Guest Reviews
- Jill (9/5): Quirky loft in walking distance of main city centre - The loft was immaculately clean. We loved the quirky 1970s decor and furniture. We appreciated the air conditioning unit and the fans. The bathroom was great with shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided. Free parking, a supermarket round the corner and a short walk to the main part of the city. I'm told that the best thing was the beer glasses waiting in the freezer! We liked everything.

- Margaret (4/5): Disappointing - Central No lights on stairs
Not suitable for seniors
4 towels for 4 people , this includes hand an bath
No heat in apartment
Bath needed non slip mat
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful loft, roomy and well furnished.
Near the train-bus station and not so far from centre-ville. We enjoyed so much. Take care of the windows.
- Yen (8/5): I have a good time there, inside the apartment. - the apartment is bright and large. there are washers and dryer in the apartment. the outside of the apartment and the parking place look not clean.
- Susan (7/5): Good - The rooms are large and spacious with high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are modern (in contrast to the rest of the apartment) with nice, clean fixtures. The apartment has a funky, artsy vibe with some whimsical touches (e.g., the swings). Fortunately, while it contains some interesting items (e.g., a collection of vinyl albums), it is largely uncluttered. The wildly sloping floors could be off-putting for some (note that the barn door to the back bedroom will close on its own for this reason). The outside of the building looks quite derelict, and it's just opposite several highway ramps. It turns out this apartment is part of a neighbourhood in transition -- which may appeal to some and make others uncomfortable. I fault myself for not taking note of the final photo, which shows the front of the building. Because of that, I was quite s ahocked when we first arrived. Even the front door does not appear in good condition, and the steps up (which I don't remember having been mentioned) were narrow and dark. There's no way to lock the door of the unit at the top of the steps and the back bedroom has an unexplained door in it, both of which add to the sense of insecurity for those who may be spooked by the transitional nature of the neighbourhood. Finally, neither of the bedrooms had windows and both had what appeared to be patches on the ceilings over the beds.
- Stephen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeremie (7/5): Good value for money - Spacious apartment with good value for money (full of entertainment). Great brewery and coffee shops just around the corner. A little bit out of the city centre but the city is small so not a problem. Just 20 min walk to the heart of Quebec City.
