indeo (7/5): - Situated in a center, very nice, correct and friendly personnel. Near the Park Mars Campus is situated. Good internet WI-FI. If you are having troubles, you can obtain a help even at night. Boiler is good. Washing machine some times has wrong. Conditioner sometimes loose the connection to the pult. Other questions are not matter

Katarina (3/5): Cockroaches, water outage, toilet issues - Attiki metro station was only a 7-min walk away. Wifi and AC worked. Anna Maria was fairly quick in responding via WhatsApp, but not necessarily providing quick solutions to the numerous property problems. The giant cockroaches impacted my ability to sleep, which impacted my energy and experience in Athens. I didn’t feel the host was concerned when I first reported the cockroach problem. She told me there was bug spray, but after chasing them around to spray them, they didn’t instantly die; they were still twitching the next day. It got so bad that the last night I couldn’t fall asleep. This was on top of one dehydrated day without water in the apartment, and then when the water was restored, the toilet wouldn’t flush, so I had to pour buckets of water into the toilet to get it to flush manually. They should’ve given me a refund.

Robert (10/5): Exceptional - What a great apartment. As always, being 6'4" (1.93cm), I worry about the size of the bed. No problem at all and very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom with everything you need, all cooking utensils and washing machine. You could literally live in this place. So many shops and facilities within two minutes walking distance and the Metro three minutes (check Google as it sends you the long way). Overall, I would love to pick up this apartment, take it away and live in it. What a great place. Nothing.
Shavadze (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was clean, with all the necessary things. Metro attika is very close. This metro station is close to cultural monuments. The host is very kind. We had a problem several times and he helped us a lot. He also provided us with the information we were interested in. In the end, the trip was pleasant.
