Fue increíblemente atenta con una sonrisa. Gracias a su trato nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos y como en casa. El hotel es precioso, elegante, lujoso, limpio y muy bien cuidado. La habitación era hermosa, cómoda y todo estaba a un nivel excelente. El ambiente del hotel era tranquilo y muy agradable. Quedamos completamente satisfechos con todo. Hoy en día no es fácil encontrar un servicio tan excepcional. Disfrutamos muchísimo de nuestra estancia. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente! No hubo nada que no nos gustara. Todo fue perfecto.

- Franz (10/5): Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Hauptplatz der Altstadt. - Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Hauptplatz der Altstadt. Wir hatten Glück und direkt vor dem Hotel einen Parkplatz gefunden. Sehr ausführliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld, wir hatten den Fehler gemacht, unsere angekündigte Ankunftszeit vor der Ankunft nicht nochmals zu bestätigen, das Check-in hat dann dennoch gut und schnell funktioniert. Die offene Kleiderablage im Zimmer reicht für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Es gibt im Haus eine Küche mit Kühlschrank für die Gäste, wo auch das einfachr Früchstückspaket bereitgestellt wird. Am Dach gibt es einen wunderschönen Ausblick über Stadt und Landschaft, auch ein kleiner Pool ist dort, den wir freudig kurz genutzt haben. Alles bestens

La struttura lascia in una saletta del piano terra su un vassoio in legno un croissant, un panino, burro, un paio di marmellatine, olio e pomodoro in minima quantità per gestirsi in autonomia. Ovviamente qualcuno pecca di onestà e pulizia… non siamo nei paesi del nord Europa

- CARMEN (10/5): REVIVIR LA ESTANCIA EN UN PALACETE BURGUES DE FINALES DEL SIGLO XIX - Nos ha encantado la ubicación de la casa rural en pleno centro de Cuevas del Almanzora. El desayuno genial, sencillo pero yo tenía una oferta y me lo incluyeron en la estancia. El Palacete es precioso, decorado con muy buen gusto, es digno incluso de visitar y la piscina una maravilla aunque no pudimos utilizarla. Pudimos comprar a un repartidor de pan que venía con su furgoneta por las calles.... una maravilla Me gustó todo, lo único que la estancia fue muy corta para nosotros..

- MARIA DE LOS ANGELES (10/5): - Que no hubiera TV para matar el tiempo que no estás de turismo. Una mesilla con alguna silla hubiera sido más cómoda la estancia (tienen una amplia zona de comedores). Pero son cosas mínimas que no quitan la comodidad y calidad al hotel.

- MARIA CARMEN (10/5): Relax en un sitio con encanto - El alojamidnto està Genial, limpieza de 10 personal muy amable en el centro Histórico del pueblo. Recomiendo mucho para conocer la zona y descansar. Por decir algo, que las habitacion no tenga TV, aunque tienen una sala dedicada a ello.

Sería que el bate está en la misma habitación. Sin intimidad ninguna. Fuimos con otra pareja y ellos si tenían el baño con puertas. Personal servicial y encantador. Amplia zona junto al castillo para poder aparcar a dos minutos andando. Desayuno correcto, puedes usar las neveras, menaje... de la zona común. Muy recomendable

Buen espacio para aparcar en la plaza del Castillo a dos minutos andando. Comodidad y limpieza de la habitación excelentes. El alojamiento dispone de varias terrazas y piscina. El desayuno lleva todo lo que necesitas para empezar el día con energía con café, pan, aceite, tomate, mantequilla, etc.
