• Abraham (8/5): Home away from home! - Home away from home and very cosy. Although we were in the area for business purposes, it’s a lovely place for a trip away to isolate from the hustle and bustle. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and we had to endure cold showers. Shopping facilities were far away.
• Lynne (10/5): Fabulous! we will definitely be back - exceeeded expectation - a lot of thought has gone into setting up the house with lots of litte extras that made the stay very comfortable. While the house doesnt have a dishwasher it still worked well with enough plates cups glasses etc We, as a family love to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment to be very functional We loved that the house was also full of lovely house plants that made it feel very welcoming. the house is well located for easy walking access to everything in Mylestom
• Minnie (9/5): Well-appointed and comfy - The pantry and kitchen were super well stocked and had everything we needed to cook up a feast - the knives were sharp, there were plenty of herbs and spices and the pans were well maintained. Everything was clean and we had a lovely time! The shower was a bit difficult to operate - you needed to turn the hot water knob a number of times before any hot water came out (but it did eventually!)
• Samantha (10/5): Perfect - Spacious, beautifully appointed and well stocked with everything you need. We were on a family holiday celebrating our nans 95th birthday and this was perfect! Located right around the corner to the birthday girl, right across from the beach, and Mylestom is a beautiful spot to spend your time and explore further. Highly recommend. Byrons beach house is a beautiful home. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning however the sea breezes more than make up for this.

Everything was clean and neat. Easy to access. Thank you! Shower tap was dripping even though we closed it properly.

• Nicholas (10/5): Spacious, calm, relaxing and enjoyable. This original house has been built to last and has been lovingly cared for. Such - The property was a very solid, spacious and functional holder house that had a lovely seabreeze and plenty of space for everyone. There were lots of lovely little touches around the house, from the plants to the kitchen appliances and coffee machine, the big screen TV the balcony and lovely solid furniture. We are pretty keen to return in the future for another golfing trip! Nothing! There was a beautiful beach opposite with hardly anyone on it and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of our evenings in this beautiful house.
• Sunjoy (10/5): Overall, it was a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we would happily return! - We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, with the beach only a few minutes walk away. The house was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host clearly put effort into making it welcoming, and the little touches made a big difference. Our kids especially loved the board games, which kept them entertained in the evenings.

Mylestom is full of character and is close to lots of lovely b - This is a big house right opposite the beach (through the campsite) and we’ll set up for a dual living upstairs and downstairs. It was comfortable and had everything we needed including a private garden. There were no issues.

Well stocked Pantry. Everything thought of. Such a positive experience. Loved the short walk to amazing beach and enjoyed the local cafe too. Such a great location. Nothing and that we did not have time to stay longer.
• Off: (9/5): Beautiful family getaway home - Loved that the house was spacious, beautifully fitted out, and clean. Kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked with all items needed for cooking and prepping food, and even a partially stocked pantry with the basics you never want to buy or pack. Personally loved that the house was filled with lush, healthy plants. Perfect for a big family like ours travelling with two little dogs. Honestly can't fault the place.

Direct line of sight to the beach path through the dunes. Perfect for a family with a dog. Great big yard. Truely, nothing to complain.
• Maree (9/5): Absolutely fabulous property, beautifully presented. Provided all catering needs - The property provided everything our family needed. All sorts of appliances, cooking, dinning and picnic needs. Great amount of linen . The living area were a fantastic size. The bedrooms were large and the beds were soooo comfortable, even the pillows were fabulous That there was no dishwasher. With 7 adults cooking and eating most meals at the property, a dishwasher would have been amazing. Takeaway choices for a night meal were minimal
• Alison (10/5): A gem of a house - This quirky house was a delight to stay in. Well equipped with quality linen, crockery and pans and masses of towels. The house was beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable with ample space for our extended family of 8. The hosts have thoughtfully provided games for all ages too. I was struck by the generous provision of luxury soaps, shampoos and cleaning products and also the contents of the larder was also a pleasant surprise. Herbs , spices, store cupboard staples and a good range of tea and coffee were provided I have been to rentals in the same price range where there isn't even any salt! This is a very peaceful location with beach and river walks within minutes.

