• Yamani (9/5): .كانت اقامة ممتعة جدا وغير متوقعة بحكم انني اول مرة اذهب إلى مدينة الاسماعلية ووجود مثل هذا المنتجع فيها - الهدوء.النظافة. الشيف ماهر ومميز في إعداد الاكل.واجهة الغرفة كانت جميلة جدا كانت مطلة على المسبح وعلى البحر. وجود باب خلفي للغرفة للخروج للمسبح مباشرة. وأتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى إدارة الفندق، وأخصّ بالشكر والامتنان الأخت / أمنية في قسم الاستقبال. لقد كان لمتابعتها الدقيقة وتواصلها الدائم معي قبل وصولي إلى الفندق أثر كبير في تسهيل إجراءات إقامتي ومنحي شعوراً بالراحة والترحيب الفائق. تميزت بأدائها المهني العالي، وأسلوبها الراقي في التعامل وحرصها على أدق التفاصيل. أتمنى لها مزيداً من التوفيق والنجاح، وللفندق دوام التميز بوجود مثل هذه الكفاءات الرائعة. دفع هواء التكييف كان قوي جدا ولم يستطيع فريق الصيانة بالتحكم في درجة الهواء

• Raafat (7/5): Luxurious setup managed at low budget - The luxurious setup : the building, the furniture, and the lighting system. The view is great. Low quality of breakfast. The dirty chairs outside the main lobby. The noise levels in the evening. The shower unit with soap & shampoo outside the unit.

• Raafat (7/5): Great hotel that needs better management - The location, the view, and the facilities The cleanliness of the outdoor area and the glass windows. The breakfast restaurant is badly organized and poorly equipped .
• Tamer (1/5): Don’t recommend at all - Nothing everything was horrible The worst hotel I have ever stayed in firstly they refused to give me more than one card key to the room even it was a suit and we were 3 people then the ac wasn’t working so they changed my room to another on the garden view while I paid for lake view without refunding me the pool was a mess everyone swimming in the pool with their clothes then when I needed something from the room service I kept calling them for an hour and no answer till I spoke with the receptionist that I need the general manager so he finally let one from the room service to call me and he got my order cold after 90 minutes besides the WiFi is a mess not even working in the reception also they informed me that they give higher rates if you reserve through booking and lower price if I reserved from the hotel

• Dr. Samer (6/5): تجربة صعب تكرارها - الفندق كمبنى وتصميم رائع، مع حمام سباحة مميز وإطلالة جميلة. للأسف مستوى خدمات الغرف سيئ جدًا. • لا يوجد شبشب أو فرشاة أسنان أو أي مستلزمات أساسية للنزلاء. • تم الاتصال بخدمة الغرف أكثر من 8 مرات لإصلاح التكييف واستبدال الثلاجة دون استجابة فعالة. الفندق يحتاج إلى إدارة قوية تهتم بجودة الخدمة وتلبية احتياجات النزلاء بما يتناسب مع مستوى المكان.

• Shruti (4/5): Lack of Service in the hotel!! - Pros: - Nice Location and Beautiful property Cons : - Although the property is nice the service lacks so much it takes away from the whole experience - Not at all a kid friendly place - Service at the pool is really bad, staff doesnt want to serve at the pool, you have to walk to the bar for even a glass of water, everyone is so confused, even for a glass of milk they would make you walk between their bar and the lobby bar to find what you want and then pay immediately, if you tell them we will pay as soon as you serve they get hassled, they want payment before actually serving whats ordered - I asked the reception for a pen & paper as we were having coffee in the lobby bar and our child just wanted to draw while sitting with us, something so simple they couldnt even provide, just told us we dont have it. How can a hotel not have paper and pens. - Getting a bottle of water from housekeeping or room service takes more than one hour. - The pictures show a kid area, Japanese restaurant, Italian restaurant, Japanese restaurant is reserved for some clubs and not accesible to guests, the Italian restaurant is empty and mostly has no staff, you have to ask the reception for someone to come and serve, the main restaurant has no a la carte option also if you dont want to have a buffet so you are forced to sit in an empty italian restaurant where half the lights are also shut. - The kids area is an empty room with chairs and tables(no colors or games for children) and no staff to help Basically this is a huge property with several facilities but no staff to access those facilities, you see a total of 5-6 people walking around in the hotel working which is very disappointing for a property of such standards. Not at all up to the Tolip hotel standards!!

• Effat (8/5): Something is wrong with the price - Location, view, large common spaces, pool and beach The price paid in Booking is double the price I could pay in the hotel reception desk. I paid around 14000 Egyptians Pound for 2 nights, when checking out the hotel offered me around 8000 Egyptians Pound for the same room for 2 nights!. But it was too late! 😔

• Nik (8/5): Very good - I liked the location and peaceful environment in the hotel. The beach was beautiful. The room was a bit cold and I wanted to use hot fan with the AC which didn't work. I asked for help at the reception two times but nobody of the two caretakers who came to my room in the course of 2 days were not able to fix the problem, despite assuring me so.

Breakfast was amazing with variety food and resturant staff were very cooperative especially Ms. Eman AL-Miligy was taking care personally. All front desk staff were decent and check in&out done in no time Room was very clean, quite with full aminities I have really enjoyed my stay and hope to do it again nothing

• K (7/5): No way to be five-star hotel - Excellent location with a good view over the lake. Welcoming reception staff. Room space is good. Poor management controll. Poor facilities and disappointed cleaning either at the lake or at the swimming pool. There is no Internet in the rooms. Breakfast is average and does not match with 5 stars hotel.

• Aisha (4/5): Disappointing - the location and since there are few hotels in the area it consider acceptable and price to be honest 1- staff during registration was very rude and her tone was high 2- room at all not cleaning , carpet have hair, and bathroom extreme not cleaning and towels should change next day where it's not , it' kept up. 3- asking for extra money 2 times where they are not sure on the amount required and ask for amount that it's equal the room price !! 4- breakfast option is not change 3 days the same food.
