When booking it says that Apartment 1 in Ruby red house is on the ground floor. Actually the Apartment 1 is in the basement. It even costs more than other apartments (same size) in the house which makes no sense.

• Özgür (10/5): - Oda çok temiz, yeni ve konforluydu. Biz 3 kişi konakladık, geldiğimizde kızımızın yatağı da hazırlanmıştı. Odada rahatımız için herşey düşünülmüştü. Isıtması da çok iyiydi. Merkeze çok yakın konumda ve yürüyerek her tarafı gezebildik. Otoparkı olması ise merkezdeki bir yer için çok büyük bir avantaj. Ayrıca bahçesinde de oturabiliyorsunuz. Stella çok ilgili ve nazik bir ev sahibi, tüm sorularımıza anında cevap verdi. Hatta odadan ayrıldıktan sonra da aracımızın otoparkta kalmasına izin verdi. Bir daha sofya ya geldiğimizde kesinlikle yine tercih edeceğimiz bir yer.

The room I was in had a noise problem when people in the room above were moving around. This did not negatively impact my stay but could have if the people above were having a party. I had no noise issue with talking or the TV.

Υπάρχει πρόβλημα με την ηχομόνωση.Ο παραμικρός θόρυβος από τον επάνω όροφο ακουγοταν τόσο έντομα που ήταν αδύνατον να ηρεμήσεις.Οταν ενημερώσαμε την υπεύθυνη για το πρόβλημα η απάντηση της ήταν :όταν το σπίτι έχει κόσμο υπάρχει πρόβλημα γιατί οι τοίχοι είναι λεπτοί.Λυπάμαι αλλά η δικαιολογία δεν αρμόζει ….

Camera moderna e ben accessoriata ( quartiere super silenzioso) Autonomia nel check-in con codice inviato personalmente, gentilezza e prontezza nel rispondere alle esigenze da parte del responsabile struttura . Se vogliamo proprio trovare un difetto la camera non viene rifatta il giorno successivo ( che per 2 notti non è un problema )e quindi bisogna tenere con cura i teli bagno .

• Louise (9/5): Très bon séjour en famille - Un lieu avec du charme. Les espaces sont décorés avec goût et bien agencés. L'emplacement est idéal, proche de nombreux points d'intérêt et du métro. Il y a des commerces et de très bons restaurants à proximité. C'est un quartier calme mais vivant. Notre petit a beaucoup aimé loger à deux reprises dans la "maison rouge" et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Il y a beaucoup de lumière la nuit et le matin, pour les personnes sensibles à cela pour dormir c'est difficile car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants et certaines fenêtres et les velux ne comportent rien pour occulter la clarté

Saját, kis parkolóval rendelkezik. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves, gyorsan válaszol kérdésekre. Csak ajánlani tudom. Nincs semmi negatív mondanivalóm.

• Tim (9/5): - De locatie en faciliteiten waren fantastisch. Gelegen in een hele leuke wijk was het ook heel makkelijk inchecken en uitchecken. Het keukengerei viel tegen. De oven en kookplaat waren fantastisch, maar er ontbrak bijvoorbeeld een snijplank en de pannen waren wat klein voor een groot appartement. Een busje zout of peper zou ook niet misstaan in zo een luxe kamer.

• Katerina (10/5): An excellent place in the centre of Sofia - Ruby Red House is really an exceptional place in the very centre of Sofia, offering great comfort and everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was spotless clean, the beds are large and cosy, there is also a kitchen corner. There is everything that you might need if you want to cook for yourselves but we took advantage of the amazing bakeries and restaurants nearby. It is also very quiet and there is an inner yard with chairs if you want to spend some time outside. Public transport is also very close. Stela is very nice and the contact with her was prompt and efficient.

• Thomas (8/5): Gute Lage und gute Ausstattung. Kalter Zimmerboden. - Problemloser Check-In und sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Parkmöglichkeit direkt im Innenhof zu einem angemessenen Preis. Schnelles Internet. Wir haben bei der Buchung nicht gewusst, dass wir ein Zimmer im Keller beziehen werden. Dass man entweder dauerhaft die Vorhänge geschlossen halten muss oder man den Passanten sonst ständig auf die Füße schaut, hat uns weniger gestört. Aber wir haben eine 2 Jährige Tochter, die nicht auf dem Boden spielen konnte, weil dieser im Keller natürlich extrem kalt ist. Selbst wir haben immer unsere Straßenschuhe anbehalten. Eventuell wäre es gut, wenn der Vermieter Hausschuhe in verschiedenen Größen bereitstellen würde oder Familien in einem der oberen Zimmer einquartiert.

• Müjgan (10/5): Amazing 😊 - Very nice and charming flat—I liked it a lot. Stela was very friendly and attentive. After the reservation, she contacted us via WhatsApp, which made it easy to ask questions and find the location. The location was excellent, close to the metro and historical sites. There’s also a lovely little yard where you can connect with other guests and even make new friends. Everything was excellent. Just note that there were no disposable slippers, so it’s a good idea to bring your own. Also, there was no washing machine.

Zo goed als nieuw en dichtbij bezienswaardigheden, openbaar vervoer, horeca, supermarkten, etc. De verhuurder reageerde snel op enkele vragen die we hadden, zowel wat betreft de accomodatie als praktische zaken in Sofia. Niets.

• Azmi (9/5): Yönetici bayan Stella harika her şey çok güzel - Konum gayet güzel merkezi. Yönetici bayan Stella çok yardımcı güler yüzü yeterli. Kahvaltı yok ancak hemen yanında coffe bar son derece yeterli. Odalar çok temiz tertipli. Tekrar ziyaret edeceğim.

• Giorgio (10/5): Perfetta posizione per visitare comodamente Sofia - Ottima posizione. Ottima comunicazione con lo staff. Ambiente accogliente. Zona ben servita da metropolitana, negozi, supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Il bagno è un po’ freddo.
• Nikoleta (10/5): Препоръчвам и бих повторила отново - Изключително удобна локация свързана с моя ангажимент. Бях настанена в стая номер 3 и съм впечатлена, че беше много чисто, тъй като това е важно за мен. Поддържано е, леглото е много удобно. Комуникацията със Стела беше лесна и безпроблемна. Номер 3 е стая тип хотелски стил, но има голям хладилник и беше осигурена и кафемашина. Бих препоръчала въпреки, че няма кухненски бокс да се предоставят прибори и чинии еднократна употреба и чаши за вода и кафе, тъй като може да няма къде да се приготви харана, но ако човек си вземе нещо няма с какво да се обслужи. Много малка и тясна душ кабина, определено не е подходяща за едър и висок човек.
