• Georges (4/5): Peut mieux faire! - Nous avons choisi ce logement en raison de son emplacement très pratique en centre-ville. Propreté douteuse: couettes froissées jetées sur les lits, linge salle dans la machine à laver, cafetière HS (remplacée par le propriétaire). Nous nous sommes fait dire que ce n'était pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Nous pensons que la propreté n'a pas d'étoile...!
• Tabriz Aliyev (10/5): - In general, I would like to note that the location of the house, being within walking distance to everything, having a market below the building, being right on the street with the main shopping centers, and many more advantages that I can't count. Most importantly, the building is completely safe, the entrance has two steps, which is really very convenient for tourists. The host is really very civilized and deserves appreciation for the services he provides. The house is very spacious, the view I see every morning when I have breakfast is really unique. I will definitely stay in this house when I come again. I only had one minor issue, which was that the washing machine wasn't working, and you can also use the laundry service downstairs.

• Huiyun (10/5): Super kind host with a excellent place for his guests - The host is such a kind and helpful man. He sent me all the clear information before my arrival, responded to my questions in minutes, tried his best to help me even at midnight, still on his trip. He impressed me with his hospitality and kindness. The place is perfect clean, spacious one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, white big bathroom, the shower water is so powerful which feels like a massager to me. The location is right in the center with palace, art museum, central train and metro stations, and tour meeting points all below 7 minutes walk. I had a wonderful experience. Please not hesitate to book this place, you’ll enjoy it! Nothing

• Mandy (9/5): Great location that worked well to visit Brussels for a few days. - Great location near the Grand Marché and close to a supermarket. The lounge is not very comfortable and the TV wasn’t able to be used (couldn’t follow the instructions to try and watch anything). Note that the listing should not say there is a washer and dryer in the apartment: the one in the apartment is blocked off and cannot be used. The apartment block has a paid washer and dryer that requires you to download an app to use.

• Marko (9/5): Marko - Asunto oli tilava, siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava, ja kokonaisuus toimi erinomaisesti useamman yön majoitukseen. Sijainti oli erinomainen – aivan Brysselin keskustassa, kävelymatkan päässä Grand Placelta, De Brouckèren metroasemalta sekä lukuisista ravintoloista ja nähtävyyksistä. Liikkuminen kaupungissa oli helppoa sekä jalan että julkisilla. Yhteydenpito majoittajaan oli sujuvaa ja ohjeet selkeitä. Majoitus vastasi hyvin ilmoitusta ja oli hinta–laatusuhteeltaan erittäin hyvä. Ei merkittäviä puutteita. Pienet sisustukselliset yksityiskohdat ovat makuasioita eivätkä vaikuttaneet kokonaiskokemukseen.

• Michael (8/5): Great location for a visit in Brussels - This apartment is centrally located in Brussels, within a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place. It is located on a very busy street, but located in the back of building assuring a quiet stay. While very comfortable, it is a bit older than most of the apartments we have stayed. It looks exactly as the pictures show on this website. The bedroom and bathroom are perfectly fine, and the kitchen is well stocked for making breakfast (and other meals if you wish). Access to public transportation is a 5 minute walk. Nothing

Ho telefonato e c'era una segreteria telefonica. Ho dovuto telefonare a booking ad un numero di londra.booking stava per annullare la prenotazione quando è arrivata l' informazione per il check in. In tutto ho aspettato 2 ore dalle 18 alle 20 per entrare. Terribile e non professionale. Viaggio spesso ma una assenza di interesse per chi ha già pagato profumatamente non mi era capitata. La casa poi era completamente fredda.

On a apprécié le calme de l’appartement, tout en étant dans le centre. Il manquait une cafetière, et les casseroles auraient besoin d’être remplacées.

• Janine (9/5): Empfehlenswert, wenn auch teuer - Die Lage mitten in der City ist toll und man hört von der lauten Stadt nichts. Der Preis scheint angemessen zu sein für diese Stadt. Für mich allerdings zu teuer.

Хотелось бы, чтобы собственник жилья присылал инструкции с кодами заранее, и туристам не приходилось ему звонить. Матрасы и подушки пора заменить.
• Alessandro (8/5): Comodo appartamento in centro - L’appartamento è in pieno centro, a due minuti dalla Grand Place. Stanza da letto confortevole e bagno ok. Cucina ben accessoriata e salotto spazioso. A due passi dall’ingresso del palazzo c’è un supermercato ben fornito. Comunque la zona è piena di ristoranti per tutti i gusti. Proprietario gentile. Sebbene io sia arrivato in città alcune ore prima dell’orario previsto del check-in, mi ha permesso di lasciare la valigia in camera. Quasi nulla. Ho trovato difficile regolare la temperatura dell’acqua in doccia.

• Peter (8/5): Het was goed. - Het was er schoon, eigenaar reageert goed. Alles aanwezig. Had een mobiele airco. Het uitzicht wat beschreven wordt is niet als zodanig, zie foto. Bed aan de harde kant, maar is persoonlijk. En ik zou de mannenfoto’s even verwijderen en de vrijende mannen boeken. De wasmachine mag niet gebruikt worden, staat wel in de beschrijving van Booking.com en je wordt doorverwezen naar een wasserette in het gebouw. De koelkast ontdooien, dit keer zelf gedaan.

• Robyn (8/5): Super central location in Brussels central - Superb location right in town, restaurants, supermarkets everything on your doorstep. The host was great, gave detailed instructions when I couldn’t find the apartment (google maps had me one block too far) we were also allowed early access. Advertised as having a washing machine so expected there to be one in the apartment. Whilst there was, it is noted not to be used as for private use only. Appears that someone usually lives here so a lot of personal photos etc in the apartment, not a problem but not the normal for a rented apartment.

Was told we could find another property but with such short notice on Independence weekend it wasn’t possible
