• Wagner (7/5): Good location - The location is very convenient There is a significant amount of noise, and the sound insulation is poor. We understand that the property is in a central location; however, this issue should still be addressed.

• lone Hjorth (4/5): Central beliggenhed og fin størrelse til 4 personer. - Dejlig beliggenhed og størrelse på lejligheden. Det var en stor fordel at der er nøgle ( modsat app nøgle) Fin beskrivelse af procedure. Stor fordel at der er vaskemaskine og opvasker Køkken og værelserne var fine. At der overhovedet ikke er varmt vand i bruseren - selv efter skriverier for at gøre opmærksom på problemet. Bruseren er ubrugelig, hvilket trækker lejligheden meget ned. Vær opmærksom på at den centrale beliggenhed også medfører fest og byliv som kan høres.
• Jarmo (6/5): A good apartment, perfect location but not good service - Loistava sijainti. Viihtyuisä asunto. Ei hissiä mutta asuntomme onneksi 1. kerroksessa. Avainten nouto hankala kun piti hakea tien tasalla kaltereiden takana olevasta noutopisteestä pimeällä. Oli kyllä kuva apuna mutta se ei paljastanut että oli tien tasalla. Kaksi makuuhuonetta mutta vain yksi yhteinen peitto molemmissa. Pyytämälläkään ei saanut lisää peittoja -- ilmoitettiin vain että kahden peiton pitää riittää. WC-paperia hieman niukasti (3 rullaa/4vrk/3 henkeä). Lisää ei saanut pyytämällä.

• Jordi (8/5): Perfecto para un fin de semana largo en familia. - Ubicación excelente. Comercios y metro cercanos. Acogedor y genial que tuviese dos dormitorios. Aire caliente en todas las estancias. Tal y como habíamos leído en algunas reseñas el ruido nocturno es molesto. La cafetera italiana no está indicada para inducción por lo que no la pudimos utilizar.
• PM (5/5): - La ubicación era lo mejor, muy céntrico, nos movimos andando no nos hizo falta coger el metro, en 10 minutos estabas en la plaza mayor y en un poco más en callao. Está en pleno barrio de las letras. Que pudiéramos hospedarnos con nuestro perrito fue de valorar. No nos gustó la forma de recoger las llaves. Normalmente están en una cajita en la misma puerta pero en este caso estaban en otro portal de otra calle en un sitio bastante cutre y sucio. Adjunto foto. En cuanto al apartamento no estaba bien aislado del ruido y se escuchaba mucho jaleo por la noche. Los colchones y sofá un poco blandos.
• Bruno (8/5): - Camas muito confortáveis. Sofá confortável. Cozinha e frigorífico muito bons. A localização é muito boa também! Zona com muito ruído noturno, por esse motivo a caixilharia do apartamento deveria ser melhor! A caixilharia em madeira faz com que a casa seja muito fria e se ouça o ruído todo da rua. A água do banho não é muito quente!
• Christine (9/5): - Très bel emplacement : il est possible de visiter la ville à pied depuis l'appartement . Appartement très propre décoré sobrement mais joliment. De bons équipements. : tv, four, four micro-onde, climatisation. Un seul bémol mais qui ne nous a pas dérangé à cette époque de l'année : la fermeture des fenêtres n'est pas étanche puisque de l'air passe en bas surtout. Par contre des chauffages d'appoint sont disponibles ainsi qu'une climatisation réversible.

• Covadonga (8/5): Estupendo y un pelín mejorable. - Ubicación,limpieza y aire acondicionado funcionando genial e independinte por habitaciones. La recogida de llaves ,el sitio daba cosita,y éramos tres y con solo un juego de llaves fue complicado.

• Luka (7/5): Good - The location was great. BUT- The place was very noisy from ppl outside until 4 Am. Also the dragging of garbage bins starts after midnight and continued all night. Windows aren’t sound proof and we couldn’t sleep ( even using ear plugs ) no mirrors in the bedrooms which made it difficult to get ready .For that reason I gave it a lower review. I realize it’s an old building but ive stayed in older buildings before where they soundproof the windows or add another layer of window that helps with noise.
• Roxana (8/5): Great spot to Rest and Get over Jet Lag - Apartamento VIP VI is a well equipped, clean, petite apartment great for traveling friends or couple. Great support from the host and easy access to the space. Situated nicely to train, restaurants, grocery, cafes and bars in a small residential building. Enter into a narrow common area that splits between two comfortable sized bedrooms. (Note that one of the bedrooms has the bed right up against the wall.) Perfect for a quick stay in Madrid to nurse the jet lag of travel. Being on the level above the street you are exposed to the noises of the day. Nothing terrible however the windows are traditional, cumbersome to close/open. As others have mentioned that the ventilation in the bathroom is very inadequate for use, making it a consideration if traveling with a larger group. If one open the window while in use, you are exposing yourself to the view of other apartments within the building.
• April (9/5): We would return here again. Nice and clean apartment. Location was great also. - Great location. Clean and nice apartment. The a/c seemed weak as it didn’t cool very well. We slept with the windows open instead as it was cooler outside than inside when the a/c was on.
