• Rose H (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable - Absolutely beautiful mansion-like apartment.  Incredibly clean, spacious, and well appointed.  On higher floor of a beautiful period-mansion blocks in front of Harrods main entrance. All rooms (from the open plan kitchen, to the living room, to the bedrooms and their bathrooms, are incredibly large, airy, bright and beautifully furnished. The location is wonderful  as it is right in the heart of posh Knightsbridge, at very short walking distance many shops, tube stations, restaurants and even Hyde Park is 2-min walk away. The owner and her team were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended!

We loved the beautiful furniture and the prime location in Knightsbridge on the high street. Yet very quiet and with great views! Marble met us in person and promptly answered all the questions with accurate answers and useful tips for the surrounding areas. Highly recommended.

It was well-appointed and in a very central and lively area; despite that the apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful side of the building. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were very nice. There was lots of storage in each bedroom to unpack with many hangers provided. Getting into the apartment was easy and we were able to drop our luggage prior to the official check-in time. The location is great for Harrods and the V&A Museum. We didn’t use the Tube althought its location is just 3 mins away! The host was very responsive to all our questions. We would stay here again.

Location was above expectations, just metres from Harrods and all the shops, but still quiet once inside. Having concierge and multiple elevators made our trip even more comfortable and luxurious. The accommodation itself was so clean, fresh and spacious. The particular highlight (other than location and cleanliness) was the communication and assistance from our hosts - they responded very quickly every time and had so many helpful hints for us. It was just great. That and the location of the accommodation really made our vacation something special.

It was the perfect space for our group of five, including two Littles under 5, and in one of the most desirable areas of London. Would 10/10 recommend and stay again. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the living room were all comfortable and nicely sized. The location is excellent, just across Harrods and 1-min walk to Knightsbridge train station -safe with sequrity and cameras at the front door of the building, and everything you need is nearby. Marble and her staff were attentive and always in touch. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Location is super nice as well, right in front of Harrods, in the very heart of the wealthy Knightstbridge and also close to nature with Hyde Park 2-min walk away, as well as historical landmarks. So much to do around the location. This is now my go to place whenever I visit London.
• Eriksson (10/5): Very spacious town house with beautiful decor and furniture - Great stay in this very spacious town house with beautiful decor and furniture; Marble the owner was super responsive with every request during the stay and overall communications before the stay were great, the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook (we did) and the accomodation is very comfortable, very clean and a delight to spend time in. We loved the underfloor heating as we could walk barefoot, as we also do in our house back home :) Great location easily walkable to Hyde Park and many tube stations!

Location is super nice as well, right in the middle of the city close to nature and parks as well as historical landmarks. So much to do around the location. This is now my go to place whenever I visit London.

My husband never cares to return to Airbnb bc they’re never as good as pictures (even the Ritz!) but Marble's was AMAZING and he wants to go back there! Harrods, Knightsbridge tube station, thousands of shops and designer shops, Hyde Park, are all round the corner! Perfect walk across the street at the end of the night. • Yafa (10/5): Perfect apartment - accurate photos - concierge services - The apartment is perfect! Photos are accurate. The building where it is situated has 24/7 security and multiple elevators. We loved the large size of the property, its beautiful views over Knightsbridge and the classy hard floor parquet throughout and the designer furniture. We also requested daily cleaning that was provided for a fair fee that we paid directly to the cleaning lady. Great stay!

Location is great with walking distance to Knightsbridge underground station. All the rooms were spacious and very clean. Sizeable living room which could accommodate up to 10 people at a time. Our host Marble was very responsive and we were allowed to check in earlier than usual check in time. Would definitely recommend for a short or longer term stay.

The house itself was large and felt incredibly lovely and comfortable for the price you pay honestly exceeded all expectations. I’ve stayed in a lot of London properties and this is by far the best one. Immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and so comfortable.

