Guest Reviews
- Laura (8/5): Great little apartment with lovely facilities in the heart of Whistler - Excellent location and lovely little apartment! Pillows were either too big or too small.
- Kennedy (9/5): For families it was a great location, nice amenities, and great to have the pool and hot tub. - Located right near a supermarket and the kids playground. Nice and clean. Pool was great. It had everything our family needed. I would recommend curtains on the glass block in the dining area as it was quite bright sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
- Elizabeth (9/5): Pretty apartment in good location - Really convenient location, just a couple of minutes walk to good supermarket and cafes. About a 20 min walk in the summer to Blackcomb Gondola.
Parking was very useful.
The kitchen was really well equipped and modern, as was the bathroom. Very attractive complex too - loved all the trees. The mattress was very soft, but actually quite comfy, however the bed frame drove us mad as it creaked every time we turned over in the night (and we’re not heavy people) Sleep is arguably the most important part of an overnight stay and this really impacted our quality of sleep.
A map showing the location of the apartment would have been appreciated as I wandered up and down twice trying to locate it; and for us Brits, who aren’t familiar with underground parking, the location of where we needed to “wave the entry card” would have been so helpful! (For those reading this, it’s on the ramp down to the car park on the left hand side!)
- Tegan (8/5): Comfortable, but dated, accommodation in Whistler - Excellent location and great value for money in summer season. Located super conveniently within Whistler Village, very quiet at night and a spacious and comfy apartment. Big kitchen, recently renovated and quite luxurious bathroom (though the drain is way too small! see below), and lots of space to spread out and relax. Full sized washer/dryer were a big plus and the included assigned parking spot is SO nice compared to the rest of Whistler, where they charge $30+ per day (insane!) Overall the facilities are quite dated, though very comfortable. The Jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there, which was a reason we booked this place... wanting to unwind after long-distance hikes. Pool very dirty and in need of renovation, didn't even swim. The mattress could be replaced, very saggy in the middle and the pillows rock hard, and the couches look like they're from the 70s, also very saggy. The first night the shower overflowed due to a blocked drain, but they sent someone the next day to fix it while we were out. The check-in is a bit confusing, as you have to send someone inside to get the key to then access the parking to leave your car-- this could be worded more clearly in the check-in instructions.
Only mishap really was that they erroneously told someone else our apartment number, which gave us a bit of a double-booking scare late in the evening when the group knocked on the door claiming we were in their unit... but that was resolved as well when we realized they had a different door code. Better attention to detail when copy-pasting instructions to your guests would be appreciated ;)
- Jacqueline (9/5): Superb - Excellent location.Great accommodation, good size and very comfortable. Well provisioned with many extra touches..
- Andrea (9/5): Great facilities and location - Location was superb Bit dark inside
- Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Location 😎😎 Nothing
- Jane (8/5): Brilliant for our requirements - Great location very handy to village supermarket cafes restaurants and shopping Nothing really
- Nicole (9/5): Would highly recommend. Great place to stay - This property felt like a home. It was easy to navigate everything and was stocked with everything required for our stay The lighting in the bedroom was difficult when the sun wasn’t up.
- John (9/5): Excellent venue - Great facilities. Close to shuttle bus and grocery store. Nearby restaurants. Kitchen very nice. Hot tub was so so.
- Mark (8/5): Great location and a clean well presented apartment - Location, kitchen, cleanliness, hot tub Kitchen equipment- saucepans were either really big or small.
- Mark (9/5): Superb - Great unit and location Property staff/concierge do not represent the unit. A cabinet door in kitchen was loose. Although a minor issue we wish someone could have fixed it
The washing machine was finicky and took a long time to wash.a load of clothes.
- Gigi (8/5): Great location and size of room for two people for a week - The size and location of the condo was great. Nice and quiet but central location to supermarket and free bus shuttle to the slopes Beds note very comfortable.
