- Souad (7/5): Un peu déçu mais un responsable mr Rabeh adorable ! - Suite deluxe de taille correcte ! Un responsable très gentil Mr Rabeh et surtout réactif ! Merci à vous pour avoir pris le temps pour nous ! Personnel de jour agréable contrairement à l’équipe de nuit ! J’espère que l’hôtel évoluera. Vue sur la rue ! Pas de parking ! Quelques places devant mais pas forcément dispo ! Malheureusement un manque de service , premier soir pas de personne pour les bagages , une personne pas très aimable quand on demande pour le linge de lit et serviette ! Car 2 serviettes pour 5 c’est impossible ! Et surtout personne Qui parle sur un ton assez énerver . Réveiller par le personnel du ménage à plusieurs reprises Sol de la chambre mal nettoyé.

- Abdelmounaim (5/5): Price too high, with no real city views, not worth it - If your company sent you, sure you won't care about the price, so go ahead, but for individuals and not companies, it's very expensive compared to what they offer, the hotel was in area with no movement at all, and with no city view expect private houses, a dead scene, what was requested upon booking, it isn't worth it honestly, the room is not that equipped, you have only boiler?? This is 4 stars hotel? It should have more, also when I tried to cancel the remaining days because I didn't get what I was looking for, they refused and said that its not possible, even that in booking they said that you can cancel with some charges I am not saying the hotel was bad, but it isn't worth the price, honestly

The private pool was also amazing which can be booked for the hour, I used the gym many times which was also great. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again. Nothing

I called them to arrange the clicklack, no reply. I have sent physically my son to them to send who will arrange the clicklack bed, they said coming but no one came. The pillow were with cover not in the correct face. The inner face was out. The cleaning was not up to the level, just beside the clicklack there were some empty bottles. One lady disturbed my sleep morning saying that I need to pay my breakfast. I have not taken any breakfast. Overall not really up to the mark

- Samir (4/5): Disappointing - The rooms are nice and clean. The food is good. The art painting in the corridors, lobby and rooms are of religious nature with crosses and religious Christian quotes. That is not acceptable. They should let the customers know that the facility is Christian oriented facility. The pool was off and the water was unclean.