All of us who stayed there were able to relax and enjoy our time very comfortably. The kitchen was large and perfect for having dinner together, and the dining table and all the appliances were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bathroom amenities and towels were even better than those of many hotels. The host was very responsive and helpful, and check-in was completely smooth with no issues at all. The location was also very convenient, being next to Harrods, the underground station and even Hyde Park, which made getting around easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Great for kids of all ages and families who can afford the high-end shopping at Harrods! Our two girls loved being so close to the amazing playground in Hyde Park. Everything you need is basically at your doorstep (restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, underground stations, etc.). The host Marble was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.

• Melati (10/5): Prestigious - Harrods Apartment - What a fabulous apartment. Within prestigious mansion block next to Harrods, serviced by lifts and security. Very relaxing and comfortable main room, with an elegant entrance. Kitchen fully equipped and the neighbourhood is super wealthy (with Knightsbridge being the wealthiest London neighbourhood). The mansion block is next to a myriad of restaurants, bars, patisseries, groceries, etc. Will definitely try to stay here again. Perfect house to stay in London over a weekend or a longer stay of one or more weeks.

This is a beautiful, well-laid-out apartment that was spotlessly clean. Beautiful views over elegant courtyards of Knightsbridge homes. The location is excellent, just next to Harrods and with easy access to Knightsbridge tube station and Hyde Park, and all of London’s main tourist attractions by foot, tube, bus and cabs (black cabs or ubers). It’s really modern but with period features, the views from every room are stunning, and the natural light excellent. Bathrooms even have a bidet (rare amenity in London). Kitchen has everything you need, WiFi is strong enough for video calls, and you can walk to everything in the posh neighborhood of Knightsbridge: cafes, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, AND... Harrods is exactly in front! 10/10 would recommend!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The check-in in person with her was seamless and stress-free, and we immediately felt at home in this beautifully designed, newly built space. The apartment itself is stunning — spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The attention to detail is remarkable. The bedrooms are pure luxury, with super-comfortable beds dressed in 400-thread-count sheets that made every night feel like a five-star hotel stay. The bathrooms are equally impressive, featuring large bathtub-shower and a bidet, such a rare find in the UK! The location couldn’t be more perfect: a vibrant, walkable neighborhood filled with fantastic dining options and plenty to explore. It truly felt like living in the heart of London. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience in London.
• Mazin (10/5): Prestigious apartment - We loved this apartment! Spacious, extremely clean and central to all - we had a wonderful stay. The property offered everything we needed and more and we were so happy to have had the opportunity to stay in the heart of London's most prestigious neighborhood. The owner ensured we were met and even gave us early access to the flat after our overnight flight from Abu Dhabi. We ate out but also were able to prepare food in the well-equipped kitchen, which we love to do. With a many grocery stores a few seconds walk away, it was easy to pop out for supplies as needed. We would happily book this property again.

• Jona (10/5): דירה נהדרת - בעל הדירה היה מאוד מועיל וקשוב. הדירה בדיוק כפי שמוצג בתמונה. ילדינו אהבו אותה והרגישו ממש בבית. היינו מרותקים למיקומה: בבניין יוקרתי ומאובטח עם שוער ומעלית, ממש מול הרודס, פחות משתי דקות הליכה מתחנת נייטסברידג' ומחנויות ומסעדות רבות. השקט של הדירה היה יתרון משמעותי.
• Gerard (10/5): Very good stay - Overall, we had a good stay at Marble's place. Two great bathrooms with a bidet, wonderful shower-bath, great water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-supplied, and had everything we needed. It was located across from Harrods and on super busy Knightsbridge high street but overlooking at the back of the building is very quiet and has got great and leafy views. Great washer and dryer, with plenty of soap. Secured and prestigious mansion block with porterage.

My colleague and I were in town for a trade show and were able to share this gorgeous apartment for less than what 2 hotel rooms what have cost. We each had plenty of space and our own bathrooms but also a place to relax and eat together in the evening. We walked to our venue each day with ease and were able to find plenty of walkable places to eat as well. The apartment has so much character and charm! Thank you Marble!

Había ratas,sucio, la gente dejaba basura fuera, las cosas como la moqueta destrozada y rota a jirones, el agua caliente no funcionaba ni un ascensor y el baño tenía los azulejos pegados con cinta adhesiva. Un horror, nos marchamos y nos tuvimos que ir a un hotel.

