• Melissa (7/5): Toilet facilities were not convenient but you won’t know this until you get to the property, bidet leaked , room was the - Property was quiet and clean Toilet facilities were not convenient, room was small
• Renaud (1/5): Falsely advertised. Unacceptable for an 8.2 and €110/night on Booking.com. Left after one hour to a (cheaper) hote - It’s in NW London Health and Safety Hazards: Electric socket hanging off the wall. Stains from water damage on ceiling and window sill. Used toilet paper must go in a bin , not in the toilet. Unusual in the UK and Europe. Second bed is a foldable metal camping bed, maybe comfortable but not what you expect. When you open the front door (actually back door, french doors) to get some air and light in the room (it is not a house), you have a webcam from the owner watching you from the building behind. It is located in a back alley behind a parade of shops, where you have food delivery scooters driving in and out. The alley has just garages and this concrete block and the backside of the restaurants and shops. The “house with parking” means: yes you can park on the roads nearby and pay by telephone and credit card.

• Egle (1/5): I got scamed - I didn't get to stay at the property. At 6pm on the day of my stay I rang the number and a man on the phone told me property is not available and that there must've been a mistake, so he promised a refund. This really stressed me out, but I went and booked another place as I didn't want to be stranded for the night in London. Then another man rang me from the SAME number 30ish minutes later and after I told him that i'm already on the way to another place, he proceeded telling me that it's my fault and that I should've rang the correct number and contacted bookings.com. Which i did... bookings.com took 24hrs to get back to me and number that I called told me property is not available.. All in all, this second man proceeded telling me it's my own fault for not coming to the property and blame shifting for having the wrong number on his listing and the confusion between him and whoever answered the phone the first time.... then he insisted i should still come and stay at his property, but after the disrespectful way he spoke to me I didn't feel safe nor I wanted to.. And he totally refused to give me a refund or even part compensation... so from all I know BEWARE as this might be a SCAM.

• Tereza (7/5): Good for short stay :) - Everything was fine, but the apartment could use some improvements. I appreciate the heating and the sufficient supply of hot water. First of all, it is a converted garage turned into an apartment, so this needs to be taken into account. Owner was nice and helpful. Toilet, which did not seem to be firmly fixed and grounded + toilet paper had to be thrown into a bin. The bed linen was very small and did not fit the bed — it kept slipping and falling off. On the first day, the exterior door was left open — it was our mistake. The owner had to come there because he saw it on the camera — we appreciate that. Just guests should be informed that there is a camera. Since then, I felt like I was being watched. 45+ minutes from the center by public transport. The price-to-performance ratio: London is simply extremely expensive in every respect.
• Seri (10/5): Probably the best choice for vacation in London ! - Everything was better than I expected ! I worried about the cold weather in UK for my parents, but at the warm heated place with cozy bedding, and of course with the large and perfectly fontionning shower booth, we didn’t feel the cold at all. There were the new dishs, kitchen utensils enough for three people who love cooking, and the washing machine that allows to keep our cloths clean. And the terrace was excellent to protect the privacy and also for taking a little break outside. Also the huge television with Netflix was on when we were arrived ! And the nice location for the tourism and the grocery shopping.. Honestly, I don’t know what to ask more ! The host took care of us sincerely even before our arrive and after the leaving. It was a great luck to meet someone so kind like him during the family vacation in the christmas season ! I really want to go back to this place. The fact that we couldn't stay longer ! Thank you so much for your care, it made our vacation perfect :)

The apartment is very conveniently located near the bus stop that will bring you to the station from where a half hour trip will bring you into central London. Also very near are some convenient shops and restaurants. The weather ;-)

• Faris (10/5): Wonderful Place and Very Quiet - Excellent Studio House, Nice Quiet and Clean and strongly recommend. The Host was so nice and I was able to check in late and the host have no problem and also explain to me about the restaurant near by the property.
• Anita (9/5): - Good location in a safe, convenient neighbourhood. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and very well kept. The owner was friendly and helpful, quickly sorting out a couple of minor issues. Overall, a lovely stay with great value for money — highly recommend! 🌟 Parking was easy on the street. Very small, studio in a garage. Did not worry me as we were two people.

• Stefan (9/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft - Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von mehreren Bushaltestellen wodurch sich die Reise ins Zentrum als einfach und unproblematisch gestaltet. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen über und auch wenn es mit 3 Personen etwas eng wurde, kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen. Es gab eine Waschmaschine sowie eine passabel ausgestattet und funktionsfähige Küche. Der Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit und etwas schwierigen Belüftungslage erinnert das Bad an tropische Reiseziele, allerdings lässt sich darüber hinwegsehen.

• Jacqueline (8/5): A great budget stay for North West London, bus stop a minute walk. 15 minute walk to a big Tesco - Was a good amount of space for 2 adults for a couple of nights, then 3 adults after with a fold out bed. The weather at the time was good in London, so we really enjoyed being about to sit out in the 'astro turf' courtyard watching planes, drying washing etc. Felt very safe at night inside. A slight hiccup with incomplete bedding for the first night for the couch bed, but quickly resolved the next day. The wi-fi code instructions on the wall not exactly as it was, but I am sure a younger person would figure it out quicker than myself.

• Boswell (10/5): So good, very pleasant host and we would use again. - For our needs the location was very good. We didn't have far to travel on the tube to reach our destinations. The buses to the Golders Green underground were frequent even on Sunday. The host was quick to contact, pleasant and accomodating.
• Claudia (9/5): Good option for short stay - Zone 3 location, value for money - We have only stayed for 1 night, I'd say it's fine even for city break of few nights stay. Zone 3 location, quick bus from subway station. Minimarket and restaurant (pizza) nearby. Terrace to stay for a drink outside. Comfortable bed, warm, basic kitchenette, spacious room for a family of 3 (couple + 1 child). The host was very nice to provide a plug adapter Only 2 chairs available, although we were 3 people (1 double bed, 1 extra bed). Hood not really functional, uncomfortable if you cook anything. Cleanliness could be improved
