- Caroladbp (8/5): - On a adoré la terrasse qui est aussi grande que le loft, très bien aménagé, on a manqué de rien. L’appartement est situé en plein centre, très facile pour le soir se promener, aller manger, aller a la plage. L’appartement est vraiment mignion. Le fait que le loft est en plein centre = énormément de bruit nocturne, la musique a fond, les gens alcoolisé,... Il fait très chaud dans la chambre et pour dormir on a besoin d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Soit on a trop chaud soit on entend le vacarme😆 Plein centre veut dire également que l’on a plus difficile a trouver une place de parking, on se garait au parking de la plage le soir on avait 2 min a pied et c’est OK 😊 Manque peut être un peu de lumière tamisée dans l’appartement.

- Joanne (9/5): Great apartment in central location. - Large and spacious apartment. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was great, full sun all day long. Such a great location, everything just a short stroll away. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. The only minor issue was that it’s a little noisy but we knew in advance and took ear plugs for bed. With such a central location it’s a small price to pay and it won’t put us off staying again.

- Mark (5/5): Been holidaying in Lanzarote for 20 years in villas and found this accommodation very disappointing - Well situated in the old town within east reach of restaurants bars and shops. Short walk to the beach. There was absolutely no information inside the apartment about anything particularly what to do in an emergency. There is no fire escape. I work in the construction industry and this property definitely did not meet British fire regulations. There is 1 way up and only 1 way down which left us feeling uneasy. There were no proper sheets on the bed instead we slept under an empty duvet cover. The terrace flooring and furniture is all made of plastic so gets very hot and as there are no towels or cushions to cover them up they are unusable during the hotter parts of the day. There are lots of cupboards in the apartment unfortunately they are mostly empty. I would have expected to find at least some basic cleaning products like bleach and washing up liquid but there is nothing. We normally rent through owners direct which is a wholly more preferable experience and is what I would advise any readers of this to do. Someone is making an awful lot of money and not giving very much in return.
- Gail (5/5): Disappointed and wouldn't return - The appartment was central The shower was abysmal. Nonpressure, short amount of hot water throughout the appartment. Satellite system wasn't working at all. No oven even though kitchen was advertised...only had hob and microwave.

- Caroline (8/5): Lovely apartment - Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, lovely outside area and not far from the beach. Very clean with a nice comfy bed and has the English stations on the TV. Overall very good. Make sure you bring ear plugs (we wear them all the time anyway so it wasnt an issue for us) but the pub across the road was very noisy late at night e.g. 4am especially on Christmas day.

The apartment is at the 2nd floor but faces one of the main streets of the town. You will hear traffic during the day and might hear drunk people at night.
