• antonacci (1/5): "Alla larga" DA EVITARE!!! - L'unico vantaggio di questa struttura è la posizione, comoda ai treni State alla larga... Host scortese e inesistente, non risponde a email, messaggi e telefono, a parte la struttura che dalle foto sembra una regia e dal vivo è una piccionaia, in un condominio sporco e maleodorante, puzza di muffa e umidità, le scale piccole e anguste, la moquette è lercia, i bidoni dei rifiuti davanti al portoncino, anch'essi maleodoranti, il portoncino stesso ha la serratura rotta quindi accessibile a chiunque. Fatta una scalata di rampe si accede finalmente a quello che doveva essere un appartamento, venduto per mq. 50.... Qui arriva il bello (si fa per dire) ci ritroviamo in una soffitta arrangiata di circa mq. 15, con un bagno se così si può chiamare grande quasi quanto quello di un aereo (per dare l'idea) il wc dell' asilo e un lavabo anch'esso per elfi, basso dove non ci sta neanche una mano, forse l'unica cosa accettabile è la doccia di dimensioni leggermente più grandi. Ma la nostra sorpresa o meglio (truffa) quale è (non tanto quella delle dimensioni dello pseudo appartamento) quella di aver pagato per un appartamento con cucina che fino al giorno della partenza non abbiamo neanche potuto vedere..... Già l'host in questione si è scordato di fornirmi il codice per accedere alla stessa, tanto è vero che pensavo inesistente, poiché dopo numerose email messaggi e telefonate, solo il giorno prima della partenza si è deciso a darmi sto benedetto codice per l'apertura della porta cucina. Sicché se non volete anche voi pagare per un appartamento e ritrovarvi in una lurida mini stanza in soffitta vi consiglio di girare alla larga, purtroppo gente poco onesta e cafona così non dovrebbe neanche poter pubblicare annunci su un sito serio come Booking. PS: Dal 26/04/2026 che sono rientrato con la mia famiglia in Italia a tutt'oggi non ho ricevuto ancora la cauzione lasciata, ne un rimborso da parte di questo soggetto. Fortunatamente Booking mi ha fatto un piccolo rimborso per il disguido subito.

• Joanne (8/5): Good location - It was 30mins away from Alexandra palace just what we were looking for It needs a bin there is a tiny one in the bathroom and black out blinds would be great it was very bright at 5 in the morning
• Sylvia (7/5): Was comfortable - Was clean, kitchen was clean , every item on the list was there the mirror part in the toilet where shower gels was kept was dusty including the shower gels, could not touch it. I took a picture, the room had a terrible smell, had to keep windows open throughout. The size of the shower seems it was made for slim people and me being a size 14 I could not move round inside. The wardrobe on the side with sheets and duvet was exposed and dusty and couldn’t use the duvet

• Thomas (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage, gut angebunden über die Stationen Turnpike Lane und Harringay, man ist schnell in London City. Das Bett ist bequem, die Küche sehr groß und geräumig, man hat viel Platz zum Sitzen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist sehr schnell und freundlich. Befall von orangefarbenen Insekten im Bad. Immer wenn man das Licht angemacht hat, haben sie sich in ihre Ecken verkrochen. Es waren sehr viele, wir haben täglich ca 10 beseitigt, es kamen immer wieder neue dazu. Ausstattung in der Küche könnte vor allem für Kurzaufhalter besser sein. Nach Barfußlaufen in der Wohnung und Küche waren meine Fußsohlen schwarz.

I don’t really know. Maybe difference that is impossible to give you good review. You can’t wash your face sink was so small it was not flat or one bedroom flat apartment it was only one room and it was really disgusting don’t waste your money guys get Otel room is 10 times better than like that apartment in London. This is my second experience but all feeling so bad.
• Maresca (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - L'appartamento è piccolo ma accogliente e con tutti i comfort, i materassi sono abbastanza comodi, la cucina è fuori ma esclusiva e sullo stesso piano (esusivo a completa disposizione) con porta adiacente. Per gli standard di Londra la pulizia è soddisfacente, il bagno è piccolo e con un lavandino piccolissimo adattandosi I denti riesci a lavarceli, nel complesso comunque sufficiente. La cucina è ben fornita con stoviglie, macchinetta del caffè con cialde Tassimo (prendetevele se volete del buon caffè senza spendere un occhio a Londra 😅) , microonde, bollitore, tostapane, frigorifero e lavatrice. Posizione comoda vicina alla metro Turnpike lane linea Piccadilly (circa 10 minuti a piedi) e zona ben servita con un paio di supermercati di cui un Tesco express all'uscita della metro. Host molto comunicativo, gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze in breve tempo, basti sapere che essendo molto caldo nel periodo in cui siamo stati, abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore ce lo ha fatto avere nel giro di poche ore. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Come già detto, lavandino del bagno insufficiente, troppo piccolo, nella doccia manca un ripiano per appoggiare i saponi e manca il bidet. Appartamento situato all'ultimo piano mansardato quindi molto caldo (noi siamo stati a Londra con un caldo davvero anormale per gli standard londinesi!) il ventilatore fornito tempestivamente è riuscito in piccola parte ad ovviare al problema, la finestra nella camera fa entrare parecchia luce già dalle prime ore del mattino e fornisce poca ventilazione se non lasciando aperta la porta della cucina e della camera (cosa non possibile la notte per ovvie ragioni). La zona seppur comoda per gli spostamenti, è un po' trasandata e sporca e se non amate la cucina etnica la via principale per raggiungere la metro con i suoi odori vi metterà alla prova, se invece la amate troverete di tutto senza problemi.

There were just a few minor issues, such as a vent in the wall that I had to cover with a pillow to block the cold air, and the property was quite dusty. Other than that, it was a nice stay. The flat wasn’t very clean, as it looked like it had been cleaned weeks ago—it was quite dusty.
