• Rebecca (10/5): Excellent stay and lots of great memories - We had the best time, everything was clean and tidy, and when we had questions about some of the appliances we got an immediate response which was super helpful! The views are incredible, the pool is lovely, the rooms are great sizes, the location is excellent, and there’s a Woolworths just across the road too. Thank you to the wonderful hosts. Nothing we loved it.

• Cassie (9/5): Fantastic location and great apartment for the family to stay in for a city getaway. - Fantastic location. Well presented, clean apartment with some great extras in the pantry. No aircon in the bedrooms only in the living area so made the rooms a bit warm over night. To be fair though we did stay on a 40degree day! Also it would have been great to have some smaller/flatter pillows as they were really big.

• Jodie (10/5): Great stay - The apartment was very clean and had so much attention to detail. All the extras such as chocolates, biscuits, and fresh milk were a lovely touch. The view was beautiful. The only slight downside was that the bedrooms were a bit warm even with the fans provided, but we managed by keeping the doors open of a night.

• Kaitlyn (9/5): Excellent location, easy to contact hosts! Great atmosphere! We had a relaxing time! - Everything is was a wonderful Stay! Very central, comfortable and easy access. Our kids loved the view. Wonderful Thankyou ! The only issue we had was the pressure for both showers, the temp and pressure kept changing and ended up becoming too hot or too cold randomly which we didn’t pick up as the kids had a shower first.

• Nathan (9/5): Brilliant. - Not being able to stay longer at this location. The filters on the dryer need to be cleaned as it keeps beeping whenever you use the dryer and is ineffective. This isnt a negative comment, letting the owner know.
• Simone (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, views are incredible (front row seats to watch the early morning balloon excursions) and the apartment very neat and tidy. Communications with the host was prompt and stress free. We departed exceptionally early on the day of check out and the host was extremely accommodating to our request. Apartment is within walking distance to tram stops (public transport) and surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes.

From ease of picking up the keys, location, views from the apartment, facilities, cleanliness, friendliness of host, parking, spacious accommodation that met our needs and more! We loved that we could park our car and walk, easily accessible to Melbourne's key attractions and a place to rest from the busy city! How lovely to return back to the apartment and be able to have a swim! Will certainly aim to return on a future visit! N/A

The extras that were put in the pantry. Milk options in the fridge to use. Great iron and ironing board. TV great size! I found the single arm chairs slightly uncomfortable. But the others found it fine. No seats or table out on the balcony. No toilet brush in the main bathroom. Dryer leaked after use of washing machine.

Very handy to have some breakfast essentials ready provided. The host responded very quickly to a couple of queries that we raised. We experienced some difficulty in collecting the keys due to lack of vehicle standing zones and the absence of street numbers to define which parking garage to access. Required a phone call to Host which was quickly responded to.

The apartment itself was spacious and clean and amazing views. The little extras that the host provided such as milk and snack was so thoughtful. • Uncle (9/5): Great apartment close to Southbank - We had great communication with Lux Stays prior to our stay and the key collection process was quick, easy and flexible. The apartment was clean, well equipped and has some nice views out towards Port Phillip Bay. We were in Melbourne on business and the location was perfect for our trip, just a short stroll to the convention centre, but is also close to the casino and Southbank's restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again. Nothing!

• Matthew (8/5): Beautiful apartment just off the busyness of Melbourne Southbank. - Was a beautiful apartment with great facilities. The only thing we had trouble with was the beds were firm and there was no choice on pillows. The pillows were all the same, so nobody got a great sleep.

• Tony (10/5): I would and have already recommended this property to a friend who is due to visit Melbourne soon. - The Location was great. It was close to restaurants/cafes, bars and the casino. It was also within walking distance of MCG where we attended a sporting match. At the time we stayed one of the lifts in the building was offline and occasionally the wait for an empty lift was a little bit excessive. However, this is not something that the apartment owner can control.

• Jo (8/5): Lovely views, quiet and spacious. - Spacious and warm. Amazing views! Lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Most of the coffee mugs are chipped and need replacing. Couch looks nice but we all found it hard and uncomfortable to curl up on and watch a movie.

Air conditioner was useless on the first night we all slept badly as too hot. Owner was contacted so I hope he follows through with a service of the unit.

Showers were great. Great having salt pepper etc. Paul -was great with handover and communication. Thanks so much The bed in the main room was not comfortable for me (too soft) and smaller than the other room. Having a smaller bed in the master bedroom was unusual.
