- Denysova (2/5): - I had stayed in these apartments several times before and everything was fine. Unfortunately, my last two stays were very disappointing. In January, when I arrived, the central heating was not working. The host apologized and said that the heating had broken down that same day. I accepted this explanation at the time. However, when I returned again in February, the heating was still not working. The apartment again had no central heating and only a small portable heater was provided. In winter conditions this is clearly not sufficient and the apartment was cold. What disappointed me the most is that I was not informed in advance about the heating issue, even though I had already experienced the same problem during my previous stay. If you are traveling during winter, please be aware that heating may not be available.
