• Ana (5/5): Pročitajte obavezno - Lokacija je izuzetna, vidi se da je apartman nekada davno bio odlican ali da su godine loseg odrzavanja ostavile trag. Velika steta. Pročitati obavezno! Odakle da pocnem? POSTO Sam videla na prethodnim recenz8jama da se gosti zale na bubasvabe, upozorila sam domacina na taj problem jer je drugarica alergicna na insekte.Cim smo uslinu apartman u hodniku je bula ogromna buba, za vreme boravka 8h je bilo jos jer izlaze iz rupa na plafonu kupatila.Na to sam dobila samo izvinjenje sto nije bilo resenje jer smo trebale 4 dana da se plasimo odakle ce izaci buba.Drugo, balkonska vrata u kuhinji su neispravna I stalno su otvorena a domacina mi je tražio da napravim video da vidi da li su neispravna ili ne umem da zatvorim.Tekli su da ce poslati majstora što se nije desilo.Kasnije sam, čitajući ponovo recenzije videla da su se gosti žalili i prošle godine na isti problem a ja sam morala da napravim video, stvarno neprijatno.Klima uređaj je neispravan. Uplatili smo depozit za koji pri rezervaciji nisam videla da će tražiti, videćemo kad će da vrate. Nameštaj je jako star, pohaban i ima ružan miris.Posteljine su bile čiste kao i peškiri.

• Mimse (9/5): Dejligt ophold i fin lejlighed. - Lejligheden ligger i en meget hyggelig gade med mange restauranter og barer og det er meget centralt. Man kan gå rundt til alt, også stranden. Den er meget rummelig, ren og pæn. Sengene er gode og badet fungerer godt. Værten er hurtig til at svare hvis du er i tvivl om noget eller har brug for hjælp. Der er en del larm om natten fra folk der har været i byen.

• Dariusz Siuchta (5/5): Świetna lokalizacja ale razej w sezonie. Wszystkie atrakcje bardzo blisko. - Same centrum, wszędzie blisko. Dostałem instrukcję dotyczącą wejścia głównego do budynku polegająca na wpisaniu kodu do domofonu, lecz domofonu tam nie było - był całkowicie zdemontowany (wystawały tylko przewody). Przez ponad godzinę Gospodarz nie odpisywał na wiadomości na WhatsUp oraz na komunikator Booking.com w celu dostarczenia kluczy bądź alternatywnego sposobu wejścia do budynku. Po kilkukrotnych próbach dodzwonienia się do biura udało się rozwiązać problem. W mieszkaniu była uszkodzona klimatyzacja mimo że na zewnątrz było ciepło w mieszkaniu było zimno. Był dostępy kaloryfer na prąd lecz bez instrukcji obsługi i po jego uruchomieniu nic się nie działo, nie grzał - miał jakiś programator ale nie miałem wiedzy jak to działa. Jeden z pilotów od telewizora wyglądał jakby pogryzł go pies, zapasowy działał opornie. W terminie, w którym przebywaliśmy codzienne trwał remont uliczki z muchomorami i cały dzień chodził ciężki sprzęt w pomieszczeniu mimo pozamykanych okien było bardzo głośno.

• Alessandro (4/5): ottima posizione ma almeno far trovare i letti fatti! - posizione ottima, accesso tramite app valido per non aver problemi con le chiavi, spazi sicuramente adeguati per 5 ospiti siamo arrivati e il terzo letto che era un divano letto era ancora chiuso e quando abbiamo aperto il letto non era fatto. le lenzuola e i cuscini erano in un armadio. abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi a farlo. entrando in casa la prima volta con tutto chiuso c'era un odore molto sgradevole. le camere erano veramente con una temperatura freddissima. il livello di pulizia generale non era sicuramente sufficiente

• Halyna (1/5): Było zimno, brak kontaktu z właścicielem wszystko online co utrudnia sposób zameldowania - Lokalizacja Zimno, Brak żadnego kontaktu to utrudnione sposób wejścia w straciłem ponad godzinę czasu żeby wszędzie się zarezerwować i dostać klucze. Też się dużo rzeczy było bardzo starych, które baliśmy się brać w ręce bo to nie było domknięte okno, to drzwi, to Piloty rozpadał się.
• Fernando (7/5): Apartamento correcto. - La ubicación sin lugar a dudas. Fácil proceso de check in y entrada al apartamento. Limpieza aceptable, pero no excelente. Segundo sin ascensor y con escalera estrecha. El estado de conservación de muebles y baño es mejorable.
• Sarina (6/5): Locatie top, maar de ongedierte maakte ons verblijf iets minder prettig. - De accommodatie ligt op een top locatie. Alles vlot bereikbaar. Het restaurant naast de accommodatie is zeker een aanrader! Wat ons niet beviel aan de accommodatie waren de kakkerlakken in de gang die we elke avond moesten trotseren. Niet fijn thuiskomen. De badkamer heeft nood aan een opfrisbeurt. We zagen elke dag onder de douche voelsprieten verschijnen en we hadden ook last van mieren.
• Susanne (8/5): Schöner Urlaub in einer zentral gelegenen Wohnung. - Eine schöne und geräumige 3- Zimmerwohnung in super Lage mitten in der Pilzstraße im Zentrum von Alicante. Kleine Balkone und auch die Möglichkeit, die Wäsche draußen zu trocknen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sowie Dusch und Shampoo wurden in ausreichender Menge bereitgestellt. Man sieht, dass die Einrichtung der Wohnung nicht mehr neu ist, aber es war alles funktionell und für unsere Bedürfnisse als kleine Familie gut. Dadurch, dass man mitten im Zentrum wohnt, ist es natürlich abends und nachts auch gern lauter, das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört und meine dreijährige Tochter hat sehr gut durchgeschlafen.

• Tomáš (4/5): Great location but very poorly cleaned (and moldy) and quite unequipped. We expected better dor the m - Great location, good key system, good roller blinds Moldy bathroom, poorly cleaned, unequipped kitchen, dirty washing machine, broken lock on the balcony door, (very narrow staircase - it was difficult to carry the luggages or the stroller into the apartement)
• Lisa (7/5): Good stay for the value. - Great location! Nice sunny apartment. It’s a bit loud with the noise outside. Also, a neighbor downstairs plays loud music early in the morning. No oven to cook food with.

Spacious and bright apartment 😃 air conditioning in lounge area Tiny staircase, no lift and a bit noisy from outside specially at night. Kitchen could be better equipped eg lack of bin, very small kettle, no chopping board, no cleaning products

• Preston (7/5): The flat was o.k but only for young people that want night life. - As you go into the hall way from the front door entrance the first thing that hits you is the paint and plaster falling from the wall. Then you have 40 stairs to climb before you reach the door to the appertment. I.think this should be clear in the brochure as there is older people like us know what confronts them before they book the apartment. I know is says the apartment is on the second floor but it does not mention the stairs. You,re brochure asks for no parties or noise after 9pm. Well noise and the party's that goes on in the street from the wine bar ten metres from your front door and the restaurants all around that goes on to 1am. on week nights and 5am on a Saturday day and Sunday an it is deferring. The flat is lovely but it is wasted by every thing else.
