• Sandra (7/5): Good - The location of the property and the views of the lake and the sea from the veranda were lovely. You could walk to the beach in around 10 to 15 minutes and it was very quiet in the vicinity in the evenings.The apartment had 2 locking doors so we felt safe when inside. The host was very helpful and met us on time when we arrived and also in organising us a taxi to the bus station for our journey home The bed was uncomfortable and very creaky. Although the veranda gave us good views it felt unsafe as the floor was uneven so the chairs leaned to one side. Also we could not open the patio door on one side as it was stuck shut. The bath was tiny it was just about big enough for a child but the shower was good. The kitchenette was very dated although it had lots of equipment if needed (we only used the kettle and tried to use the toaster but it kept tripping off the electric). Overall I was a bit disappointed in the apartment as it has potential to be better as it is in a great spot for views and the location is good.
• Paola (8/5): Nice - It's a really nice apartment! The view is amazing. There is lake and seaview. The apartment is comfortable. I felt really well there. The guy who checked me in and out is really professional and nice The only thing is the bed. It's a little bit shaky and makes a lot of noises
• Vicky (6/5): Overall our stay was pleasant - The location was good. Coffee machine, washing machine, iron & hairdryer all provided. Pool area. The bed and mattress could do with updating. Mattress springs have gone and you roll into the middle & bedding is very thin and none of the sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases or scatter cushions match. All of it is different.
• Mette (8/5): Spectacular views and great location - Cute, little studio-apartment. Very clean. Brilliant balcony facing west with amazing views of mountains, the city, lakes and the sea. Good location for walking to the beach and a supermarket. Easy access to main road but not noisy. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. I stayed for two weeks and came away with a back ache that meant I needed to visit a chiropractor during my stay. Everything else was great.
• Jenny (7/5): Good - Accommodation was well equipped and clean, and the location was excellent Didn't realise there were a lot of steps to climb before getting to the main entrance, parking was a struggle ( even though car park on supermarket) but when you hire a car you need a little closer for peace of mind

• Lisa (8/5): Lovely stay - Excellent hosts, they were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the views from the terrace was lovely. Excellent air con which was much needed due to the heatwave!
• Johan (8/5): Very good - Landed at Alicante airport at about 3:25 PM. The hosts were in the apparent as we arrived there. They handed us the keys as we handed them the down payment, and we had a quick tour of the insides. Had to leave about 8:15 AM to the airport, but it was no issue to meet up with the hosts to have a quick look-though the apartment, and then hand back the keys and get the cash back. Taxi from Alicante airport to the apartment was about €60, to central Torrevieja about €10. The Torrevieja Taxi app did not work for us, but we got in touch with a nice driver who gave us his phone number. Air conditionings in the two bed rooms as well as the living room/kitchen area. Well-needed. Kitchen had stove, fridge/freezer (half-sized), and dish-washer. Drinking glasses, plates, cutlery, frying and sauce pans, colander, cutting knives, cutting boards, hand-mixer, and coffee machine (for coffee capsules) were available. WC at top and bottom floor. Shower at bottom floor, and washing machine at top floor. Wash-stand available. Smart television, which we did not use a lot. Wifi at no extra cost. Broom and hoover available. No major cleaning-up was required (only emptying the fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.) 15 minute walk to the beach, and 5 to the supermarket, and the pool was never crowded. Light sun-chairs and parasol were available to bring to the beach, as well as a cool-bag with freezer blocks. Bus stop close by, and easy to take to central Torrevieja for €1,55 per person (above four years of age). Restaurants available at a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. The terrace was nice, as well as the view to the sea, but only low borders to the neighbours, making it exposed to the neighbours. The out-door unit of the air-conditioner made some noises, which were noticeable during the evenings. Sounds came occasionally through the walls from the neighbours and from the stairwell. Some wall-sockets were loose and some were oddly placed given the furnishing. Some indoor doors were tight fitting and tough to close, and had squeaky handles.

• Naomi (8/5): Good apartment in a great location. - Great location. Fantastic terrace and comfy beds. Also only a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and 10 minute walk to the beach. The only improvement would be to have hand wash in the bathrooms.

• Timo (10/5): Exceptional - The small but very nice studio. Very clean and in good condition. Balcony from the 4th floor gives you the best possible views. The town the salt lake the park and also the sea. The small outside pool is very quiet and clean too. Service was very polite and excellent. X
