvere. Il materasso molto comodo. Ma mio fidanzato ha trovato un ragno sul letto, quindi quasi svengo.. In bagno (dentro della stanza) non c'era il bidet e ho dovuto chiedere carta igienica perché c'era una usata per finire. Lo shampoo era di quelli che compri por 200ml e resta fino a che tutti gli ospiti lo usano e finisce. La TV è uno schermo di computer. Il frigo vecchio e ha fatto rumore tutta la notte. Diciamo che per chi si accontenta e ha poco soldi, ci sta per una notte e basta.

• Ana (1/5): Pésimo e insalubre - Insalubre, nada me gustó, ubicación pésima en una zona nada segura Insalubre, pésimo alojamiento, baños sucios, viejos, con moho, oxido, tapas de baño amarillas, est tes oxidados y sucios, imposible de usar, frigorífico sucio con restos de comida, enchufes rotos con los cables pelados, suciedad general en toda la habitación, inseguridad total en la habitación, gritos por huéspedes quejándose, portal viejo con ascensor inservible, todo un desastre en estado pésimo, no cogéis nunca este alojamiento. Nos tuvimos que marchar porque está insalubre estar allí,. posiblemente hay chinches y demás .... Estoy gestionando la reclamación del pago,.no sé cómo Booking puede tener algo así en su página y voy a reclamar a consumidores, sanidad y lo que pueda para que no le pase a nadie más, Este establecimiento debería estar cerrado. No me deja poner más fotos pero tengo un buen reportaje.

Pesante odore di fumo nella stanza, odore di disinfettante nel corridoio, sempre ingombro di valige. Senso di sporcizia e disordine. Bagno fatiscente, acqua tiepida. Spazi angusti. Rumore d’acqua tutta la notte. Le foto non corrispondono neppure lontanamente alla struttura. I servizi descritti (bollitore, forno, prodotti per la colazione) sono inutilizzabili per il disordine e la sporcizia. Al limite dell’abilità

• julian (5/5): Normal, muy bien ubicado - Estaba muy bien, ubicado fácil, acceso al transporte público, fácil para ir a caminar hasta el Coliseo y a los otros lugares, me gustó que me dejaron guardar mis maletas antes de recibir el check in. también me gustó que tiene nevera adentro de la habitación y baño privado. No me gustó que a veces se levantan, van unos olores extraños, era un lugar muy encerrado, la zona está bien, pero precisamente la calle de hospedaje es punto de encuentro de africanos donde se hacen a beber y a hablar duro, pero no son peligrosos

La struttura si presenta sporca e trascurata già dal primo impatto, polvere e sporcizia ovunque, cattivi odori persistenti nelle stanze, arredi vecchi, mal tenuti e sporchi. Servizi igienici che si otturano, compresa la pulizia del bagno, che lasciava molto a desiderare, con evidenti segni di scarsa igiene. Per non parlare della manutenzione e della pulizia del condominio in cui è situato: sporcizia ovunque!

No lo aconsejo con niños.es una habitación dentro de un piso compartido en otra ubicación de donde recoges las llaves. El portal es .. un cuadro se siente super inseguro. Mucha humedad tanto en el ambiente de la habitación como en las instalaciones,mucha moho en la ducha,no podías abrir las ventanas porque te daba miedo el ambiente de la calle,la lamparita de la mesilla el cable pelado con miedo d darte calambre.. no saqué la ropa de la maleta y aún así salía húmeda. Cada vez que llegaba a la habitación tenía el miedo de si me habían robado. Tuve que entrar ahí por cancelación del mismo día en la otra casa por errores de fecha y me veía desesperada con un niño. Si hubiera ido sobrada de dinero hubiera preferido perder el dinero a quedarme ahí.la cama era cómoda y del mismo cansancio nos dormíamos rápido y salíamos temprano porque era insano estar ahí.