Instructions regarding pets were different from the booking website so we were anxious about having our dogs with us.

The lovely shampoo and conditioners along with all the necessities in the kitchen. Nice to go to sleep hearing the ocean. Would highly recommend. The gas bottle at the bbq was empty!
• Mel (9/5): A beautiful place to stay, it is perfectly situated halfway between our families in The Sunshine Coast and Sydney so hop - The property was a true home from home. The details were amazing and the styling and furnishings were beautiful quality. It was lovely to stay in a property that clearly embraces its original features and has managed to sympathetically put a modern twist on them. Everything has been thought carefully about in the property, we found everything that we needed, everything had its place but did not feel cluttered at all. The extras were definitely appreciated, from the pantry staples, condiments in the fridge, toiletries and cleaning products available. There were many items that we didn’t use but it was nice knowing they were there if needed. There wasn’t much to dislike about this beautiful home. The only minor issues that we had was that the gas to the bbq run out on our last day just as we were about to cook, a spare gas cylinder would have been handy to have available for last minute switch over and also the electricity cut out twice, seemingly when the toaster and kettle were used at the same time. This may be just an issue with it being an older house but just wanted to note it in case the owners are not already aware.

House very well appointed with separate living for family downstairs as well as 3 bedrooms upstairs. Beautifully tranquil area and great for water sports. Location short drives to Coffs or Bellingen. No dishwasher but not a problem when on holidays. Mylestom itself minimal facilities so need to be self contained. Best for families wanting to enjoy relaxing water based stay

• Narelle (10/5): Lovely stay, great location close to beach. - Located in a great area, house was nice and big with many bed options, all linen was fresh and clean, toiletries supplied was a homely touch as well as coffee machine with pods supplied. Felt like home away from home. The smell in the foyer wasn't the greatest when we arrived but quickly dispersed after opening the doors and windows. May have been bin smell from garage wafting into the house. Might want to keep them outside in future. The driveway/ curb was too steep at the start for our low trailer so we had to park on the street.

• Hayley (10/5): Suitable for Everyone! - The property was beautiful. Very well equipped and styled. It was very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. It is actually the best holiday home I have EVER stayed in! I also loved reading the history of the home. We forgot to pack my sons toy bag so we were all very thankful for the toys available! Owners were very easy and quick to communicate with. I would love to return with some more down time to actually enjoy the property through the day and not just after our event. The propery was AMAZING... So these are in no way complaints, just noting. I was quite cold downstairs and couldn't find an oil heater etc. Rest of the guests upstairs were comfortable with the split system. I know that I am always cold, so I had a heat bag packed so that helped. Also, just a note as the owners may not be aware. When you turn all the lights off, the globes keep glowing all night.

• Caroline (9/5): Comfortably and relaxing stay - Comfortable and cosy! Incredibly well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets etc. as well as the kitchen. Second floor timber is tad sensitive, so quite loud whenever someone walks especially in the middle of the night

We had a touch football tournament so we were out first t - The property was well stocked - great quality beddings, kitchen utensils, towels etc. I love having real plants inside the house…very clean, roomy and you can see the owners have thought about everything. Probably the best house we have stayed in. Nothing…my family liked everything.

• Anjana (10/5): Comfortable stay at an ideal spot! - Byron's Beach House is the best stay we've been in. We visited with another family and all of us were delighted the moment we stepped inside. Fin's place is beyond our expectations. Spacious parking - Two car spaces in the garage and two in the driveway. Kitchen - you don't need to bring anything, cause this place has it all. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and fin was kind enough to stock up on snacks, tea coffee, serial and even spices. With Very spacious rooms and two living areas (one up and one down), it was a very comfortable stay. Two TVs in both living areas. And TV comes with Netflix, Disney, etc. Games and puzzles for kids. Our Kids loved the place! We felt like staying indoors for the whole time rather than going out. The location is ideal for our plan. We wanted to visit Coffs Harbour and also check out the waterfall way. This place is ideal for that. Close to both Coffs Harbour and Bellingen. Bellinger river and the Beach are both very close. We would definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone who visit the area. Thank you Fin for the lovely place! Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed our stay big time! We have no complains.
