• Buddug (1/5): Good space let down by appalling hygiene - Unfortunately during our stay we experienced a completely unacceptable hygiene issue - there was a substantial amount of faeces on the shower head!!! I am sure this was a one off occurrence and unlikely to happen again, however I was so disappointed that when I reached out to the owners to discuss it directly,.I received no reply at all - no apology or explanation. This was so disappointing as the rest of the stay was great. Huge hygiene risk

Op zich wel warm water maar lekte wel een beetje aan het glas; Foto's binnenin waren zoals op site. Maar buiten kant was wel anders; Dit appartement is een deel van een woning

• Julie (8/5): Even though it had some cosmetic faults I would still stop here again due to parking, charger and location - Electric car charging point with free parking outside of property, close to buses/underground and high street full of shops Comfortable beds and modern decor Needs a lot of touching up, chairs all torn/worn, toilet seat top didn’t stay up, dust behind tv, door handle into wall on back bedroom due to not having a stopper on the floor, temperature control didn’t work even when I turned it down at night so was too hot, advertised as having tumble dryer and dishwasher but only had washing machine

• Anesia (6/5): - Location and proximity to the tube station. They also had an electric car charger on the property which was great. It had no ironing board, only small cups no mugs and the corkscrew was broken. You had to be quick in the shower as it's from a tank and we had four adults staying. More attention to the cleaning would be good as it was only just passable. Ie mould stains in the bathroom grout, dusty skirting boards etc. Old dish cloths, no complementary shampoo etc in the bathroom and no complementary tea, coffee and sugar etc.

• Egboh (8/5): I have stayed here before and would always book it for my stay if it is available. - location was good, Bus stop was a minute away and train stations were close too. Place was clean and comfortable Towel rails in the bathroom would be great.

• Abi (9/5): A comfortable stay, with good tube links. - Very close to the tube station, great for Wembley stadium access and a short ride to central London. Comfortable beds and everything you need in a short stay rental. The property was great but a few small things would have made it even better, more toilet rolls (only two for a family of 5 for 2 nights), the main front door is more like an internal door would benefit from upgrading and some hooks in the bathroom.

• De (10/5): London 6 days stay - Pleasantly surprised when we walked into the apartment. Very small kitchen but everything that we needed was there. Three minutes walk to the tube station - quite convenient. The bathroom could do with some towel rails.

• John (9/5): Excellent space and location - It was a great space, really good sized bedrooms, the kitchen had everything we needed despite the size. We went when it was very hot in London but the flat stayed pretty cool in comparison. The only thing we can fault is the blinds in one of the rooms weren’t very effective in keeping the light out so it was bright early in the morning.

• Steven (5/5): Not safe or secure - the patio door would not lock. - The patio door from the bedroom would not lock. It was reported when we first got there, but nothing was done about it. An update would have been appreciated. I had to somehow tie the door handle to make it more difficult to open. Our valuables were stored in our van as this was safer and we did not feel safe and secure at night. Get the lock sorted and the review score would be a lot higher as it is a good space for a few days away.
• George (5/5): Cheap, small, cozy, but unclean bedding - It's good that they had a parking space. It was far from the road, so it wasn't too loud, it felt small and cosy, which was nice and they laid the flat out really well. The underfloor heating was nice, very spacious for what we needed for 2 people. When I went to bed, I found that the bedding smelled a little so I'm not entirely sure that they've actually cleaned it between guests, which was really gross and why I wouldn't go back. I didn't like that, I had to wait to be contacted, to be told that the key was in the plant behind the patio. I feel like I could have been texted that in advance, and I wasted a lot of time waiting. Similarly, it was hard to find a property because it wasn't the address listed on Google Maps

• Theresa (7/5): Although we had few disappointments if they were rectified I would book here again really enjoyed where it was and how m - Lovely modern apartment , fab location in walking distance to underground which we wanted, local facilities handy aswell, lovely wee touches with toiletries and tea coffee etc but took our own as didn’t know what to expect. I booked it as it advertised washing machine and tumble dryer but no tumble dryer so couldn’t wash clothes, as no drying rack even available to sit clothes on to air dry, no mirrors outside bathroom so found it difficult to dry our hair had to use our own small make up mirrors as no mirrors in bedrooms. The back door didn’t lock either so felt bit uneasy had to leave our electrical devices locked in our car while we were out. Tv has no ariel so don’t know the point in having one if you can’t watch it.

• Marie (8/5): Lovely stay for family trip and easy access to London attractions. - Perfect location for accessing the tube. The property was clean with a modern decor. The patio area off the bedroom was nice. Lovely comfortable furniture. Plenty of towels provided. Parking space and free WiFi. Good communication from host. The place felt very warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t work so we were a bit uncomfortable especially at night. There were no tv channels had to watch iPlayer. The front door felt like it needed updating didn’t feel v secure. Lots of noise from traffic outside sirens etc. Light still got through the blinds, especially in front bedroom curtains would fix that.
• Luke (2/5): Do not recommend. - Location. The location of the property was perfect but this was massively let down by a number of issues which outweighed this one positive. We had issues locking the patio door and made several attempts to do so which left us feeling insecure the whole time. The downside to this also were ladders can be accessed into the patio area and ultimately the property itself. I messaged the owner about the patio door and we tried from the inside and outside and could not get the door to lock at all. There are no no hangers for towels in the bathroom. (Where do you put sopping wet towels to dry?) The property description mentioned toiletries available (none provided to which we had to nip somewhere to buy our own). No dressing table OR mirror in either bedroom so getting ready, dressed or doing make up could only be done standing up in the bathroom. Using a hairdryer and straighteners was challenging as they could only be used in the bedroom and then walking back and forth to use the mirror in the bathroom. The TV was not tuned with any channels so terrestrial TV was not available. Finally, when checking out on our last day, we had NO hot water at all to shower or wash. The shower and sink were only running stone cold. The biggest issue of all were ants. A infestation found in bedroom wardrobes, kitchen area and work top, floor and bedding. (Photos can be provided as evidence). They were all over our clothes, pillows, walls, hob / stove, food cupboard, and as the visit was for my friends birthday, they had completely infested all the presents and gifts. We even had to discard ALL packaging and check each items carefully to get rid of them. They were tiny and inside every nook and cranny. This resulted in me sleeping on the sofa as it's the only place I couldn't see any. This ruined our entire time at the property and there needs to be an exterminater called to rid of them properly, BEFORE anyone else stays here.

• Annabel (7/5): Good location - Generally very clean on arrival, modern and nice outdoor space for us as it was warmer in August during our stay. Comfy beds and bedding. Excellent location, close to tube station. We did not have any toilet paper given to us/left for us during our stay. Our towels were not entirely clean, there were fresh stains on a couple of the towels.

And the beddings were divine. Slept like a baby. A solid 10 out of 10! None. Definitely saving this bnb on my list the next time I need to stay in London.

• Glenn (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect for our overnight stay. Went to see a show in the west end. Kitchen was a bit of a squeeze due to the chairs at the breakfast bar. A bit unnecessary as there was a dining table and chairs.

Bus stops just a few minutes of walking distance. Plenty of eatery and shops. Good location for those looking for halal friendly area. Shampoo and body wash not provided as mentioned on the website. As it was quite warm during our stay, the unit was stuffy as the windows cannot be unlocked without a key. The unit can sleep 6 people but was a bit tight for space in particular around the living/kitchen area. Too many bulky chairs which I feel not necessary to have.
