Nadine (4/5): - Erste Wohnung war nicht gereinigt. Nach einem langen Flug kamen wir in ein dreckiges Appartement In der Ersatzunterkunft, ein Lakehouse und dort war das Türschloss total kaputt. Die Türfalle fiel immer ab. Die Haustüre liess sich nicht schliessen. Trotz Beanstandung kam niemand zum Reparieren. Auch die Tüchli waren für 4 Personen zu wenig. Es wurde versprochen, dass jemand weitere bringt, doch kamen nie zusätzliche Handtücher. In einem Bad funktionierte das Wasser nicht. Man konnte nicht duschen und die Toilette nicht spülen! Trotz Meldung kam auch da niemand um den Mangel zu beheben.

Vince (3/5): Very small space - Furniture was poor quality. Check in was 3, we arrived at 2:55 text host, called host several times. Did not hear back for a half hr. Texted about the Furniture having wobbly legs, never heard from him again. Not enough towels. Won't be renting again

Raeda (10/5): Great stay! - I had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, which is something I really care about, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow, and the entire experience was smooth and comfortable. It was also very quiet we weren’t bothered by anyone and the fireplace on the balcony made the night feel magical. The only small disappointment was that both pools were closed. I expected one to remain open while the other was under renovation, but unfortunately, neither was available.
Adrian (10/5): Television commercial comes to life. A lovely hidden jewel. - Geez, just about everything. Everything about it said resort/residential. Clean. Modern. Spacious. Technologically advanced. Clear signage. Ample on-site security guards. Secure parking. I tried to find a downside, I always do. Couldn’t find it. :) See previous ;)

Melisa (1/5): Wish I hadn't booked this!! 😭 - I wasn't able to get inside by following the condo owner's instructions. He didn't answer the phone or messages, and then wouldn't give me a refund or pay for the hotel in Barrie that I needed to book instead. Maybe it's nice inside but I will never know...