• SulJisoo (10/5): Fantastic stay and terrific host! - Marble is a fantastic host. We flew in from Vietnam and arrived early. She was kind enough to have us leave our bags prior to check in. Lots of restaurants and cafes within less than one minute walk, with Harrods and its beautiful square! Pristine beautiful flat with so many amenities we didn’t even get a chance to use. Extremely responsive host and spacious place in a great area. Would definitely stay here again!

• Caroline (10/5): Outstanding experience, beautiful apartment - We loved everything about our stay. Marble was an extremely responsive host and so helpful. The area was perfect- so close to the metro, beautiful area, and close to all the tourist attractions. The apartment also had some nice touches like the espresso machine. The bedrooms, living area, kitchen and 1,5 bathrooms were large and wonderful as well. We highly recommend Lynn and her apartment and hope to stay here our next time in London! This was the best holiday stay experience we ever had and it is due to Marble and her attention to detail!
• Louis (10/5): Brilliant, stunning - We loved our stay in this apartment for a number of reasons: It is very conveniently located and close to the restaurants and shops in Knightsbridge, Harrods, Hyde Park and all the museums on Exhibiton Road. It is beautifully furnished with every amenity you can think of. The kitchen is large by London standards and very well equipped. Finally, Marble was super helpful through the process. She modified our reservation to allow us to check in a day earlier and had lots of helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. Highly recommend this flat!
• Paul (10/5): Stunning apartment in spectacular mansion block with concierge - The apartment is very spacious and bright, high ceilings and many windows throughout the flat. I arrived from Heathrow airport with direct tube, the building has easy access with 2 lifts and 24/7 concierge which is an extra layer of security. Stunning mansion block just in front of Harrods, with spectacular views. This apartment offered anything you need for a comfortable stay including a BIDET (quite a rare find in the UK I must say!). Host very responsive and flexible. I would definitely stay here again.

• Aurelie (10/5): Impeccable, Super! A+++++ - The apartment and its location are amazing, literally in front of Harrods and on the fifth floor of a portered and secure mansion block. There were many great restaurants, museums, and shopping spots within walking distance. The living room was especially spacious. The owner Marble was very helpful and responded to my questions immediately. I truly felt at home. I would definitely love to stay here again next time I’m in London.
• Iriska (10/5): Stunning - Stunning apartment: very bright, well decorated, spacious and serviced by a lift. Excellent well-equipped kitchen, everything worked perfectly and was spotless. Right in front of Harrods but incredibly quiet as facing the stunning green and copper rear landscapes. Perfect area for walking and close to everything. Very comfy and large beds, something uncommon in the UK. The good quality white shop. Very nice bathrooms with good water pressure after a long day of walks. I would recommend it to any guest. Marble responded quickly and always very kindly. We look forward to returning.
• Queenie (8/5): In general happy with the stay only a bit pricy. - Spacious and centrally located in London. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms as well. Some roadworks nearby making noise in the morning. No lift and had to carry heavy luggage down to the flat (at basement, this is an alternative offered by the owner, so we did not stay in the one with rooftop). A bit pricy.
• Re (10/5): Excellent Apartment and Stay - This is an incredible apartment, professionally and excellently managed, in a terrific location: heart of Knightsbridge. Beautiful, spotless, classy and with plenty of space and natural light. The location could not be better with everything you would ever need a few minutes' walk round the corner. This includes a variety of chic restaurants, bars, art galleries and an extensive choice of cafes, gardens, and the best pubs and wine bars. And of course, Harrods is just in across the road. Marble was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything about this house made our holiday in London just perfect; we just wish we could have stayed longer. If you are looking for a wonderful apartment to enjoy your time in central London, this is it!

