Camera molto pulita e ordinata, acqua calda e aria condizionata moderna, con tv . Da sapere che siete a circa 20 minuti dal centro di Santiago.

He prepared my room in advance, the fridge was cold and the A/C was set to 18. Perfect. The charge to use a credit card was 28%. So of course I paid cash, but that left me without cash for a meal or drinks at the restaurant. The nearest BHD teller was 4 km away, otherwise I would have had drinks and dinner on site.

Apartment was surprisingly large and comfortable. The stairs were real sharp, so you have to pay attention to go up.

Apparently the room I chose was their cheapest and less modern. TV was old and not a smart tv with no streaming apps. The room had no view and windows were next to outside walls. Natural light or a view was not available. Garden was unavailable as it was under reconstruction. I did not see a SPA or business center although listed in amenities.

- Albert (8/5): A good short stay. - The staff are very friendly and professional from the lady who check us in to the gentleman who check us out, they always had a good smile and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns. It’s also located in a nice quiet residential area and although not centrally located to the main attractions is not that far neither, only a few minutes away in a taxi or vehicle.

- Epe (9/5): Superb - The place is immaculate 😀 super clean The bed and pillows were the best I have had so far The wait for getting the check in, we arrived 10 mins to 3:00 and it was until 3:36 that we finally got in the room. Also, we ordered food and it took a really long time. But it was good the wait. I was supposed to pay 46 including taxes and I ended up paying $60+ because of the cash policy, even though it says there, I think this clause has to be more visible so people don't get upset as not everyone may have the extra cash to spend.

Then she provided some tools when my friend had a problem with his car when I left. The room was good and clean. It is in the city suburbs so not much going on, but that does make it nice and quiet.

- James (3/5): We left more tired and less refreshed than when we arrived in the middle of the night. - Wi-fi was good. Hot water was hot. Arrangements were made in advance for late check in. Hotel responded that 3am check in was fine. The desk was staffed 24 hours and there would be no problem. Upon arrival, after searching for some time, entrance was locked. After several minutes staff arrived to let us enter. Staff could not find paperwork and then informed us the room was not yet ready. After what seemed like a long wait we we ushered to the room around 4am. Next morning when I asked for a little more time, I was told all check outs must be completed by noon. I had been given no room key and plumbing was in disrepair. I would avoid in the future.

- Dionis (8/5): Very quiet place to rest and safe. - The place and the hotel area is very quiet, safe, it is also very well located. The room, bathroom and reception are clean. At the time of check-in they must deliver documentation with instructions to and services for the guest. Carry out periodic inspections of the equipment in the room (TV, lighting). Any extra consumption made during breakfast should be invoiced at the end of the stay or notify the contrary in the check-in process or in the recommended instruction sheet for the guest. Have the sheet with the breakfast menu available in the room and in case of having lunch or dinner service, also offer them to the guest.