• Donna (10/5): Marble made our stay in London a most memorable one! We’ll be back!! - We were actually upgraded to another apartment due to some maintenance issues at our original apartment. We were notified in ample time by Marble, who always communicated with us in a very timely manner and gave us a choice of three upgraded apartments due to the inconvenience at no additional charge. It worked out quite nicely for us with a most optimal location and, awesome apartment. Having to leave.
• Kilt (10/5): Fabulous! - Fabulous short break at Marble's beautiful townhouse - gorgeous cosy 3-floor house on a quiet mews just steps from Kensington High Street. Beautiful decor, plenty of space for our family of 4 and we all loved the roof top terrace - great spot for sipping your tea and coffee and a nice magazine. Kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, bathroom was lovely and beds were comfy - all in all a fabulous stay! Thank you!
• Romeo (10/5): Best Townhouse in Perfect Location - Absolutely gorgeous apartment: it's spotless, spacious, filled with natural light and beautifully decorated. The beds and L-shape couch are extremely comfortable. TV is large and has over 50 UK channels and connects to any app too. The location is superb: heart of South Kensington and next to Hyde Park: ideal for high-end shopping, wealthy restaurants and any kind of transportation. The owner Nathalie and her staff were extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. This is honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I would love to return!
• Filippo (10/5): Stunning Townhouse - This townhouse is beautiful and the host fantastic. All in all a terrific stay. My family of 3 and I had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, warm, with plenty of room, and the kitchen is fully stocked. It's also 1-min walk to the underground and 5-min walk to Hyde Park and Knightsbridge! Marble was was very helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again.

• Drita (10/5): Excellent Stay - This was a fantastic place to stay and very central for sightseeing in London, next to Hyde Park, underground tube station and many markets and high-end shops. Lovely restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Everything we needed was in the flat and the owner lady was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.
• Dustin (8/5): Very good - The property was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and very accessible via whatsapp. It is located in a safe and nice neighborhood of Kensington near the Natural History Museum. Close to amenities - restaurants, grocery stores, tube station. We have a family of five and the twin bed in the second bedroom was a disappointment. This bed was terrible and not supportive and more meant for a toddler. It as more of a cot, not an actual bed with frame and mattress. My child had to sleep on couch the entire stay as a result. Would recommend for only 4 people or less. The area of Kensington is nice but quite a ways from the major sites - Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Marble arch area, etc. We paid a lot in transport fares, and we are even a family who enjoys walking great distances. Not many places to place your toiletries.
• Pho (10/5): Beautiful townhouse - perfect stay - Beautiful townhouse in the heart of South Kensington in a cobbled mews street close to Hyde Park and one second away to Tube station and high street with all grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The house itself is grand as very large, with large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and beautiful large terrace overlooking the quiet and picturesque backyards. Our host Marble was lovely and made us feel at home immediately. We will be back.

• Sarah (1/5): Terrible - We did not get to stay in the property that we booked with you. No advance warning and no explanation given. We are ladies in our seventies and there were a total of 27 steps to climb up a narrow staircase with dark walls and 3light bulbs out. I myself fell down the stairs as it was very dark and no light. Proprietor was very rude when told about this and said I should have looked where I was going. The apartment was not clean and the bedding was very poor. There was no clean cloths to wash up with and a dirty T towel. The drainage in the shower was very poor resulting in water all over the floor. Instead of a lovely view from roof top garden as stated on the web site we were looking at scaffolding. The property that we booked was a 4.5 star rated this was certainly not. We paid just over £1700 for our stay and certainly did not get value for money. I would never recommend this property. We feel that we have been scammed.

Misleading tool to attract clients If the property is 5 stars how come there is No elevator I believe rating at booking shall be more accurate and transparent in order not to mislead their clients

• Kathleen (5/5): Very disappointing! - Check in & check out was easy thanks to Nathalie. Location was great - close to everything including the train station. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus. Stayed here with my friend for 7 nights. Stairs were a nightmare for carrying large suitcases up & down; the mattresses weren’t great quality & the pillows were old & smelly (we went and bought ourselves new pillows & pillowcases). I couldn’t believe that we were left a disgusting scourer sponge to use (again we bought a new one for £1); the coffee pot needs a good clean; the kettle needs a descale; the upstairs shower drain needs unblocking (didn’t report this while we were there because we didn’t want anyone coming in while we were out sightseeing); and the towel heating rails don’t work or are disconnected. There is construction going on next door between 8am & 6pm Monday to Friday. The area is very noisy throughout the night with garbage trucks collecting rubbish at 3am; people arguing, shouting & slamming doors, so didn’t have any restful night’s sleep. Would I stay there again? No. Would I recommend to others? No. Definitely not worth the money. And you have to pay a £200 cash deposit which you get back on departure on top of the £150 cleaning fee charged when you make the booking!

Close to the tube station Gloucester road in zone 1 and lots of delicious restaurants nearby, alos walking distance to many amazing museums. It has an all-in-one washer/dryer which was convenient. Wi-Fi was good. When i sent host photo of how dirty the couch was, she offered to have cleaner come again which was nice- but we didnt want a stranger there with all our belongings and didnt want to waste our limited time in london waiting for her to be done. When we arrived, host had to leave for 10 minutes so we had to wait for her. When we got in and looked around, i stepped in something sticky by the kitchen so i had to rinse my feet in the kitchen sink. When i told her this she said its impossible and then complained about me stepping on the floor with wet feet 🙄 Many kitchen appliances were not useable - coffee machine was broken, and water heater was covered in mildew - the toaster was all rusty but i didnt inform her abt the coffee machine because she collects a deposit upon arrival - i didnt want her to think we broke it. The only useable kitchen appliance was the microwave. It LOOKS clean from the outside but when u take a closer look, it was not clean - there were crumbs and hair in the couch, an almond under the area rug, no useable drawers in the master bedroom downstairs (dust/dirty/leftover stuff from previous tenant etc). There's no AC and its fine if u open the window but there are so many sirens passing by and loud neighbors so you kind of have to choose between fresh air+loud or stuffy+quieter and our last 2 nights in london it was 28 degrees and we were basically sleeping in a sauna even with window In the upstairs bedroom, the curtain is essentially useless; zero light coverage - and when the sun rises before 5am - its really not ideal. The upstairs bathroom shower water doesnt drain fast enough and starts to overflow after u shower for 2 minutes so we had to shower in the tub. The place is old - so the floors and doors and everything is VERY SQUEAKY and hollow sounding. My kids were in the downstairs bedroom and i could hear them the moment they step foot on the ground. Host also forgot to take money for the crib (120gbp) and texted me if i wanted to leave it for her to pick up the next day or give it to her at check out. I told her at checkout but i forgot and didnt have enough pounds. I was so apologetic and her attitude was horrible. we ended up paying her 200usd (extra 35gbp).
• Neosupreme (10/5): Perfect stay in Kensigton - I couldn't ask for more. Perfect Kensigton location - 2 minutes from Metro stop, 4 minutes from the museums. Supermarkets, restaurants, brasseries - everything was a few minutes away. Very convenient for families as it has all the needed amenities. I highly recommend.

• Priscila (6/5): Nice location, host experience not the best - Location is great! Close to the metro, museums and shops. Property overall needs a bit more TLC. But that would have not been a major issue, if we have had a better experience with the host. Upon arrival, the host told us that the toilet was not working well, and instructed us to do a few tricks to flush. Of course, we did not trust the toilet, so ended ip using only 1 of the 2 bathrooms. Then, she told us (not asked) that the plumber was coming on Wednesday (we arrived Sunday), which luckly worked with our schedule. Then, the plumber did not come, and she told us that the plumber would come on Thursday, which did not work with our schedule (we had planned to stay at the house on that morning). And at that time, it had been more than half of our stay not trusting the toilet. The host did not offer any alternative time, and was rispid on the phone. We felt uncomfortable with this entire situation, and felt that the entire stay/ experience was sub-par and not to our expectations

• Nicholas (10/5): A fantastic host and an exceptional location make this place a joy to stay in - I was delighted with my stay in the townhouse. It fulfilled all of our needs and the location is exceptional. It is close to public transport, museums and shops. My family and I enjoyed walking around the area, as well as going to Hyde Park which is only 10 minutes walk away.
